Went to quest diagnostics! very unorganizedno help at front desk to check you in or show you how to use their stupid Computer. Was thereon time computer said I was 2nd in line please be seated. Dont believe it! If it doesnt talk about COVID-19 first then the computer is not working right! And for Gods sake be sure to take your appointment verification Code! Horrible experience😡

The ladies staffing the Quest located inside the Tom Thumb @ pioneer in mesquite were great, courteous, very professional attitude and care given. Ive been cannulated by both women there and are painless if you just relax and trust them. Youre in good hands there I can attest to this fact.

I have noticed a major improvement in the last 90 days. The customer service is commendable while their meat and vegetable department are of the charts. Its good to be able to shop locally and avoid the others at the store in North Dallas

I had a pleasant experience at this store because of its cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. The environment of the store is roomy and easy to move about safely with customers using their masks.

Pricey compared to Walmart, but you are paying for the convenience and less crowds. Not a huge selection, hence the 4 stars. It needs more variety, and if you go late like I do, a lot of stuff is out of stock. Sales are good, but often requires you too buy multiple items or bulk of an item to get the discount. Still worth it, especially if you can go while everyone else is at work

Been coming here for years, always good until recently. Ive been buying fresh Cut meats and cheeses from the store and theyve been set to expire on the day they were sold to me. They became stinky and inedible by the next day, this has happened two sepreate times.

Friendly, very helpful staff, store continues to have great variety for every kind of shopper and its very clean. Also, theyre floral departments selection is always top notch. Highly recommend as a choice place to shop!!

This store has a good selection compared to their closest competitor but the deli area can be a little inattentive at times. It would be great if they put a little countertop ringer to get the attention of the deli workers. I would also like to see some features that you see in other stores around the metro. An olive bar would be a good start.

I ordered a lot of food from Tom Thumb exactly 400 dollars worth. No one ever call me to say my order was ready for pickup until late I had to put on clothes and its no where from where I live but when I got there Tom Thumb said they were closed. I asked about my food someone call me at 7:45 told me my food was ready for pickup. Tom Thumb said it was too late they will refund my money. So upsetting.

I love shopping at Tom thumb they always have fresh fruits their store is clean customer service is great and they are always having great deals especially when you buy three or more of certain items the price really goes down. And it helps you add points to get points off of your gas!Its a win-win situation!

I love Tom Thumb...my location is Mesquite & Tom Thumb has much nicer produce than other stores near me. Great selection in the meat department as well. TT is a little pricier than the other stores but sometimes you just have to do it anyway...they have the G Hughes sauces that I cant get at the other stores too!

Very happy with my experience here. Always cleaned, friendly staff, and well stocked. Also, I just want to add that an earlier rating insinuated they were racially profiled for not being white. While I don’t know the whole story there, I just wanted to add that my husband and I are an interracial couple and never felt any different for not being a white couple. Great customer service and will keep going.

I bought 5 oranges, a pineapple, 2 loaves of natures own buttertop bread, and a gallon of ruby red Hawaiian punch.

Pretty awesome place actually I need to come here more often to shop!the only thing that turned me off was that the dragon fruit that was on the shelf had white mold growing on them for 8 bucks Id make sure that they arent rotten before buying!

Produce wasnt up to par this visit. Usually everything looks good and advertising. Package of greens I picked up was withered and brown. One employee was very helpful. Didnt work in that section but tried very hard to assist me, even ran around to find someone that could help me more. I wish I remembered her name. She needs recognition!

This is my favorite grocery store in the area. Ive never had an issue with being able to find something due to staff being able to assist me if things had been moved. They are very well stocked. Their store is always clean. For those of you who have gone to other stores in the area (/cough Walmart cough cough) you may be thinking this is easy to accomplish. I assure you they are far and away well beyond the other stores in the area I have been to.

Tom Thumb is a class act. Better meat, produce and beer selection than Kroger but we have to drive a few miles to shop there.

Tom Thumb has always been a favorite of mine. But this particular location is top notch in my eyes. The store is always super clean & fresh, employees are always so polite and helpful, and not to mention they now have a self checkout. I would recommend this location to anyone shopping for your groceries deli & bakery needs pharmacy, and personal care merchandise. Go Tom Thumb!

Calloways has always been expensive but now the prices are laughable.

Nice store.Dont mind paying a little bit more for quality.However, I will never understand people who will pay a LOT more for common products.When I say a Lot, I mean insulting.Walmart seems to make a living selling Campbell Soup for 1.78, why pay a dollar more for most items?

The produce is always fresh and stocked, for the most part I find what I need without assistance. I like the store hours, however the face of the building needs remodeling.

They are never super crowded, like their competitors. They always have what I need or will let me know when to return for certain items. If youre looking for low prices, its not the place.... but the quality is better anyway(in my opinion).

Very clean and organized store

I havent chopped and Tom thumb in a long time for the simple fact that it is too far from my house. However there are times when I cannot find something at my local Walmart so I have to look elsewhere. This was one of those occasions. They have a nice variety of products, at fairly decent prices and friendly staff.

With my low income I cannot really afford a $50 flower arrangement for my mother on Mother’s Day. What I do is purchase small bouquets of cut flowers and then create a floral arrangement of my own. But life got busy, and I completely forgot to buy Baby’s Breath! I called multiple Albertsons & Tom Thumb locations, everyone was sold out. I had just about given up hope when I called this store and connected to the Floral department. Abigail answered, explained they are also out of baby’s breath but recommended another kind of flower: Alstromeria. I had never heard of it, but I was so tired of calling stores I told her “Okay! Can you please get it ready for me? I will drop by and pick it up.” I arrived 5 minutes later, and behold, she already had the flowers ready for me! I was so impressed with her swiftness. Olga checked me out just as quickly and I was so amazed with their customer service, I absolutely had to leave them a positive review.Thank you Abigail for the great recommendation, my arrangement came out even more lovely than last year’s. My mom’s favorite color is pink, so I know she’ll love it!

I am partial to this store because they are local to my neighborhood. They have excellent management, and employees. They have gone out of their ways to help me many times. Not just me, but others too. That is a big plus to me. Life is hectic enough as it is. This store is very well stocked with a lot of food items, that you would only find in a large grocery store. That is another big plus, because, a lot of times, I dont have the time, nor the patience to stand in line at the local supermarket for 2 or 3 small items The atmosphere is pleasent, and relaxed, and the store is always clean, and organized, even when they are stocking. They have plenty of parking, and, they are just a few blocks from Hwy. 80 and I- 635. Great for that quick pick up to, or from work. Take a few minutes, and check them out next time you drive by. Thank you...

I have been going to this Tom Thumb and I have never have any issues, but one...One time I bought a three milked cake and once at home I opened and try to cut it, then I realize the cake was completely frozen. When I went to the store, I was told that the cake was supposed to be frozen and they also told me that the cake would only take ten minutes to be ready to cut and eat, but the cake took hours and in stead of being able to cut it, the cake just melted entirely. I have tryed many three milked cakes from other places and I have never had any issues like this...As for store associates, they are always polite and respectful as every other Tom Thumb I have been into...

I like to shop here because of their meat selection and prices. You can save a good bit of money on their meats using your tom thumb discount card. Also, they will chop up your meat for you, and that rosemary seasoned tilapia makes is very good. I bake it in the oven with a little butter to add flavor and tenderness. They are also the only store that has a multiple choices of Motts Apple Juice.

Ordered online for pick up cleaning items, I was emailed when the order will be ready it has been a month and I NEVER got an email even saying that it will not be processed anymore, bad online service. I also ordered a cake online and the cake was frozen, they said it was meant to be like that, i understood why when i called and asked but they dont provide any type of information at first when purchased. Poor communication from this location, POOR!!!!!
