Being a new customer to GNC, my experience was educational as well as very informative of what I can mix and match with my daily diet and supplements. Upon entering I was welcomed into the store and asked if I needed assistance which was exactly what I needed. Richard (employee) did a wonderful job In educating me, answering my questions thoroughly and as well as giving me advice and also helping multiple people at the same time. Richard seemed well informed of the education and information he was giving to the customers and I, which gave me confidence in buying the right product for me. I will continue to return to this location for my needed supplements and ask any questions I have because I know I will be informed correctly instead of just guessing of what my body needs. Thank you very much!

Customer service was good the manager knew about the different types of Collagen

Not really happy with our visit. The employee wasnt wearing a mask and was coughing. He did explain that he had asthma but........ It was just really uncomfortable in a covid-19 environment.

Just ok I wish the gnc brand vitamins were e more natural and less synthetic that is why I always go towards the more non gmo vitamins you all sell along with utilizing my points and coupons.

I appreciated the personal help and chance to taste each protein shake before purchase.

10-18-2019 and its 11:10AM Friday and the store says it is open but it is closed. Well I came back 2 hours later and I was provided excellent customer service thank you Mesquite GNC.

Im not big fan of supplements but with age its the need of vitamins so i went to the store and the guy there was super friendly and he recommended couple options and give me a discount too...Nice cst service and very good prices....get the membership so u can get discounts too

The service was awful. The customer service representative waited on me didnt have knowledge of his product and then he waited on another couple and left me hanging so yes the service is awful not knowledgeable about any of the product he had to go ask another customer service representative about the product.
