Avoid this place at all cost!! Vivian is extremely rude as well as the store manager from today! (10/19/21)As you walk in vivian mumbles under her teeth “welcome in”. Doesn’t greet you when you approach the counter just asks for phone #. Not one grin or smile (we can see even if she’s wearing a mask) it’s clear she doesn’t like her job and she doesn’t want to be there. Avoid this location at all cost!I will also share to all my social media accounts of what a unpleasant experience I had.

This was the first vitamin shoppe I ever went to, this was my go to supplement store when I lived in Mesquite TX, theyre were always friendly, and had everything that I was looking for, and was always hopeful when I needed anything that I was looking for! I miss this Vitamin Shoppe 😢 they really had awesome customer service

They have a nice energy drink selection and for nutrient supplements and workout powder tins they have it also. 10/10 highly recommend

Made a specific point to call and confirm that they had a specific supplement. The man on the phone said they did. So I drove from north Dallas, and then when I arrived, and they didnt have it, he was combative and argumentative about I guess I misunderstood and thought you were asking if we normally carried the product, which we usually doFirst off, who calls a store to ask if they usually have something? No one. Customers call a brick and mortar store to ask if a product is in stock before driving across town and wasting their time.Secondly, dont make excuses. Just apologize. You made an assumption, you didnt confirm, and you wasted my time and my gas.Just learn from it and apologize. Dont make excuses about misunderstanding. Ridiculous. This is why people are moving to purely online shopping.

Both employees were knowledgeable and promptly guided me to find the products I needed.

Been going here for almost 15 years now and customer service has always been consistent. They know their regulars and always know what to recommend. Only once have I ever had to return a product that I wasnt satisfied with in the 15 years Ive been zomg here

Issues with customer service and decided stop at this store before arriving at work for assistance, mgr helped me so I went back couple days later and met Sarah, resolved my problem with ease and very delightful she was. The hours say one thing on the door but they just open when they feel like it apparently. Saturday’s hours are 9-9 but it’s 10:40 and it’s locked up either the lights on and open sign on as well. I called corporate and they said the district manager would get a hold of me and fix the problem, days later I’m still waiting. Thanks guys 👍🏼

Been coming to the store since since i was pregnant and I just love it as soon as you walk in there they offer to help so you dont spend more thya 5 min in the store sometimes i just have a comment screenshot of the vit name Im looking for and they dont just tell you what section can you find them they tell give them to you and sometimes they even search them online and they just give you a similar vit with the same 100% and organic of that what you looking for

Ive been to this place more than once and they never have my sugar aid vitamins available. They always say they have to unpack the boxes for them to see if they have them there or not. So instead of going there now, I order them from Amazon and get them delivered the next day to my house.
