As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door. Then I was greeted by another person named Jesse and he was big help. He asked what i was looking for and I told him a dress shirt. Right off he took my measurements and helped me pick out a shirt. And on top of that he helped me with a tie and tied it for me. First time experience there and it was extremely good service. Would recommend to friends and family. Jesse was very helpful.

This is a fantastic place to get some suits--especially if you need to expand your wardrobe quickly for a new job or give yourself more variety.Their multi-suit deals will help bulk up your options and prepare your closet for a business/professional environment that requires formal to semi-formal dress.I worked with Chase while was there, he was quick to find what I needed and then made some extra phone calls to to find my size/color brought in from a different location. Ive shopped there before and will do so again.

Very professional, I had a great experience and had alterations measured in a very timely manner. They did not have any green label three suits for $300 available. Alterations cost additional, but know that once you get an alteration, all other alterations of the same type are free.

We went to ISW to find my son a suit for upcoming graduation. Jesse was very helpful and patient in finding his correct size, it took a few tries. And also finding a suit that didn’t break the bank. He even recommended an amazing tailor who was able to quickly have his suit tailored for his graduation pictures he had scheduled a few days later. We will definitely be going back to ISW and speaking with Jesse when we are ready for a new suit!

I have the hardest time finding my son clothes as he has an athletic build but a smaller waist. They had the sizes (52 jacket and 46 pants) and even though they couldnt tailor them in time the recommended shop was AMAZING! Taking 8 off a waist but leaving everything else and making it look good is not easy nor was tailoring the jacket. We have NEVER found a pair of suit pants let alone an entire tux in the 1.5 hours we were there. Priceless.

Chase is amazing! Great customer service along with expertise on how a suit should fit! Also recommended a tailor in the surrounding area for my husband to get the suit customized to his body type! Will be back!

I’m Giving five stars to Jesse. He was really patient and helpful!!!My husband changed his mind and returned the suit. The African American gentleman was extremely unprofessional to my husband. He mad a rude comment about him taking two hours to find the suit he wanted and even joked about it to a coworker in front of his face.Make sure you don’t take long when shopping, evidently he takes track of how long you’ve been at the store and make sure you won’t have to make any returns or get ready to be mistreated.

Tons of selections to choose from. The staff really seem to go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need and that the fit is proper. They even fast track some orders depending on the situation. I had a funeral to attend and they got a suit ready for me in about a day so I could be ready for the funeral. I highly recommend seeing them if you are in need of mens wear.

Samir and his team really took care of me. I have an upcoming wedding and made sure I got a suit that fitted me properly. He presented me all the options that would be best for my height and weight. I walked into ISW Because Im getting married in June. Immediately, we got greeted by a gentleman named, Chase. Right off the bat he started asking us questions about the theme, the color, and what ideas we had in mind. Let me tell you, this guy is the complete definition of customer service! not only is he very knowledgeable in what he does, but he also makes the process absolutely fun and memorable. We walked in on a Friday, during prom season!! so to say that it was busy is an understatement. Yet Chase, took his time to make sure we walked out happy and with the vision we came in mind. He went as far to even think about what type of suit fabric would be more suitable for our beach wedding so we wouldn’t be frying in the sun. His attention to detail is spot on. This man goes above and beyond. He truly is a gem and I’m so grateful for the patience he provided throughout this entire experience.

Best place to buy a suit hands down! My fiancé and walked in to ISW by chance, we had never been here before and an employee there, Jesse, greeted us and asked us what occasion the suit was for that we were looking for and what color, we told him and he knew my fiancés size just by looking at him and went to find a few suits. He only had to show us a few before my fiancé found the perfect suit he needed for his best friends wedding! It was quick, fun and very cost friendly to buy a suit here! This was my first time buying a suit. I just graduated from college and needed a multifunctional suit. Samir was a great help. He took my measurements, introduced me to a couple of different suit fabrics and helped me understand how a suit should fit. Samir also helped coordinate my suit with a few shirt and tie options. My son and I walked through the door. There was no hello or well be with shortly, feel free to look around. We were in the store for at least 20-30 minutes. From what I observed, the employees were standing around the checkout area, laughing and talking. I know they had to have seen us because its hard to miss my son, who son is over 63. Needless to say, we left after I decided they did not want our business. They could learn from one of their competitors who acknowledged us as soon as we walked in even though they were helping other customers. This other store was very helpful and courteous. Another GREAT opportunity missed to do your job ISW employees.

One stop shop! Great service and incredible turnaround time for tailoring! Louis really saved the day when we ran into a last minute situation and needed a suit for an event with only 2 days notice!

I am happy to report that, as expected, the tailoring of my purchases last week are perfect. I will soon be 60 and can honestly say that I have never before experienced better fitting and tailoring. Samir came through for me again today; he helped me select another great pair of shoes. I drove to Mesquite with no preconceived notions of what to expect except what I saw on iswmenswear.com, but was sincerely overwhelmed with the quality of Samir’s customer service and the store’s inventory. I was originally just interested in looking at sports coats, but I left happy after purchasing three sports coats, two suits, three pairs of slacks, four dress shirts, three ties, and a pair of dress shoes! I cannot say enough about how helpful Samir was. He actively listened to my preferences, which is often rare in retail these days. His experience in coordinating colors and customizing my jackets, suits, and slacks for tailoring was evident immediately. I can’t wait to get my tailored clothes and truly appreciate Samir rushing a jacket through so it will be ready for a work event next week. I foresee future road trips to Mesquite to visit ISW Menswear and I’m relieved to know Samir will be there to help me again.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. That’s how you know the customer service here is just terrible! The manager here feels entitled to talk to CUSTOMERS in such a disgusting and disrespectful way. As if he’s privileged, but is yet just a manager at a suit store. I have friends who’ve had bad experiences here especially with this disgusting manger here. This man deserves to be FIRED, he doesn’t know how to talk to customers and be nice/polite. My best friend is getting married, we decided to go to the ISW is Mesquite Saturday, we just went there to look, immediately a gentleman by the name of Wergens acknowledge us, even though he was super busy with several customers, he made us feel so welcome and comfortable, we told him we were not buying anything right away, but we will come back later, I am writing this review because of his positive attitude and how he kept coming back to ask us to make sure we were ok, even though he knew we were not going to buy anything right away, he treated us like family and he was so knowledgeable, he showed us great quality suits for affordable price, that $149 whole tuxedo with shoes, shirt and a bow tie to own was unbelievable.We will be back for sure and we will tell all our family members to come to ISW in Mesquite.Thank you so much for the wonderful job you guys are doing.

My spouse and I visited the Mesquite location in July 2020 and I must say Mr. Amir ( store manager) went above and beyond for us! My boyfriend ordered a suit from another company that came back way to small and he had to be in a wedding 3-4 hrs away... As soon as we entered the store Mr Amir was very attentive and made sure we found the exact tuxedo same color and etc. He even took the time to do alterations on the spot, no long wait at all. If I could give zero I would. Having been in retail clothing for years. I understand the importance of perception. I have been to this particular store several times. Liked what I saw as far as quality of merchandise. However I was consistently ignored when I enter. It is rare that someone will greet you. Let alone come ask if they can help. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this store at ALL!!!

I got my tux for prom from here *years* ago. I felt welcomed and respected from the second I entered the store. I was taken care of completely. It felt like a scene from a movie as they measured me, helped me select a tux, and marked it to tailored.I got a tux that cost $350 to rent, but I bought it for $400. I had an amazing night, back in 2013. Thank you, guys. You did a terrific job.
