Bad customer service. I stopped by this past Saturday and noticed one of the reps just putting parts away. He didnt even tell me to hold on, it was as if I wasnt there. There were only 2 other people being helped by 1 rep, the other 2 didnt look busy. The place was empty, so I just walked out. I will take my business elsewhere.
