At first I really enjoyed the very nice queen sized futon I bought from Futon World. It was comfy, excellent, and I was sold on the pitch of it being able to fold out into a bed and to last. But for the price of a couch that would have lasted me a decade, I bought a futon bed that hasnt lasted me two and a half years. If you intend to regularly use this as a bed, prepare for the wear and tear to quickly made your futon impossible to use. If you are going to spend the money on a couch you want for a long time, do not buy one of these.

We recently purchased a cabinet queen bed online from Futon World, it was shipped to FL. Amazing service!!! 👍🏼👍🏼 We are so happy with this purchase. Easy to assemble. We needed a home office due to remote work and I didn’t want to lose a guest room/bed and this is the perfect solution. The cabinet is white and blends nicely with the desk and set up. It serves as a credenza when not in use. We just slide the desk over and open the cabinet bed! I love this purchase!

After searching different stores for futons, both in person and online, for over a month, I had come across Futon World. I decided to go check it out and immediately found a few products I was interested in. The staff member was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about futons and provided great assistance and recommendations based on my primary use case. I purchased an upholstered futon that Im very happy with and the company was able to deliver it in just a few days. The delivery guys were also courteous and professional. They brought the parts in and assembled the futon in approximately 15 minutes and then explained how to use it. I would definitely recommend Futon World to anyone who has limited space in their home or apartment, or are looking to add somewhere for a potential guest to sleep. They have great quality futons (and I even noticed some murphy beds) and I am not disappointed with this product or the services provided by Futon World.

I purchased a Sofa/Bed from the store 6 months ago. One of the piece broke. I called the store and they asked me to send the pictures of the part that broke. I took Multiple pictures and sent it to the stores email address(provided by the sales man). I was told it will come in a weeks time span. Got a call 2 weeks later stating the part came in. When I went to pick it up it was the wrong part ordered. They said you will have to wait another week. I told them its an urgent issue and if possible if they can expedite the part delivery or have it shipped to my house. They straight away told me no and starting acting very obnoxiously and just kept on saying no. I confronted asking what kind of behavior and customer service is this But the sales man was so rude, yelling and acting so obnoxiously instead of saying sorry and coming up with a faster solution. I was asked to leave the store. BUYER BE AWARE!. NOT TO SHOP HERE!. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. WORSE EMPLOYEES TO DEAL WITH IT. STAY AWAY. SHOP FOR YOUR FURNITURE ELSEWHERE!.

This couch is beautiful! I did not know what to expect since I ordered it online but it is better than I expected. The salesperson told me it would take 3 weeks to receive since it was out of stock but it ended up taking 3 days. I love it! We ordered a futon with two covers, non slip gripping pads and two pillows. We received excellent service beginning with placing the order and right through delivery and setup. I was having difficulty placing my order online so I began the chat feature which eventually turned into a telephone call and the representative was extremely helpful in placing my order. He even sent me links to look at before making my decision. When the delivery came, Angel the delivery person, carried everything inside himself and completely set the futon up. He even came prepared with a second frame which proved helpful because there was a blemish on one of the arms. I was impressed that he came with a second set so that he could make sure that everything was perfect in this one trip. We had ordered a set of grips for a second futon that we owned and he assisted us in putting those on our other futon as well. Angel was so courteous and helpful and seeing as this was in July, he came prepared wearing a mask. I would definitely recommend Futon World. They were easy to work with, the prices were reasonable and we are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you, Angel.

We bought an expensive cabinet bed at the end of December 2019. The first time we used it was New Years Eve when we noticed there was a crack in the back of the cabinet. I notified them on January 1, 2020. We went back and forth because the company that manufactured it wanted proof. When they received the pictures they sent the wrong piece.The company is in Canada. According to Futon world it was the companys error. When they tried to replace the piece it was impossible to install. The company had to send an entire new cabinet. Then CO-VID hit and Futon World shut down. I called as soon as they opened and they came and replaced the cabinet.The delivery team was very goodAlthough I had to make many phone calls to Futon World, they did not always call back in a timely manner.I found that I needed to stay on top of the situation but in the end it was totally resolved to my satisfaction.

OK...so I get there late and the store is about to close...Jared the store manager turns back around, opens up the store and let me and my girlfriend into the store to look at futons. Keep in mind this is both our first time going to this store! Jared was so kind and considerate and he treated us so well that today, Wednesday, I returned with my entire family and made a big purchase. Im so happy with my DINING ROOM TABLE from FutonWorld. I went in to buy a new futon cover and when I mentioned I needed a new table, Kim pulled out some catalogs and spent so much time with me. We ordered a table for 8 with a hideaway leaf and chairs, and I couldnt be happier. Ordering, Delivery and assembly was so smooth.

Our family has two futons from Futon World...a queen and a full. We bought the queen many years ago and it held up so well that we came back when we needed another futon. They are made SO well.The staff at Futon World is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They go out of their way to explain about the construction of the futons and the mattresses. And, best of all are the futon covers. Weve had so many things happen to our futons...when guests spill things or pet guests have accidents...but the covers have always kept them protected. The mattresses are still like new. Great customer service. Comfy futons.

So far not satisfied. Ive owned the futon for a few months and each part seems to be breaking individually. First it was the back of the couch that was cracking and now its the main support beam underneath the unit. Worse part is if a part is defective they wont send someone to help fix it. YOU have to fix it yourself or pay for each visit to have it repaired professionally. Why do I have to pay over and over again to get a futon just so that it doesnt break? Im going to call the store soon and see if they will be willing to go a little further for me considering this is the SECOND part that has shown to be extremely flimsy. Maybe Ill change my review if my futon stops breaking on me. Also just some personal information nobody that sleeps on the bed weighs over 200 lbs. Theres no reason any queen size bed shouldnt be able to handle that, especially if what they say is true about the wood being solid. Its solid, but its segmented and thats where it cracks.

It looks nice, but the futon didnt last at all. My futon was supposed to be for everyday use and all it does is make a lot of noise and I can feel the metal frame. The mattress was not meant for everyday use like they claimed. Its not worth it!
