Very clean store! Was greeted by Matt to see if I had any questions. Met Bobby who was very knowledgeable about the brand, products, & VIP incentives. Super patient & kind. Love having a local store I can visit in-person for my health & wellness needs/questions. Shopping Online doesn’t always cut it! A++

It’s vitamin shoppe.I’m not quite sure how to review a large chain like this but overall, they’re fair. The prices are competitive and they treat their customers well...I don’t think google should allow individuals to rate large chains because someone could have an excellent experience or a terrible experience. This factor comes into play with any business; nonetheless, the reviews aren’t accurate enough to allow a good enough overall picture because some may be biased for the wrong reasons.The fact that it’s a chain means that they’re successful.

When in here to pick up a particular brand of protein powder it said online that they carried it but when I got here the sales person had no idea what I was talkin about they have a pretty good selection of daily vitamins as far as what you need to bulk up but when it comes to more of the new shakes and brands they need to up date there stock

I love Vitamin Shoppe, and prefer it over GNC. But this location is terrible. I live in Bayonne where we dont have a Vitamin Shoppe; this Vitamin Shoppe is on my home from school in New Brunswick when I take Route 1. Between work, grad school, and bodybuilding, I have a very busy schedule, and I need reliable business hours to plan my day; I need to know when I can stop by Vitamin Shoppe to pick up supplements Ive run out of. This particular Vitamin Shoppe has unreliable hours. I once arrived a full ten minutes before their stated closing time, and they had already locked the doors. And I only need one minute to run in and get what I need, because I know what I want. Another time, it snowed a little, and they shut down completely while all the surrounding retail businesses on Route 1 and nearby Woodbridge and Menlo Park Malls stayed open. Whoever is running this particular location is just flat-out lazy and looking for any excuse to close the store. If youre a busy guy like me and need a supplements store with reliable business hours, dont count on this one.
