Bubbles has exceptional ice cream! This is a great place to go in the summer and they typically close a few months during winter.

I was driving in the area and seen a good amount of cars in the parking lot and figured it must be good. I drove up to the drive thru and ordered a strawberry shake and a chocolate shake. Both shakes were very good. The service was fast and the drive thu line was moving quick. The prices on their menu seemed reasonable and good variety to choose from. If I find myself in the area I’d definitely stop back in.

Gotta say, took a chance and tried Bubbles, and I really liked it! They give you a good amount of ice cream for the money, and the staff is really nice. Id happily go back!

We were just looking for a local ice cream place and found this. We knew it must be good when we pulled up and saw how long the drive-thru line was. We were not disappointed. Try the cotton candy twist.

Ice cream was good. My daughter loved her brownie sundae with peanut butter cookie dough ice cream. My malt was ok, could have used more malt powder. Sad to see they are short staffed and only drive thru available. Really miss enjoying going in for the old ice cream parlor feel and glass dishes

Talk about rare hard to find ice cream with a lot of flavor that I have come to expect from Madison, Wisconsins finest ice cream. Enjoyed the Peanut Butter Cup especially because its fat free and its got Iron. Nice selection of ice cream to choose from. I definitely got my moneys worth

We stoped by for an afternoon delight and what a treat it was.We got a fudge truffle Sunday and few cones. Everything was delicious and fresh. Glad to find this place and definitely will revisit with family again. Liked the oldschool interior feel. The outside bubble machine added a cool touch to just get lost watching the bubbles fly away.

A must stop for some local ice cream if you are in town. We ordered a vanilla malt and a sundae. Incredible!

First time here, this is my Sons favorite place, so they wanted to share it with us out of Towners. The service was awesome. I got the Mackinaw Fudge ice cream. I didnt taste anything, except sugar. I would like to come back and try their chocolate of I ever get back this way.

Pricey... Yes. However, for what you really really want for real ice cream and not that fluffy out of the machine whipper kind. You can have them make you up whatever you like/love❤ ..try it! Deeelicious!

Every flavor was delicious! They dont do the crazy fancy milkshakes you see in their photos anymore, but it was still worth the trip from Dunewood Campground.

Cute little shop of Ice Cream. We sat on the patio with out dog. Wanted non commercial ice cream. It was good but not 5 stars. Seemed to be one a a few choices in the area. Surprised there were not more choices. Guess DQ makes it to hard for a personal run shop. Worth the stop for many choices for your ice cream need.

It was delightful to come here! The icecream was absolutly delicious and refreshing and the prices are decent.

So this is the best ice cream of my entire life. The staff is awesome, we were from out of town andwent two nights in a row- both nights had huge lines wrapped around the building (drive-thru) but the wait was minimal. The same girl was taking the orders both nights - she was on the short side, and super efficient (height is insignificant i just want to be able to identify her since we all wear masks these days) and i’m so depressed i live 4 hours away 😭

Favorite place to get the best flavors of hard serve ice cream. The size and quality of their shakes are almost too good to believe. Its a little wait in the drive thru but there are plenty of things to choose from on the menu to keep you busy.

Haven’t come here enough for an honest review but I kinda wish they would’ve put more cheese cake in the strawberry cheese cake ice cream. I found like 5 pieces total out of two scoops and paid $5 I’d expect some more bang for the buck.

Came here during a family visit to Michigan City as it was recommended by a friend. This place was amazing.Immediately you walk into a retro place as if youre walking back into time. The atmosphere was that exactly of a ice cream parlor of older days.The Ice Cream itself was just as incredible. The different flavors and the ability to mix and match created even more unique blends.Overall, I was highly pleased with the visit and would recommend as a must stop place for anyone coming through Michigan City

Great ice cream. Fast service. There were 12 of us and they were very efficient. They had a table large enough for all of us.

The customer service here is an extreme disappointment! The only positive is they have adequate outdoor seating. I cant even remember what my ice cream was like. The kiddy scoop was bigger than the single scoops, and they were out of over half the flavors! A $50 bill for our group, and they attacked me for making my 7 year old go inside to use the bathroom. They then locked the door behind us. They wanted me to take my kids across the road to the gas station to use the bathroom. We may be in a pandemic, but basic manners havent disappeared. Unless the girls working here were never taught them?

Pretty cute ice cream place. A lot of people had recommended it to me. I’d say go for the atmosphere and the cute decor. The ice cream was good, but it’s the same brand as a lot of other places (IE. Pats in Valpo) I hear they also make donuts but because of COVID I wasn’t able to go in and get one. Will have to stop by at some point for those. The staff was very friendly and answered our questions in the drive thru.

Great Little Ice cream place!

After coming home from a family trip I was looking for an ice cream parlor from my childhood. This worked perfectly. The ice cream was good (had Raspberry rhapsody) in a sprinkle Waffle cone. Service was very good even with them being very busy on mothers day.Reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that even though in this area that type of shop isnt common place it was definitely pricey. For a double scoop of ice cream in a smaller version of a Waffle cone with sprinkles was just over 6$. It was good but for that price I would have expected a little more.

We love it! One of our family favorites! Today I even had to take my daughter and her friends for one last “Epic Shake” before going away to their colleges. It is going to be a welcome home from school summer tradition! Super friendly staff, great menu and always super clean! And the Dole Whip is AWSOME!!!!!

Excellent, creamy ice cream with lots of smiles, even while really busy. The wait in drive-thru wasnt bad at all!

Super cute place. Excellent ice cream flavor options. The Fat Elvis and Now Were Getting Serious are excellent. Theyve also got classic staples like Superman and Cotton Candy. They also have some extreme milkshakes that I felt were more show than flavor.

Bubbles Ice Cream Parlor is like taking a step back in time, super cool old soda shop feel. The EPIC Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake was amazing! It was easy to see why Bubbles is World Famous! Will recommend and will be back! We came in on a week night and that is definitely recommended. There was no wait, we walked right in and were served right away at 7 pm on a Wednesday.

First time customers and was very pleased with the taste, quality and prices. Will definitely be back.

There are 2 ice cream joints less than 5 minutes from the outlet mall. We chose this one because they had more Google reviews and got more stars. Very nice place for ice cream. Cute and colorful, tons of flavors and the chocolate-dipped waffle cones were better than most. I was bummed to hear they stopped doing donuts. Thats my other addiction. But the ice cream was good!

This place seems to have good intentions. However, there are no donuts as advertised. You cant do two different kiddie sizes in the same cup. Cant take epic shakes to go. That said, the ice cream itself was okay.

This place was pretty nice. It was small and inland some from the beach but the ice cream was pretty good and the service was friendly. Most of the staff were young and happy to help. They have a bubble blower outside and they have very unique options, not just your traditional ice cream. See their menu!

This is the first time we have been there! Such a cute place. The workers greeted my husband and I and were all so cheerful and friendly. We tried a couple of samples before making our choices and it was so good and a very generous serving size. Well definitely be back!
