I only needed a duffle bage to get my luggage back home on the plane well this was the only place I found it at that time so. And well its still going strong after a few weeks and a whole lot of traveling and handling. So I guess its well worth it.

I really wanted a new suitcase. The salesperson was too busy on a personal call to answer any questions. The prices were pretty much on par with other places, so Ill go somewhere that the sales staff has time for me.
