I’ve been shopping at the store for many many years but now I like it even better because they can ship items directly to your house and all you do is pay over the phone the girls are very very sweet and nice and now they can do virtual appointment and send you stuff you want to see directly to your iPad or your phone even live video so if you’re unsure of a pattern online that’s pictured in the retired veterans and they have it in stock you can actually see it in real time to make that judgment for yourself Without having to drive I loved my virtual shopping experience with Sophie And every girl before this time to everything was smooth and very helpful to me and I like doing this way more because I have a disability keep it up guys you’re doing a great job all of you see you next time😍Thanks for the great deal and the great merchandise

I was a little nervous making the 2 hour drive down to check out this store. I am so glad I did!! The store is clean, decent sized and the staff was nice and very helpful. I got many great deals !! You cannot beat the prices. And they have so much inventory/styles/colors to choose from !! Ill definitely be back. Thank you!

Watch for outlet online email offer ... sign up .. also great deals if you dont live near an VB outlet. Employees are friendly and helpful. Great place to buy gifts for family, friends or YOU. Blankets, luggage, totes, purses, wallets. luggage tags, landyards, backpacks, notebooks. pens, and lunch bags ... So many choices .... Visit.

I love Vera Bradley’s items, but I was very disappointed to find that this outlet wasn’t limiting the number of guests in the store or encouraging social distancing practices. There were about 40 people or more in the store, which is not very large to begin with. Probably won’t be returning until things are more normal or they start limiting guests.

Usually the service here is wonderful! However, not one single associate offered assistance! Two younger employees engaged in full on private, personal, and very unprofessional conversation the entire time we were there. Worst experience to date at this store and we frequent Vera at least once a month.

Friendly workers and great atmosphere. Not my type of place to buy bags or purses but my mom likes it. I think they are way over priced for there items that I could make at home. Suggestions would be that they get alot more patterned items. They seem to all have the same color coordinated themes. I did get a blanket on clearance for 20.00 and I like it. Something seems to be missing there they dont have but other than that it was a nice place.
