Recently brought my car in for body work and was treated very fairly given an estimate on the spot in which I accepted when I was given that the car would be in the shop for 5-6 days I figured it would take that long but I got a call earlier then expected that my car was ready for pick up. Just wanna thank John and his team for doing a fantastic job and would highly recommend their service to anyone in the need of auto-body work. This is the third time we cameIn with different vehicles and if needed won’t be the last.

I would not recommend this body shop as they did the work incorrectly twice! I now have to take my car to another shop because I do not want them touch my car anymore. They had to replace my front grill and they couldnt even get the grill back on right. They conducted a standard wheel alignment on my car and now its pulling to the right after me bring the car to them twice for it to be addressed. Complete waste of my time...

We were serviced within 2 minutes for our free estimate. John described in detail on how he was going to correct the rear bumper. The car was back in our possession within 48 hours. Price was in line with surrounding competitors too. Customer Service was excellent. Thank you D & J, I now have a go to shop and will recommend others.

I purchased my brand new 2016 Honda Accord back in November 2015. Less than a month later, someone hit my right-front fender in a parking lot, left a nasty dent, and then disappeared without notice. One of my relatives recommended D&J as they are well known for their excellent work - I am writing this review to support this claim.From beginning to end, Mark from D&J made the repair process as efficient and painless as possible. The quote was fair, the repair was perfect, and the service was exceptional. After the repair, D&J cleaned both the interior and exterior of my vehicle. When I noticed smudges from the cleaning on my dual-screen displays that I could not remove myself, I informed Mark, who asked me to come in at my earliest convenience so that it can be addressed. Within a few minutes, my displays looked brand new - during the short wait, Mark emphasized the importance of making me, the customer, happy. In todays society where most businesses sacrifice quality customer service for a quick buck, this is well and truly welcomed. Highly recommended.

In early January we took our car to D&J Collision Center because it needed work following an accident. We choose D&J Collision because John had worked on cars for our family in the past. Big Mistake!Initially, we were told by John that the repair would cost $____ to fix. We were working with our insurance company and if the car was to expensive we wouldve got a new car. I would have thought from Johns experience if he saw a car that would need more attention he would have suggested for us not to get work done on the car. He told us after reviewing the damages that he could fix the car and the cost he quoted would be the max cost to repair the car. We then decided to have John move forward with the work.When we went to pick up the car Friday, 2/2/2018, we were suprsed to learn there was extra costs associated with the repair. We were told to bring a cashiers check and reluctantly paid a higher cost then what was first quoted. We should have known something bad was going to happen because a week before we came in, John told us the price he quoted was $___ more. We understood that things may have been more expensive and paid the additional amount. No sooner do we leave the parking lot, the check engine light came on. We went back inside and asked John why the light was still on and he told us that it wasnt due to the accident and that we could drive the car with the engine light on for almost a year. John also tired to tell us that the issue occurred before the accident. We told him that the light was not on before the accident and that the car was taken for a tune up before the accident occurred. John then sent an employee out to check the car again and he proceeded to inform us that we needed to take the car to the mechanic (which JOHN TOLD US HE HAD ALREADY DONE!) We took the car to the mechanic, recommended to us by John at D&J Collision Center. The mechanic recommended to us by D&J Collision Center confirmed that the timing chain was damaged from the accident and could cost us up to $2000 more to repair! He also said that any mechanic would have told John that the car was not safe to drive! He highly recommended that we not drive the car at all because it could be dangerous and cause further damage to the engine!! This was very disappointing to hear as we had already paid for the car to be repaired and now we were being told we can not drive the car.This morning 2/3/2018, we planned to return to D&J Collision Center with the car. But, when attempting to drive the car, the engine wouldnt start!!! At this point we were furious! We went back to discuss this issue with John in a calm manner. We went to D&J Collision Center and John would not do anything for us. I asked John twice is there anything he could do for us and he said no.

John and Mark are great guys. I had been to Brannings a couple of times before because Geico recommended. They overcharged my insurance company, even though they didnt touch anything which my mechanic found later. I strongly recommend this great shop. Dont go to fancy looking body shops around! Many thanks to John and Mark.

Every employee is curtious and caring. It is great walking into a auto body repair shop and not feel intimadated. They went over and beyond to have my car ready in a timely fashion. NO Stars for this place, my car was taking forever to get finished so I stopped by one night after work to check on it. I was met by a young arrogant kid who said he was in charge, his name was Chris, pretty sure they were doing drugs and I know I saw beer bottles. I forced me insurance company to pull my car and made a police report. This young arrogant kid was actually working on a car in this state on intoxication.

I was recommend by my dealership to go D and J after getting hit by a hit and run driver.. I was also there because another vehicle hit my car as well. They were friendly in the beginning. I dealt with John. I picked up my car and I drove off. When I got home I notice the rubber on the driver side door is missing. There was oil and compound on the driver side door I immediately called and took pictures and email my concerns. Upon futher investigation I saw the hood they just blended paint was not done properly. Paint is tearing away. I called John made an appointment to see him Monday morning. I waited 51 minutes for him arrive... We had an appointment at 8am... I showed him my concerns he made it seems like I am nick picking but my drivers door was not connected properly and they are fixing at we speak. I told them dont worry cleaning my car I will do it myself.. They came with a bucket of water and windex... I have my car fixed by a body shop before and they clean the car where they worked at... I would not recommend them and I paid my deductible I was not asking for favors just do the job you were paid to do. I am writing this review as I wait for them to do the job they was first hire to do.... Go somewhere else trust me.

Apparently d&j thinks ORANGE PEEL on brand new paint is normal and acceptable smh amd to think this is the place greenbrook gmc and buick dealership sends its cars
