It had put the biggest smile on my face for it had look brand new!! Like nothing happened. Him & his team did an outstanding job! Phenomenal work, it left me speechless and happy again. They genuinely exceeded my expectations. Very professional and a true master at their craft!! I will be going to them if i need anything else done on my car! I came in and got an estimate with Jose (the owner). He told me to drop the car off on Tuesday morning and I got a call on Friday afternoon that my car was done. I stopped in Saturday morning to pick up the car and I couldnt believe my eyes. They ve completely restored my Black 98 Lexus GS400 to showroom finish. The dented right rear quarter panel was unnoticeable. They give you a good price with quality work. These guys are truly masters of their craft. Give them a shot when in need of body work and you will be amazed.

I crashed my car on the highway and slid on ice, the right panel of my car had a big dent and was rusting and my back bumper was cracked. We asked for an estimate and he told us to drop of the car next week and got it done in 3 days. Service was excellent, my car looks brand new, and they cleaned the inside and outside, they did such a good job and were very time efficient!

Hit by an undocumented immigrant, unlicensed driver and had some significant damage to the drivers side of the car. I was trying to give the other driver opportunity to pay for damages, so I took the car to some other local area auto body shops that had some decent reviews on Google, but was quoted in excess of $7,000.About ready to call insurance becauseI knew the other driver couldnt pay those prices, I called Mastercraft Auto Body and spoke with Adam. Not only did he tell me hed accommodate me the same day by seeing the car to provide me an estimate, but he helped to facilitate getting the funds for the repair from the driver who hit me. He provided a quote that was extremely reasonable, and the driver paid the shop directly. Adam even came back to the shop after a long day at work to be present to help with this, and ordered the parts immediately so he could begin. The entire time Adam looked out for what was best for me as a customer.Within a matter of days my car looked BRAND NEW! I couldnt believe how amazing the car looked. I did not have to come out of pocket at all, and I received a new car back from the shop when what I left was a mess!I had gotten the run around from some of these other quality body shops that were looking to charge an arm and a leg because they thought insurance would end up paying for it. Adam looked at these quotes and told me some of the items on their quotes werent even needed, or could be redone not replaced because they were not broken! He told me not to worry, as Mastercraft doesnt do business like that.After seeing my car, which came back detailed and in PRISTINE condition, I have to say that if you are looking for quality work, dependable service, honesty (yes, car guys CAN be honest!), and no flim-flam, Mastercraft Auto Body is a no-brainer!! They did not try to jack up prices because I was a female, or to get me to go through insurance to just get the business. Jose at Mastercraft Auto did an amazing job with the dent repair on my car. Someone hit me in a parking lot and because he gave me such a great price, they settled in cash and I was able to get my car fixed with no hassle.The estimate was easy to do - I was in and out in 10 minutes and he told me if I came when they were closed at 6pm, to text him and he would come and do the estimate for me.The car was completed in less than 24 hours and the work is phenomenal - its like it never happened. Another place quoted me twice the price because they said there was no way they could repair the damage - they just didnt want to do the work or didnt have the skill.I would recommend Mastercraft Auto to anyone that needs body work. And Jose is a hard working guy that you feel good about giving your business too.

Completely took care of all of the damages the deer caused including replacing my front bumper, front headlight, passenger door, repainting my hood etc. They gave me great estimates on the cost and deductible, contacted my insurance and worked with them along the process to my needs, gave me progressive updates on the repairs, and of course ultimately made my car look beautiful even better than before. A month ago i was rear ended by another vehicle, the owner of the other vehicle suggested that I go to this body shop for a quote on the repair of my bumper. So i did just that and I got a fairly reasonable quote, and was told that the repair would take 2 -3 days, which meant that I would have to get a rental for whatever i wasnt able to get the rental, but this shop really came thru for me they repaired the damage from one to the next, so I was only left without a car for a day. I brought my 2012 Camaro in after minor damage to the rear bumper. I got a fairly quick estimate and dropped it off a few days later. I was offered a ride across town back home. The car was ready, as promised, by the middle of the next day. No need for a rental car. The bumper looks better than when I bought the car 2 summers ago. In an unfortunate coincidence, my wife was hit in an accident yesterday and we plan to bring her truck here.
