The entire experience, from the initial consultation to installation was fantastic. I did reach out to competitors, it was a challenge to get someone onsite to receive an estimate. On my first call Glass Doctor, they scheduled someone for an initial consult within a week. They were great about communicating from start to finish, I didnt have to chase them asking for status updates. The gentleman that came out for the initial consult also installed the window. I ended up replacing the large middle triple pane of an 8 bow window. The end result looks great!

My shower door had been leaking for months and it needed to be adjusted, new hinge etc. The original installer selected by the contractor was unresponsive (9 months). Glass Doctor scheduled an appointment within 2 weeks for the estimate and the following week had the replacement parts and scheduled the repair. Their attention to detail was great and the cost was reasonable. Sam and his assistant were on time both visits. I would highly recommend them.

We have an older home and our upstairs bathroom renovation was giving us trouble every time we turned around. Glass Doctor did a great job replacing the glass in my bedroom windows. The windows are an odd size and when three of them cracked I thought I would have to completely replace the custom windows. Glass Doctor, Stan and Sam came over ordered new glass and fixed the windows. No more cracks or drafts! Very professional. I recently had to have the windshield repaired in a work vehicle and contacted Glass Doctor to get it repaired. Sam the manager was very helpful and even contacted my insurance company when they were delayed in sending the claim to Glass Doctor. They arrived to fix the windshield when they were schedule to and were quick and neat about the repair. Great company with polite and knowledge staff!

The Glass Doctor has a pretty impressive list of well-known commercial clients (ask for a list of referrals and they will provide it). But they are also very attentive to the needs of the smaller, residential client/homeowner. They will give as much care and attention to the installation of one window, one shower stall, one mirror as they do to a large commercial client.

We hired Sam from Glass Doctor to supply and install the shower door for our bathroom renovation. The crew was very courteous. The came on time and did a great job templating the shower door. When it came time to install, the crew showed up on time and did a super.Great guys. Great company.

Supposedly they have 24 hour emergency service? Left a message at 6:30 today and now after 9am and no call back. Also called again and got the same message with no one answering the phone?
