Was able to get an appointment within a couple days. They were on time and extremely fast. My windshield looks great. Im high risk for covid and when the gentleman pulled up I asked if he would wear a mask and he already had one ready to go. You can trust them to think of your health and safety too! I had a difficult windshield to replace on a classic car. The first attempt was just off and didnt fit perfectly. Without hesitation they took it back, found a new windshield that was a perfect match and swapped it out a second time. That is excellent service and the end result is great.

Had my windshield replaced on my truck today, I wasnt home so the tech called me to verify where the truck was. I thought my wife would be home so I didnt pull it out of the barn. The tech got right to work, he replaced the glass and gave me a call before he left. He even put my cover back on exactly the way I had it! He did a Great job, and left no mess!

Excellent customer service and great attention to detail by the installer. I placed a call to NOVUS, told them what happen, dropped my car off that same day, was provided a loaner, and the next day not only was the new windshield installed, but calibrated so that all of my Toyotas safety feature work properly. Highly recommend NOVUS!

Got me in for a 7am windshield replacement appointment and I was out of there a little after 9am. This is exactly what I was told and anticipated when scheduling the appointment. The staff were all friendly and explained the process before starting. Bonus: Nick was able to save my husband’s park sticker collection 😉.

I made an appointment. When I showed up at 7am, they told me they didn’t have the parts in, wasting my time, and hadn’t even called me.When I went to my rescheduled appointment, they messed up the time and their technician was busy with someone else. When I called the technician, who couldn’t reschedule, and said they had “screwed me over” (my words) he used profanity and hung up on me.
