I had an appointment for what I thought would be a wheel replacement on the front driver’s side, because it was very scratched. When I arrived, Ryan told me the alignment needed adjustments and the front tire had a screw in it, in a position that couldn’t be repaired. Also, he showed me the back driver’s wheel was also scratched. Not as bad as the front so he said they have a man who can buff it out instead of replacing it. He had all of this done, in perfect condition, by noon the next day. He also found a loaner for me to drive at the last minute.I’m very impressed with Ryan and the quality and efficiency of the work. Also, the price was about $300 less than the original estimate! I’m very happy! My car is like new!

We went in for an emergency repair at 3:30 the day before an early morning 5 hour road trip. Lucas was amazing and so very helpful. They made the repair and the mechanic offered to stay late to also do our maintenance that was due. They found a screw in one of our tires and repaired it. We would have most likely had trouble on the road without that repair. We would recommend this dealership to everyone.

The routine service work and recall on door handles all completed within 4 hrs.

16 month battery not holding a charge. After charging x2, made appt. I felt like I got pushback on replacing the battery altogether, Even though the battery was under warranty. Also told that if I’m going to leave the car parked for more than four or five days, I should consider buying an item to charge the battery when gone. Dealership kept car overnight for 20 hour charge And provided me a loaner. Again service representative encouraged me to purchase the charger total bill $122 I explained to the representative that I’ve had many high-end cars and have never had to plug it in the way he was suggesting. I also explained that my husband’s cars that are also under the Toyota brand start without issue Every time. The representative told me that the high-end electronics in my car cause the battery to continue to work although not running In the end the battery was not replaced

Only took 2-trips and loss of rx- for a couple of weeks to repair/replace a control chip that, after researching, has apparently been an ongoing Lexus problem for the past 10-years. Tried the cheap route 1st time and after problem recurred Lexus gave go-ahead to do it right (at least thats what appears to be after the 1st week back...well see)... Local Lexus repair department went outta their way to get the Lexus engineers to get them the parts and permission to do the repair(s) right both times it went in...(2019 rx-450hl---24,000 miles)
