Thank you Alex for listening to me about my problems and clearly communicating to service what I needed to have performed. Thank you to Stuart for understanding my issue and for authorizing the repair to be performed. And thank you Martin for answering all my questions and getting my Tiguan in and back to me so quickly. Be careful. They quoted us $1000 for a repair and when it came time to pay it was actually nearly $2000. Scammers. Will never return.
