This was the first time I have ever bought a vehicle from a dealership because I usually get a sketched out feeling from salesmen, but these guys were awesome especially Joe, he let us do our thing, we told him which vehicles we wanted to look at and he just suggested one similar one that came in the night before. Other than that there wasn’t any pushing or haggling. We went for lunch came back made our decision and the buying process was fast and smooth!

Very easy, generally seamless process. Not the experience one expects from a dealership with none of the historical “pressure “ to buy. Had to wait a long time for arrival of selected vehicle but there was no required “deposit “ and was informed about any delays. Overall very pleased.

I was able to purchase my vehicle this weekend, amazing service working with Anthony. However I was assured my vehicle had been previously inspected from any problems, when I got home from my two hour drive that same day I noticed my heat/air conditioning did not work. I wish I could give this dealership a 5 star rating because service was great, but the car was not clear from all issues as they had promised.

This dealership is always thorough in their inspections and paperwork is done remotely for Covid safety.. Service people are polite and efficient. Complementary car wash as well and always offer a loaner if needed. Love getting my car work done here, although being a Lexus there really isnt much to do!

Great car, 2021 RX 350 F Sport, good price, their new car prep fell way short - 1, car battery was dead, they had to jump it to start it, 2, the first aid kit was missing ( I traded in a RX with a kit I had never used so I took it), 3, gas tank was 1/4 full (after I complained to the salesman he filled it up), 4, the collision avoidance wasn’t working ( was told it was because the battery was dead and once I drove it 10 mph it would reset so I drove it and it still didn’t work so they told me I had to do 25 mph so I took it out again and that fixed it). Anyway, hardly the experience I had expected when buying a $60k car. At that time I assumed they didn’t do any prep so I checked the fluid levels once I got home, they were ok. Sure makes me wonder about the 5000 mile check Lexus requires, what will the dealer really look at? Or will they just check the boxes without looking at anything? I have little confidence in this dealer, will probably go elsewhere.
The staff, and especially Jeff Christman, are always polite and are very knowledgeable. If I have a problem with my vehicle it is addressed quickly and efficiently. In a strange sort of way, I ALWAYS enjoy my visits with Lexus of Madison.

Ver poor customer service. I purchased a Honda CR-V from them in February and began to have car issues within 2 months afterwards. When I called to have it looked at, they told me that I would have to pay for the inspection and repairs completely out of pocket. A dealership should take care of their customers when an issue arises so quickly after the purchase. If you are looking for good customer service go to Zimbrick.

Jose is a really good guy and a very knowledgeable salesman. I was impressed with his knowledge of Lexus and a multitude of other makes and models. Although he doesn’t know how to hang or mud drywall nor does he partake in any form of manual labor. When it comes to buying a car, he’s great to work with. I would give two thumbs up and recommend. As a former salesman, if I was to send my mom or family to work with a salesman, it would be Jose.

I was greeted by Roger in the service dept. upon driving into the service department. He treated me very well. He pointed out the small dent on my passenger side front panel and asked if I wanted a quote to fix it. He suggested the person that could fix it was in and if I wanted it fixed it wouldn’t take long. I was thrilled to think I could get it fixed that easily. He also went over what needed attention for the amount of mileage on my car. I asked him to go ahead and check all suggested items. Master Technician Robert and Service Advisor Rodger were very helpful and cooperative in diagnosing my 2008 GS450h, even though I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. They went out of their way to explain Robert’s preliminary findings to me, even though I wanted to complete the repairs myself. I had left a couple important nuts loose that interfered with the diagnostic process, that made the technician’s job a little more difficult and time consuming, but they didn’t make a big deal about it, and didn’t charge me extra. He also performed a recall repair on the car. Oh, and I accidentally cancelled my appointment, but they took it in anyway and got the work done as soon as they could, which in my case was less than 24 hrs. Sorry for being a difficult customer :/ Five Stars!

We needed to order a new key fob through our insurance and our first attempt at Lexus of Rockford was met with indifference and a bad attitude as they told us our insurance wasn’t genuine and a scam!! (Not enough money in it for them to bother with I guess) it was a night and day experience with Lexus of Madison. Everyone we had contact with was courteous and accommodating. I had an exceptional experience in the service department. The customer service I received was phenomenal. Mike was my service writer and Rob and Trevor were the mechanics that did trouble shooting on my car. Both of the mechanics were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very patient and spent the time to do test drives and explain to me what was going on with my car in a language that I could understand. I really appreciated that and could tell that they cared about my car being safe and the service they provided. This is something that is rarely seen among mechanics as they are more behind the scenes and you hear mostly from the service writer, but those two (Rob, Trevor) have great customer service and build trust with their customers.Mike provided me with a loaner, so I could get everything I done that I needed to do before an upcoming trip. I was not inconvenienced by my car being serviced as I was accommodated very well. Mike even offered to drive my car to me and drive the loaner back do to my busy schedule. This is the ideal exceptional customer service. Thank you again, your service is appreciated.
The buying process was easy. We worked with Josh in finance and Kevin on the sales team and I believe Nathan was a manager that helped us as well. We Purchased a used vehicle and warranty from Lexus. Would’ve liked to get more for our trade but felt they were fair. Everyone was friendly and professional. There were a few things we wanted addressed on the vehicle before taking delivery ie a “rattle” and a few paint spots to touch up. Both of these were addressed to our satisfaction and quickly. They also buffed the whole vehicle before we took and filled it with gas. We would gladly purchase another vehicle from Lexus of Madison when the time comes.

Hi, I have had a terrible experience with Lexus of Madison. I was planning to purchase RX350. I was talking with a dealer named Jose and we came to an agreed price. My wife took a half day off so we can go buy the car. 5mins away from the dealership and this guy called me and told me someone else made a new offer and put down deposit. This guy never told me to put down deposit in first place. I cannot believe how unprofessional that was and will never ever visit this dealer. I would also strongly discourage this place to anyone who are in search of new car. I would give minus stars to this place.

Nathan (GM) and Danielle (HR) never respond back to any calls or emails whatsoever. They take their sweet time to respond back to you even though they are in their offices. Surprise this dealership gets good reviews for the poor lack of communication skills they have. They must pay people to write great reviews for them.
My old Lexus died on the freeway near Lexus of Madison late on a Friday night. We pushed the car into a parking spot and called the next morning to see if they could take a look at it. We were put in contact with Jeff and went to see him Saturday morning. We explained what happened when the car was dying (we had a suspicion it was the alternator) and he said he would look at it as soon as he could. Jeff was unpleasant and unfriendly. They looked at the car on Monday and told me that the alternator was fine and that the car needed a new battery. I took a new battery to the car and installed it and the car ran. I took the old battery to the auto parts shop where they tested it and told me the battery was fine (after Jeff told me the battery was dead). We examined the car and determined that there was a corroded lead on the alternator and that was causing the problem. We cleaned up the lead and confirmed the alternator and battery are working fine. Jeff wanted to charge me over $300 for a new battery that was not even needed. I am disappointed in this service because, not only did they completely misdiagnose the problem, they were not prompt or friendly during any part of the service. I will not be bringing my Lexus back to this dealership.
A huge thank you to Nate in the Service Department at Lexus of Madison. I was on a long road trip and noticed a loud noise coming from the front end of my vehicle. I decided to give Lexus a call to help troubleshoot it. I was in luck because Nate was still in the office on a Friday evening to walk me through the issue. It ended up being loose lug nuts on the front, driver’s side tire. He wanted to ensure my safety as I was pulled over on a country road and stayed on the phone with me the entire time. Thank you, Nate! Great customer service!!

Answered a survey regarding my service experience which I had some issues. Recieved a call the next day which was great. Unfortunately I was on vacation at that time. I have returned the call twice since my return with no response for almost two weeks. I guess it was not important to dealer after all.
I am so disappointed with the service I’ve received from this place. I bought my Lexus from them a couple months or so back. During the test drive, no one pointed out to me that there were several scratches on the hood. When we signed all the papers, on doing the final checks, I saw the scratches and pointed to them, they acknowledged that they will fix the scratches. They took the car back for this work. When I got it back the scratches were still there. I called them and let them know. The response I got from the sales guy Steve was, “we got it to as good as we could” the scratches were too deep that they could not buff off. I think they had to repaint it but they didn’t. I just went back and the sales guy Steve completely refused that the scratches were not there. They refused to honor their side of the bargain. I honestly would not have paid $30k plus for a car with those visible damages. I am so disappointed. Would not recommend this place :(

This dealership went above and beyond customer service. I was from out of town and I did not want to drive 2 hours and spend 4 hours in the dealership. Jeff the salesman took a video of the vehicle I was interested in. He gave me a trade in estimate and lease estimate before I even got down there. They did not play a numbers game. The longest part was waiting for the financing piece. I wish I would have filled out the application online and that may have made things go faster. We ended up only being at the dealership 2 hours which wasnt too bad.I had a horrible experience with the Lexus dealer in Appleton (20 miles from my home). We were treated so bad that I refused to give them my business. I messaged every Lexus dealer within 3 hours of my home and asked for numbers on trade and lease prices before we went down there. Jeff at the Madison location was the only one who responded quickly, gave me the clear numbers, and a clear price on my trade. Thank you Jeff you made the sale, by listening to what I wanted.
