I had a great time shopping! The store manager is also great, she reached out to me the first time I ordered online and was having issues picking up before the store closes. She offered to drive it all the way to the East side where I manage. I enjoyed the selection of fun, jewelry and found several items in the sale section.This is a great store in Middleton if you have girlfriends or family to shop for this holiday season!

Cute little boutique, found some unique greeting cards in the home section! Would be a great place to pick up a baby gift!

I had a very unpleasant experience here a few weeks ago, and it seems as if the staff/management couldnt have cared less. They were rude and condescending, and I will certainly never return. There are too many other better options out there.

Um, my girlfriend dragged me here. She really seemed to think it was cute. Good thing Im rich.

Received an email notification of a Thanksgiving weekend sale. Thought Id stop by and shop local. Despite being one of 5 ladies in the store, neither shopkeeper said a word to me. I did, however, hear them great all the other women to explain sales and a drawing they were having. I was in the store for 10 minutes and walked past the desk twice. This store used to be 3 times the size with beautiful homewares (Juliska, Mackenzie Childs), high end stationary items (Lilly Pulitzer, Kate Spade) and a large childrens/baby selection. They recently discontinued that side of their business and now carry 97% womens boutique clothing and cheap costume jewelry. Considering this drastic selection reduction and the haughty attitude from the shop girls, Chauette will no longer make my list for places to frequent in Middleton. Hopefully the new development nearby will bring more high-end home options with traditional customer service.

I love supporting local businesses; however, I had an extremely poor experience recently where a miscommunication resulted in an unpleasant (and unrectifiable) outcome.
