As an avid walker, I have issues with my legs, especially my left leg. When I entered the store I told the sales woman that I would be a tough case. She said that this was fine. We began by her doing a foot scan which we discussed. Then we spent about an hour or more where I tried on probably 10 different pairs of shoes with two different types of inserts. as a result I was finally able to make a purchase. She was very patient, kind and helpful. When we finished and I reminded her that I said I would be a difficult case, she said, Well that’s what I’m here for.The shoes and inserts which I purchased have made a big difference. I am not experiencing the pain that I had in my left leg as before. Needless to say I’m very happy with them and very much appreciate her experience and diligence in helping me find the right pair of shoes and inserts. I highly recommend Fleet Feet as a place to purchase their shoes, especially for those who have issues with their feet and legs.

Love the staff and the high quality products they sell. When you walk in they are friendly and ready to help you find the best fit possible. They have 2 different ways to measure your feet. Once they measure your feet, they will find you several options of shoes. They will help you fit them, have space for you to walk or run to get a good feel. They will even set you up on a treadmill. If one option doesnt work, they will find you another option with as much enthusiasm as the first.

Swag place with some funky tech stuff. Somewhere out there, a database has an exact copy of my feet. The government could track me with that, I suppose.Give the boy Tyler a raise, man is an absolute legend, 11/10 customer service. I had a very pleasant conversation on quantum computers and his shoe recommendations were quick and informed.

The staff went above and beyond! It took a few visits and products to find the right solution to my problem, but Ive now got the perfect pair of shoes to keep running pain free. I worked with several different staff members and all were super helpful, without being pushy, and really listened to what I had to say. I would absolutely recommend this location!

I bought a couple pairs of shoes on the Fleet Feet website, but wasnt sure which pair fit the best. I made an appointment ( very easy to do) and Kelly helped me out. She started out by scanning my feet. This was really helpful! Not only do I have wide feet, but also high arches and insteps. Now I know why some shoes cause numbness across the top of my feet. Kelly showed me a different way to lace my shoes to avoid the numbness. Awesome! She had me walk to determine if I needed a stability or neutral shoe. Then she determined that one of the shoes I bought would not work for me. In addition, she had me try on a couple of different pairs from the store. Then I was able to decide on the pair that felt best. Im thrilled that they have wide shoes in several different brands.I will be back!

I needed a new pair of running shoes, as all of mine were old and worn out. Also dealing with plantar fasciitis and neuroma on foot. Made an appointment online. I have to say, my experience at the store was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. The sales person was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After taking scans of my feet, she offered me 3 different shoe options explaining why she made these choices. Additionally she recommended shoe inserts without being pushy. I bought the shoes and the inserts. I cannot say enough about this store and its employees. Looking forward to going back in the future.

1st time to set foot in a fleet feet this afternoon. I had came for a brand of Insoles that I really like. A young man greeted me, was very hepful, and knowledgeable. Then at the register this amazing lady help to make sure I had the correct Insoles. Had me take my work boot off to check if the arch was correct then she cut my new Insoles to fit my boots. I went to Fleet Feet years ago and they were always helpful but I was nervous as I hadnt run for years and am out of shape. Fleet Feet purchases are worth every dollar. Their staff take the time to makes sure you get the best shoes for your needs. At my most recent visit, they measured my feet, watched me walk, and found six pairs of shoes for me to try and compare, making sure to explain the benefits of each pair and why they might work well for my feet and gait. They let you run around in each pair, too, so you can make sure they work well for you. Even though I paid a little more for my shoes, it was worth it, knowing that these shoes are high-quality, and the right fit for me and my running/biking.

I was really impressed by the service at Fleet Feet. They turned the shoe buying experience upside down. In the past I have walked into average shoe stores and told them my size and the shoe I want to try on. Then they bring it to me and that is it. At Fleet Feet, they sat me down, measured my feet and showed me 3 or 4 shoes that would be good for my foot shape and similar to the shoes I have been wearing. Great place to buy shoes and getting tips for running. They analyze your stride and will recommend shoes based on it. Their customer service was above and beyond. I had lost a water bottle in my fuel belt and they were able to borrow one from an existing fuel belt to sell me.

Great customer service and knowledge of everything running and running/walking related. I dont run much, but spend my day on my feet all day as a trainer, and Fleet Feet set me up with some great inserts to help with my tight arches. The first pair I bought was a little too aggressive, and I was able to exchange them for NO extra cost, even after 1 week or trying them out!

I enjoyed the customer service. While there didnt seem to be too many choices for trail shoes on the shelf (at least to my eye), the person who helped me brought out a few different style of shoe for me to try. This helped me to compare and contrast and find the right shoe.

Over the past 8 years I have bought running shoes from most places out there (madison wi area) and never really established a good relationship with any of them.Came into FF after I had an unfortunate shoe blowout before my triathlon. Helped me scan feet and find a shoe nice and quick. Fast forward a month and a half and I was getting extreme foot pain from the new shoes. (Was wearing on cloudswifts and the cage provided too many issues for my foot)Brought them back and was still in the 60 day warranty. They took them back no questions asked and got started right away analyzing what was wrong with the shoe and what may work better. Got me in an AMAZING pair of Altras and have gone about 20 miles now running on clouds. Even if they did not work, knowing that i would again have another 60 days to try them out was incredibly comforting. The lady helping me even told me about some good deals coming up that i should keep an eye out for concerning cheap triathlon gear!FF will be where i buy all my future shoes, and where I will reccomend everyone to go. Great company, great business model.

I appreciate being put on a waiting list for popular shoes and being called to come try them on. It alleviates the headache of trying to find them multiple places. Very nice service in store. Also, I like that there is a basket of kids toys!

My salesperson, Alice, was extremely knowledgeable with running shoes and proper fitting, which is exactly what I was looking for. She remained very patient as I tried on pair after pair of shoes, none feeling quite right. Eventually I found a pair that felt like I was standing on a cloud. Ive run 10 or so miles in them and can already feel a world of difference compared to my last, bargain bin shoes that I had to fill with duct tape to prevent blisters.

Not very familiar with running shoes so went to get some advice, not to buy yet. The salesperson asked me some questions about what I was going to be doing, and had me stand and do a short jog for her to see how my feet land on the ground. She brought out 3 suggestions and told me the differences of each as I tried them on and walked around with them. Was never pushy.Ended up going back a week later to buy one of the suggested shoes.

Ive been here looking for basically every type of product they sell at one time or another and everyone has always been super helpful with helping me figure out the right thing for me. Also, the rewards program is solid, and they carry my favorite socks.
