Bagels ok. You ask them not to do something to the bagel and they say thats what we do. Then when you want a the bagel to be a sandwich they cheap out with the product they are putting in a sandwich. BLT a piece of bacon,lettuce and tomato. (Meaning one of everything) not asking to load it up but come on now.Ask if I can have more and they look at you like you want 100 bagels for free. They cheap out and over charge you for what your getting.

Bagel is chewy on the outside and soft inside. Really a great bagel. They know what theyre doing.

Extremely rude staff. Tried to order a turkey sandwich and the young women said she will not be putting any lettuce tomato onion even though their sign says “all bagels come with lettuce, tomato…” I asked for it and she made a huge fuss so I decided to cancel my order and leave to go to Rizzos down the street.As I was getting in my car she came outside and yelled the “f” multiple times at me. I was pretty shocked that not only it escalated to this point but she actually came outside to blow up at me when I simple just asked for the works on my sandwich.Will never visit again. Don’t write lots of reviews as I don’t experience events like this much but felt compelled in this case.

Freshest bagels Ive ever had. Theyre airy and light definitely not what Im used to.

Our favorite bagel spot, love that online ordering is an option and that the orders are right by the door to pick up -- it has been clutch in the pandemic with toddlers. The freshest most delicious bagels. French toast and Everything are our favorites. My only complaint is our past three orders of a half dozen bagels, were short one or two but we didnt realize until we got home, I am sure just an error but weird that it has happened multiple times. Check them out, support local buisess.

The staff was very rude, and had a bias with male customers. Similar to most Brazilian stores, the female workers treated the customer behind me (a man) better than me and my daughters. This is the second time that has happened and I am very disappointed.

We got coffees and two sandwiches from this place.The iced coffee is great!The garlic special was phenomenal, rivals bagel worlds own.The only reason for the 4 stars is the Chipotle chicken was not great. I think the sandwich would make more sense with cold cut chicken instead of subway style chicken. The chicken in tbe sandwich was a little too chewy and tough. The flavor was good though.

I love yours breakfasts and coffees, especially cappuccino. I do not believe it when reading negative comments, I have always been treated very well and will always recommend. I love you guys

Horrible experience during my first time visit and I will never go back. Young girls are very RUDE and unprofessional working behind the counter. The girl ran out of the store while I was in my car and started yelling and swearing at me to the point were I almost called the Police until an older lady grabbed her are and pulled her back in the store. Very disappointed with the service I received. Bagel World is so much better food and service.

I really don’t wanna leave review like this but I decided to say something. Their bagels and sandwiches are OK, but their customer service really makes me hesitate you got back again. That young girl/woman who take order and make sandwiches has attitude. She has no feelings on her face it just null and taking orders in a such way make me very rude.This young people works there they have no idea what is a customer service is and I’m wondering manager is aware of this.I am sorry that I am writing this review but I Really want to let the owner/manager know about their customer service skills, it effect their business.Best luck.

This Bagel Shop puts Dunkin Donuts to shame. The bagels here are definitely cheaper $$$ and fresh out of the oven ready to serve.

Weve got served quickly and efficiently. The bagel I had was a salt garlic bagel with egg and cheese and bacon, and it was delicious!. I really wanted an asiago bagel but they were all gone and when I saw them come out of the oven when I was eating my sandwich and one of the serves brought one over to me at no charge, after asking me if I wanted one and I said no thanks. Very sweet and great PR!

Went today to grab some bagels after my weekly hike in the state park near by. Bagels are great, dont get me wrong about that. However, the employees do not wear their masks properly. One even had her mask on her chin! This can seriously kill someone. I cant support a business that doesnt take covid seriously. Very disappointing as their Asiago bagels are amazing.

The best bagels!

I usually get bagels at Bagel World but thought Id give the new place a try. The bagels were OK but I only ordered 3 of them and when we got home they got the order wrong. 3 bagels were too much for this place to handle correctly. If it was busy I would give them a pass but it was just us in there. Back to Bagel World. First impressions are so important.

A lot of confusion not knowing who they are serving for customersallowing people in the store without mask on not speaking to them and just letting large groups hang inside. roughly 30 people shoved in this little store is a lot.

Masks are worn below nose by friendly staff. Bagel is excellent as are the sandwiches . As much as I love this place, I am sad because they do not seem to care about the rules posted on their own doors during COVID-19.

No lines which is great. The bagels seem to be slightly over done, I have been there on several occassions. The coffee is extremely bitter. The place is immaculate. Good place for a quick bite but not fantastic

The real deal for fresh bagels and coffee

The bagels I got had no taste to them and the raisin and wild berry bagels I bought had barely any raisins or berrys in them.

Wasnt the best bagel. Chicken sandwich was kind of overpriced and not all that good. It was also supposed to have pulled chicken, but they just gave me chunks of chicken. There was also little or no avocado.
