This Starbucks is clean and fast. My only complaint is the change in hours. They close at 3pm now.

Ive been going here for years, and I LOVE this location! Everyone who works here is friendly or at least courteous with every interaction Ive had, they are quick, and today I was even asked how my day was going before ordering. Will always go here 🤗

I used to love the staff here and go all the time (Bryan we miss you!!). The drive through staff has slid a bit. The gal working the window on 7/24 at 8:22 am was particularly rude. I actually got out of my car and went inside rather than continue to interact with her.

This starbucks has been closing early many days. They block you from ordering in advance and today they closed their drive thru. annoying.

Very fast for a morning and excellent customer service

The nitro cold brew is decent, still a little too burnt-tasting (dark roast) for a person like me who prefers medium roast, but much better than the other ice coffee options.

The best baristas!

Rarely are the drinks made correctly. If you order the same drink two days in a row, you will not get the same thing. This is a very busy location & they are frequently out of ingredients.

Great Starbucks. Friendly and helpful staff. I loved the cheese, crackers and fruit snack. So nice to have great options to go with fun beverages

Latte I ordered tasted watered down - every time I go to Starbucks the lattes taste watered down. Not going there anymore. I can spend $5.00 on something that I would enjoy.

Comfortable coffee-house with ample outdoor seating to enjoy a pleasant climate and to sit away from the indoor hum of commerce and coffee. Located just at the edge of a quality retail shopping center, this store is easily accessible by car or by foot, if you happen to be making a purchase at nearby store.Great coffee, as you might have come to expect!

I love this starbucks and the workers here are always a delight to talk to i just wish the store was better stocked with items so they wouldn’t always be out of food and supplies for drinks, more of a management problem than a starbucks employee problem.

Middleton store is my favorite. They are fantastic!

The Mickey Ds of coffee. Its fine. Service is spotty. Inventory is unpredictable and if you have your heart set on a particular item I dont recommend because theyre often out of different food items. Supply chain management could use an overhaul.

I had good experience with this location until recently. On May 27, I ordered Very Berry Hibiscue Lemonade through Mobil app, when I picked it up, I was told they were out of berry, so my Very Berry ended up with the Lemonade, no berry no color. Accident happens, so I didnt complain at all that day. Today 06/09, I ordered it again, guess what? I was told they were still out of berry but my drink should taste the same even without berry. Thank you for telling me that, if you tell me you dont have berry in advance I would switch to a different drink. I asked why you dont update your ingredients in your app to let people know, they said they didnt because they had to do it manually! Great excuse! Please, be responsible.

Service was five stars - sweet and attentive baristas. This is a great Starbucks if youre looking for a location where you can work quietly! Pretty views of Century Avenue and easy parking. Did have some trouble finding a good outlet for plugging in - some are weirdly jammed, others probably just damaged from years of customer abuse. This location currently has a sign up saying that they are relocating October 2.

Great food, drinks, but best of all a friendly and courteous staff. We had amazing service the night of 01/02/19 and will be back again soon.

Did not have Decaf and 1 coffee wasnt able too drink already on the road they forgot to put the coffee in the drink 😑.

Okay this Starbucks was fabulous I usually go and get the peppermint mocha was either almond milk or low-fat milk and always will whipped cream thats my review

Great new Starbucks location that maximizes a fairly small building footprint with an impressive amount of seating inside. Follows the new design with a handful of bar height tables for those just looking to chat and then a number of small tables and a single large worktable with ample power outlets available below and in the tables for those there to get some work done.

Great staff, dedication to creating delicious drinks, and a clean facility. Always a pleasant place to hang out. Plenty of comfortable seating.

This is the Starbucks I live near and I must say I hope every time I go their Isabella is there she is the best Starbucks employee she gives me great service and a wonderful smile I hope she gets an award for customer service because she makes me happy every time thank you!!!

One of the reasons I go to Starbucks is that gold members get free refills on tea and coffee. On the website it specifically says regardless of initial beverage purchased. While Ive never had a problem at any other Starbucks, the staff member I interacted with here says that wording is vague, and they dont comply with that policy.Not 20 minutes later the same barista was explaining the free refills policy to another customer, and said technically its only valid for the same visit, but if youre working across the street it doesnt really matter.I dont have a reason to come back, and wont.

The new Middleton location on Allen Boulevard addresses the deficiencies of the old Starbucks site at Frank Lloyd Wright Avenue by adding a drive through window and more seating in a more convenient location. The drinks here are decent and there are fewer instances where they are out of sandwiches and pastries than there were in the past.

Since I posted my previous review, parking has gotten better and the internet services seems to be working better.

Fast and friendly drive-thru!

This location wont be here much longer, but will always go down in history as my favorite one ever. *edit* The new location they build is okay, but can be a pain to drive in and out of due to high volume of traffic in the area and small roads

The spiffy new location has fast service and enough seating. I do still miss the old location in the Frank Lloyd Wright shopping center.

They didnt stir the coffeer, and caramel macchiato tasted like plastic. But it tasted ok last time though.

I moved to the area 2 months ago and have been coming to this location every morning since then. Only one barista has bothered to remember my drink, despite the fact that I order the SAME thing every day.Worse, the baristas consistently make mistakes and then finger point and argue with each other trying to deflect the blame. Meanwhile, the customer never gets what they want. I dont care that you misread your colleagues bad handwriting, I didnt order my drink kids temperature, I ordered it extra hot. We also dont care that you thought the customer ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich when she ordered a bacon and cheddar sandwich, just accept the mistake and put the correct sandwich in the oven.Summary: customer service is terrible and way below typical Starbucks standards.
