The store leader belittled and criticized my partner for wanting to go home when we found out our infant daughter had covid.She told him that if he didnt have symptoms and got the vaccine he didnt need to go home, she wanted him to stay working instead of prioritizing the safety of coworkers and customers. He insisted to go home and get tested because hes considerate and actually cares about people. He tested positive that same night. Now she wont respond to any of his texts and its been nearly a full week. If you dont want to get covid, dont come here.Unbelievable how little the top store leader cares about the health and safety of others.

First time in my life I have ever been yelled at for paying too fast. A new supervisor or manager(white shirt) gave me attitude about paying before she finished scanning. Stop totaling out the transaction before you finish scanning my items! How does a SUPERVISOR not know how a cash register works? I have never in my life been given attitude at a Kwik Trip until this morning.Unbelievable.

Kwik Trip is a great gas station with low prices and a great convenience store with baked goods, hot food, and take home dinners.

Who doesnt appreciate a Kwik Trip? When traveling with out-of-staters they learn very quickly to look for Kwik Trips.They have reliably clean bathrooms & healthy snacks. You can tell the kids, have a banana when they ask for junk food. Fuel prices are generally low as well. My daughter recently purchased a woodlot / camping site. With the grocery store 30 miles away it was a plus when there was a Kwik Trip only 8 miles away with take home meals ready to go and a microwave to heat it up.

I love kwik trips! They have a great selection of snacks and beverages and frozen treats. The people there have always been very helpful and courteous.

Went there this morning, an employee was wearing a mask as chin support while talking to another employee in the middle of the store. 1 customer without a mask, 2 more not wearing it properly not one word from a single employee. went to check out and the clerk grabbed my sandwich to look at the wrapper because it was wrapped strange. they need to take covid seriously. will never go in this store location again.

Today was not a great experience at this store. I pulled in because gas was $1.09. I was not desperate for gas but based on the price I decided I would get it. I started pumping gas and the price changed to $1.34 per gallon as I was filling it. I went into the store to question it and none of the sales people were helpful. Pretty much no one knew what was going on. Disappointing service and felt like it was a bate and switch since no one was honoring the price. The car next to me finished about 10 to 15 seconds before me and he got the $1.09 price.

Girl that works during the day doesnt wear a mask! A face shield is not a substitute! Its pretty inconsiderate, at the very least.

I am a regular customer and everyone there is so friendly as I am to them. I go to Kwik Trip #964 almost on a daily basis . They know me by name as well as where I work as I am always wearing my name tag. I came in to buy something that was less than $5.00 and I forgot my debit card. I did have a picture of it on my phone but they refused to take it. They could’ve at least let me come back and pay later as I am in almost daily. This really upset me cause i am a manager and if someone who was a regular customer came in and needed something under $5 then I would do everything I can to accommodate them because they are a great customer and I want to keep them as a customer. I have been in customer service for 25 yrs. I would never do this. You lost a good customer for this.

This Kwip Trip always has SO MUCH trash along the road and in the ditches. I sometimes walk my dog past here and I’m going to have to stop because there are always cigarettes and half eaten food containers. I have never seen any one cleaning around it.

They need to work on getting customers in and out of the store in a timely manor. The store was previously a PDQ, and it now takes longer to check out and be on my way. For the love of God, can you stock the individual cans of Mountain Dew! EVERY TIME I stop in there the shelf is EMPTY.

I worked here for 5 years before it was modeled into a Kwik Trip. Its a great convenience stop! Theres lots of hot food and things to grab on the go. There are multiple pumps here too for busy times. There is no wait to get gas. Staff has been wonderful at this location. Its one of the bigger ones and a great place to shop.

No better place for gas. Get the rewards card. So many specials and coupons. Love the hot food selections. The best muffins. Really good coffee. Service is fast and always friendly. Stop for meat, potatoes, onions, bananas and milk. So many choices! Come get a job if you need extra cash. Love these guys! Clean bathrooms.

The hot foods section is always very well managed and never seems to have a down day. I usually get the cheese filled breadsticks and macaroni & cheese pizza by the slice.Their muffins are also always in stock which are a great easy food to take with. Their bottled water 2/$3 deal is one my wife and I constantly take advantage of.Its a bit claustrophobic at times and occasionally parking is difficult as well.

Love it! Food is good, coffee is good. The sales they have on a few items (eggs, milk, bread) are amazing. Sometimes the pumps give you coupons to use inside.

Got Satisfaction? On the Go? Kwik Trip is the Quick trip! Fuel up, grab your milk, bread, butter, eggs even Steak wrapped in bacon. I love Kwik Trip!!!

This one is always fully stocked. Plenty of cashiers in the morning to get through the line fast. Im happy with the customer service here too.

Hands down best gas station convenience store Ive ever been too. Unmatched selection of coffee and other beverages; expansive selection of food.

Pumps never seem to work. Just like pdq, they blame my truck but coscto right down the road feeds my truck with no problem. So the next time I come in and say something about your pump not working. Dont blow me off.

This Kwiktrip rarely has hot food ready, Id say its very disappointing as a morning customer. I specifically have came here for breakfast several times and leave empty handed, even after looking for secondary options.

Kwik trip is known for clean bathrooms and i make a point when traveling to stop at one for all of our needs, however, when i went to use the restroom it was the dirtiest i have been in .. floor littered with towels and garbage.. no paper towl to even dry your hands!! So next time i come thru i will not stop here
