Had three orders; the first two took very long, which is okay. My third order took long and they updated me that somehow my order ended up on France. No apology or no recourse, just that it was there. Several attempts for them to correct this, re-send order or refund, have gone unanswered. They need to remember people ordering their products are most likely going through a hard period on their life, now to add this. Small, but important.
