Typical Michaels store. Clean and neat inside.

I love Michaels and AC Moore. Unfortunately AC Moore closed so have to go to Michaels for everything. The prices were ridiculously high. Was looking at a spring wreath for front door. It was nothing special but they wanted 59.99 for it 😱. You can find deals sometimes just have to really look.

They have lots of great crafts stuff in a large store. They have supplies for a wide variety of crafts. Paints, yarns, beads, flowers, etc. They also had lots of little things on sale, which was nice.

A lot of crafting supplies. Good place for teachers, moms, and there are a variety of sewing supplies.

I love arts and crafts so, naturally, I love the Michael’s Arts & Crafts store. They have everything you could ever need in order to do crafting of any kind. Markers, paint, brushes, drawing pads, miniatures to build, children’s crafts (my kids and I love to do these together) coloring books for children and adults, unfinished wood letters, signs, plaques and more for DIY wall and/or home decor, scrapbooks and scrapbooking supplies, photo albums, stickers, baking supplies and cake decorating supplies, latch hooking kits, yarn, crochet needles, sewing supplies, floral arrangements, professional photo display, etc... the list goes on and on.If you love arts and crafts, what’s not to love about a store like this? ❤️

Whats not to love about Michaels although they need more floor assistance but all in all I love this location

Shelves were practically empty..I understand about turning over seasons but when you have your people just standing around talking to each other you cant make sales that way...no eye contact with sales reps and customers..if they thought you had a question thats when the got busy...heading in another direction...its a shame you bought as moore...they alwsys had people to help customers, if uou coukdnt find it they took you to where it was

Michaels is my spot bc Im always into 50 different craft & home projects @ any given time..Soo I love Michaels BUT I Do deeply miss my A.C Moore as well!

Well maintained... friendly staff... stocked decently even during Covid..

Ordered a custom mat so I could frame some photos my daughter took. Worked with Heather in the framing department. She was very good, and knew her business. On top of that she genuinely appeared to like her job, and this made my experience all the better.

Fairly clean, well laid out. Not alot of choices within the different craft genres. 1brand or 1 type of each item. I was very sad to see A. C. Moore had closed.

I got what I needed. The cashier was very pleasant and helped me retrieve a coupon from my phone. The only thing that bothered me was that I couldnt find a person working the floor to ask them if they had foil transfers. I let it go. Ill get it online.

My favorite place to buy yarn! Its always so clean and inviting. Friendly workers who are pleasant even when they bring your curbside pick up.

Looking for separating zippers is becoming impossible

One of my top 5 favorite craft stores. So many different options for a great price. Their seasonal decorations are by far my favorite! The staff is always super friendly and the store is always put together!

Great for crafters. Only offer oils and acrylics to serious artists. Limited brush types and sizes for serious artists. Great customer service!

We went in to get a poster professionally framed. Heather treated us really well, took her time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and was very personable.

Wife went in for yarn. HUGE selection at reasonable prices. Large inventory of Arts and crafts. There are other aisles of yarn and accessories!

Michaels get a three star from me cause although the staff is friendly and willing to help their prices come on they still employ that old tactic of raising prices then giving 50% or more and still get what they want. Just put your price and stop giving people this false sense like we are saving all this money....

Shelves are a mess and in disarray. Nothing is where its supposed to be. Looked like there was no inventory available in certain sections. Selection of wood products was sparse at best.

Very organized better than the Newburgh store

This is fun store. Lets me let my childhood loose again in my mind. Lol. Crafts and fun. A must visit in the Times of covid virus. Allows me to dream some of new craft projects. Oh yes BTW it aint cheap

Pretty cool just wished they would ship was trying to find a gift for my mom and they didnt have the siser heat press available on their website

The store looks empty! Sad...guess were supposed to shop online. To make it worse was the closing of the AC Moore.

Disorganized, boxes of merchandise lying around in aisles, items found in other craft stores unavailable, not enough workers in the store. Will not be returning. Better selection online from Oriental Trading or Amazon.

Michaels is a very interesting store .If you are creative or just looking for ideas for a new art or decoration project; Michaels is the place and mostly everyday they have different discounts.I visited on Monday and there was a 35% off.

I dont know whats happened to this store. I preferred it to A.C. Moore which was right next door until they closed. It always seems the store is in disarray & I think they may have inherited some of A.C. Moores surly employees

Found what I was looking for, took me awhile. How come there is no prices on half the items? And this charging you anickle for a bag is ridiculous. What are they doing with all that money they saved on plastic bags?

Good prices! Dana should probably find another job that she actually likes. She was not very helpful at all. She left me standing waiting for her to come back and she never came back.

This Michael’s is by far the best Michael’s I have ever been in. They are all pretty much clean and well stocked but this particular Michael’s has the greatest staff, great location and has just about anything and everything you need to fulfill every single arts & craft or school project imaginable. Staff is always smiling and helpful and walks you over to what you’re looking for. Great place .

Post Holiday craft shopping - shelves were pretty empty and prices werent much lower than the seasonal prices.Seasonal pricing game - prices are printed on item boxes. On box price is NEVER the actual price. Store signage indicates deep discounts (e.g., $10 box price, $5.99 sign price, 40% discount) from the day items hit the shelf.Clearance price of $5 doesnt really seem like a clearance price.

Love Michaels! They cover the gamut in all things artistic. Hard to find sales help at times but they’re very helpful when you do inquire.

I always enjoy this craft store. The staff is always very nice and they offer great prices on scented glass encased candles.

This is my favorite one stop shopping for crafts. I always get coupons from their memberships rewards, dont forget to sign up, its worth it. They also take their competitors coupons from AC More, no questions asked...unlike their competitor. My favorite are is the cake decorating area, its helped me build my hobby at a reasonable cost. The staff here are always helpful, nice and friendly.

This was only my second time in this store for a few reasons#1 Im not a crafty person#2 Im kinda cheap#3 I found this place to be very expensiveThey have a lot of cute items but I feel that things are much cheaper at Hobby Lobby or even WalMart. I might go here for something hard to find and then Id be willing to pay their prices but not for every day items.

I absolutely love Michaels. To me its like what a toy store is to kids (awesome). Such a selection to choose from....ideas...a crafters dream !

Great store but the line is always way to long. They never have more then 2 employees at the registers when Im checking out. Otherwise selection of stuff is good and there are great deals.

Horrible.. missing AC Moore!! There is never any staff on floor! Bought three jar candles and didnt receive bag. Worst place ever.. will be going to Walmart for craft supplies!!!!

Me and my wife loved this store. They have lots of art-related supplies at a reasonable price. The only problem is since this store is big, it is hard sometimes to find an associate to help. But the selection are great!

Great craft store. I was delighted to see the yarn I use regularly is more than 20% less here regular price than at Joanns. Plus they accept my coupons from other stores. They had everything I was looking for, some great clearance items which have me some new ideas, and awesome prices. Its going to be my new one stop shop!

Good store and coupons are great

Absolutely love this store! First off I find it so hard to believe 3...count em 3 craft stores can survive in the same mall let alone 2 right next to each other but somehow they do just fine. JoAnn Fabrics is around the corner and AC Moore is right next store but Michaels kicks it up a notch featuring beautifully organized crafts at not only comparable but unbeatable prices. I stop at all three but ultimately buy from one.

They got what you need for crafts

Theres a reason why I usually shop elsewhere or online. Sign clearly says press here for online orders. Four associates and a MANAGER all see me standing next to the sign and pressing the button. No one acknowledges me...and I finally ask if someone is going to respond--to be told to stand in line. What??? Why order online if that is the case? Its been a while since Ive been in this store. It will be like again. Back to Hobby Lobby...i only came bc of the frame sale. Ugh!

They always have whatever were looking for whether its for our daughter in high school or our daughter in elementary school...you can find it here... PLUS there is another craft store RIGHT NEXT DOOR, so if its not here then simply go right next door to the other craft store and by the time you leave the parking lot you WILL have what you need for your project.

Always have what inspires me!

The only reason this store is getting a five star rating or why I even come in here for that matter is because of a lady that works there by the name of Tiffany. Somehow I always have a problem here (like my rewards card number wont work to do a return) unless Tiffany checks me out. She is the only worker there that doesnt have an attitude, greets me with a friendly smile, and asks about my day, and if I found everything I needed. This woman is truly an asset to the company!

Seems to me that Michaels has a better selection of beads and jewelry supplies. But I do Love that both Michaels and ACMoore are right next to each other because this gives me an even better selection to choose from.

Very cleanand neat store. Go here for all your crafting needs. This location also offers classes from kids to adults. If youre into baking they do Wilton baking classes. On the weekends from time to time they do kids art classes usually anywhere from.$2-5 to make a project. They also have a eoom for kids birthday parties. This location has frames, wedding supplies, kids crafts, painting supplies, floral supplies & yarn.

Got exactly what I went there for....and then some! Clean, organized, with a friendly and helpful staff!

This store is nice and big but If youre thinking of doing an in store pickup?? Forget about it! Itll be quicker to go in & grab the items yourself. I ordered online (3 items) for in store pickup. 3 hours later I was in the area & decided to go in since I had other items to grab and my order was still not ready! They worked on my order as soon as I asked about it which was ridiculous. The store was empty with only a handful of customers and I was in there about 30 minutes before deciding to go ask about my order. The fastest in store pickup Ive experienced is the newburgh location where they have your order ready Within 30 minutes.

Love the products, a little pricey. Floor employees could engage more with their costumers. Employees at counter are always friendly.
