The price he quoted was extremely fair, I had another estimate prior to his that was $150 more! I had finally purchased my dream car a few months before doing the damage, I was devastated. Went there at 2pm on a Thursday, they were not busy, but they said they would have to email me a quote over. Never had a body shop do that, when I called up there at 1130 the receptionist told me that do not come around or after 1220 no tech would be there.A body shop tech did not even look at my car, the receptionist at the front counter. Took a bunch of photos of my car at my car it was just. I was just thinking why could I it come up earlier if she was going to be the one to look at my car. Poor customer service, took them for me to them back to even get them to email me a quote over.Not to mention, if they could not take take my car until the 9-20-2021. We bother having me come in for a quote. Total waste of my time. They should tell people that, I had one body shop tell me he could give me a quote, but they were about a month out. That is how Liberty should of handled it, it was complete waste of my time. To even bring my car up there in the first place, I dont recommend them.

My wife had a brief encounter with a telephone pole and took off my passenger side mirror. Our insurance agent recommended LIberty Collision. Brought my truck in, and got an on the spot quote with a timeline on how long the new mirror would take to order and install. I was unaware my mirrors were after market so what was ordered initially didn’t match. Jerry called and let me know the issues and that they were already on top of finding the correct mirror. Once the mirror came in I was emailed and updated with the new completion date and coordinate a pick up time. I was kept updated all through the process, didn’t break the bank, and they did quality work. Will definitely use them for anything like this in the future!

They kept me updated the entire time and even let me know that they was taking it to the shop in Franklin to get done even sooner and it they quoted me that it would be done on the 6th but I got it back four days sooner. Liberty Collision Center fixed our challenger after it was damaged in a storm their work was flawless we and others were impressed with the finished repairs. The service was was terrific they were very helpful with our insurance claim as well.

We had damage to our passenger rear door, quarter panel, and rim. Liberty Collision gave us a very competitive quote so we went with them are were not disappointed. They did a fantastic job fixing it up, and they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend using them!

Called up for a quote on paint only and the guy wanted to charge me $1100 to paint a bumper and a fender with me supplying parts. I can get a custom paint job for the full car with specially blended paints for $3000 (not Maaco). When I used to work in custom cars doing Hot Import Nights, we used to take our panels to a shop and get them painted for $200 or less including paint. This company may be excellent at what they do and if you have insurance, it might not matter what they charge, but if you are paying out of pocket, I would just avoid calling them at all. I dont know how much places like this cause insurance prices to be higher for everyone by gouging the insurance provider (i.e. Geico, State Farm, etc.), but Im sure it is not a zero effect on insurance premiums.

I was in a car accident on July 2, 2020 and called Liberty Collision. I was told my car needed to be released from Sandys Towing.. I called Liberty CollisionOn July 3, 2020 at 10:37am to let them know car was released. I was told that the car would be picked up on Friday and would get an estimate on Monday. I called Monnday and spoke with Jerry and was told that the car was never released. I told him that I called only for him to give me another excuse. Now I owe over $300.00 for the car not being picked up.. Would not recommend this place.

When a repair of my cars aluminum hood proved difficult, they were able to source a new replacement part at a reduced cost, perform additional work to blend the color properly in the front without charge, and ensure every question I had was answered. Had my daughters BMW repaired here (rear end collision). The damage was mostly cosmetic (bumper cover, small truck dent). The team did a great job on the color match and replacing the exhaust tips to match (adjuster quote one tip, but they didnt match each other....the Liberty guys ordered 2 new ones to match). Friendly and timely repair and communication.

This review is strictly due to the poor timing. Theyve had my car since 1-10-17 and i was supposed to get it back 2-03-17. upon calling them was told they need it for another week which would mean that they will have had it for over a month. Now first of all there was not that much to fix, secondly i had to call them to find out i was not getting my car when promised. Im a good and responsible person so i paid them the day i dropped it off. Maybe that was not a good idea but i was given the impression that i had NOTHING to worry about. So Im rating them a 1 because i was promised i would have my car back and i dont, i had to call them to find out i wasnt getting it back when expected, and at this point Ive been made to feel like they dont care because they already got their money from me. But trust and believe that i WILL be making calls to see what my options are to speed this up. I will also do a seperate review based on the quality of work, so we will see if its worth the wait.
