Went here to get my emissions done and had a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was fast. I was in and out of this place in about 20 mins.

I was quoted a huge number at another shop for strut replacement. I’m so glad I called here and spoke with Rhonda, who very quickly and graciously provided me with a quote for $500 less AND got me in the very same hour. Truly made my day and made me feel much better (despite still paying a hefty bill) knowing I was working with good people!

I hit a big chunk of asphalt curb on my way home from work Monday night in the dark and rain. I knew I did some damage to my tire, but It took out both tires on the passenger side! Luckily a co-worker showed up and gave me the name of this place to get my car towed. I called in and was lucky that they had someone available right away to come tow it. (flat bed, all wheel drive) The guy was efficient and very nice. I had him tow it to Town Fair tire and he came in with me to be sure I would be taken care of. He even went back out in the rain to see what brand and size my tires are. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend them!!

I always go to Personal Auto Care Center for all my automobile emissions tests. They perform a much better job than the State of Connecticut ever did when they were running the program.Everyone is professional and courteous. Plus the service is very prompt. I recommend them!

My car wouldnt start. The gentleman performed a test on it and found the battery was no longer good. He was able to provide and change my battery right at my house. Great Service!!!

Locked myself out of my car. AAA said it would be 45 mins. These guys had my door opened and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! Driver was courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely reccomend.

Personal Auto Care gets five stars in our book!!! My husband and I were traveling home from Florida in route to Maine and unfortunately broke down on a Monday morning on interstate 91 not only did Ed, the tow truck driver, rescue us, he was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and help to guide us along our way. Once back at Personal Auto Care, we dealt with Rhonda, the office manager, who like Ed, was very professional, very efficient and over the top helpful!! We ended up leaving our car and getting a rental car to drive home to Maine. Personal Auto Care knowing the situation could’ve taken advantage of us, but that was not the case at all! When we returned the following weekend to pick up our, everything was exactly how Rhonda said it would be! If we lived in the Middletown area...Personal Auto Services would get ALL our business!!

Once again personal auto care has resolved the issue is of my car. I have a 2004 Subaru Forester and they have been doing a great job helping me maintain it for the past couple of years. I really like how they can give you a ride home if you need it when your car is in the shop.

I had some issues with my car that another shop could not find the problem too. I ended up spending a lot of money to figure out what was wrong with still no results. A friend of mine referred me to Personal Auto Care and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and I was very impressed in how personable, knowledgeable and professional there mechanics are. I have been going to Personal Auto Care for all of my auto needs for a long time now. I just recently had my Toyota Tundra pickup in for service and they did a great job and charged me a reasonable price once again for there work. I had new brakes put on and my ABS light was on and they replaced the ABS sensors. I have had them do everything from oil changes to major electrical repairs on my 1998 BMW 3 series, they do it all and do it right.

So happy I found this place. I got tired of going into Middletown Nissan for oil changes where Express service takes forever and they scare you into additional services that arent urgent. Personal Auto is affordable and they dont pressure you. After rescheduling an appt a few times I accidently showed up on the wrong day and they happily took me anyway. Highly recommend.

As far as auto repair shops go, Personal Auto Care Service Center is the best. I dont think they can get any better than they are.

Vehicle had transmission problem. Instead of properly diagnosing when I asked for it, sent me off with a diagnostic fee only to have it reappear a few miles down the road. Two tow trucks later, still same problem. Not recommended!

Nothing first of all i come in for new tire and they didnt have them they had to get it deliverd i waited almost 2hrs for them to install it remind you i told them that i had to be somewhere at a certain time and they didnt care and made me late for work on top of it.their service sucks plus they charged almost 200.00 dollars for a tire.i dont recommend it go somewhere else.

I took my car in to get my oil changed and they let me know that my brakes were in pretty bad shape. I am so thankful that they did and finished everything while I waited. I will always be taking my car here now!

I can trust them here and so far they have been servicing my car for 3 years with no issues. They dont do unnecessary work that doesnt need to be done either.
