Great place for tires and rims!! Jamie is very nice and good to his customers. Not happy with the service from the repair shop.

Jamie did a very nice job assisting us with an old 1985 Camry. It needed brake lines and a brake master cylinder. Jamie communicated everything well and assisted us with the price of the total repair. We thank you very much.

So I been forgetting to leave a review here so that people know of this place. I would recommend to come here ONLY for tires, find another mechanic. Before I came here I didnt want to believe the reviews but I should of listened. I made an appointment on a Saturday for an alignment & transmission fluid flush/change. Easy enough right? A few hours worth of work I thought, they made me sit there from opening to close down without letting me know that they broke my cadillacs exhaust pipe trying to open the transmission pan...they told me at the last second that I need to call someone to come pick me up. So there you see me outside sitting while they close, for 25 minutes waiting on a ride, they said they would have to keep the car until Monday to weld the exhaust pipe back on. I never got my car back until Wednesday, they made me wait 4 business days because they had to wait on the welder so there you see me getting a ride to work...bad enough they charged me 100+ dollars for it even though it was their fault!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON BY THIS BUILDING. The exhaust pipe diameter they put on there is smaller than the cadillacs exhaust pipe diameter so it doesnt even look right/good.Edit-10/22/21Welp my cadillac has been in Shanes mechanic shop in Chestertown for the past 3 weeks...just got a call that I got to pay 1800 bucks, due to YALL! :( Appenrently the Transmission pan was leaking and there was no fluid in there...wow just wow...Im sorry but this place is not it for anybody Jesus Im in shock.

Yesterday, June 7th i have brought my Jeep to one of Collision center and asking them to check the alignments and they have found two bolts missing… replaced new hubs and one bolt missing in each hubs and would have get into accident few times but i have managed and start seeing it’s getting worse and i decided to take it to well trust auto repair, and found out about two bolts missing! I knew that is from Diamonds Auto repair! I have called and told them what i have found out and said to him” i thought u have professional mechanic! I’ll see a lawyer, taking them to small claim court!

They put a cheap tire that didnt match. My fault for not specifically asking ....I guess??? I asked if I should put 2 tires on and was told other tire had plenty of meat on it, when in fact it was not good and balding on outside. Will not recommend there expertise...... They charged me $ 174. for a tire I can buy for $110. 😡

Ive been living with a slow tire bead leak for quite sometime that no one else could seem to fix. I brought it into Diamond on a Saturday for an oil change and to see if they could fix the leak but it was still leaking a few days later. They had me bring it in during the week where one of their senior mechanics looked at it. He found the leak and correctly resolved it, 3 weeks later still no leak. Finally fixed.....Thanks GuysJust to add, this shop has done other work for me including fixing an oil leak, hub replacement, engine misfire issue and always able to fix things and at a reasonable price.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! My husband took his truck here for a lift and new tires and rims. We dropped the truck off the night before as they said they needed it for a full day expecting to pick it up the next morning after the job, giving them the ENTIRE day to complete it. We called in the morning to assure that they had the key and could start working on it; no one would answer the phone for 2 hours so he went to the shop directly and it wasnt even moved into the bay. He was informed that they were waiting for a specific individual to come in to start the work. Okay I get it, they have one guy that solely does lift kits but if its going to take an entire work day, why is he not in until late morning? My husband calls later to see if its done and its only communicated then that they had the wrong part and that they would have to order a new one, taking 4 additional days. Now a week later, I call around 12 the day prior of pick up to make sure that they have the correct parts installed and will put the rims and tires on to be picked up Thursday morning. The gentleman I spoke to reassured me that the truck would indeed be ready to be picked up and it was good to go. The shop opens at 8 am, so my husband arranges a ride to go pick up his truck around 9; giving them more time to make sure everything is complete. Upon arrival, hes told they need an additional hour to complete it. Okay, no big deal just an hour. After that hour, they need an additional hour. After that they need an additional hour and a half. This process continues until 3 pm. He speaks to the owner and hes told that we were scheduled to pick up Friday morning and thats why there was a delay. Completely incorrect. 4 times we were told that the truck would be ready Thursday morning. I confirmed the day before. He was told when he arrived it was only an hour longer. If this were the case, why was he not told that he was scheduled for Friday and needed to come back? Would have been the best professional decision right? The trucks finally completed around 3-4pm. WITH THE WRONG RIMS! COMPLETELY WRONG RIMS! The owner then again blames who they ordered the parts from that they shipped them wrong product.... I can semi understand the lift kit not being correct in a heinous situation, however it should have been very clear when opening the box that the rims were incorrect. They had over a week to get the corrected rims from the first screw up, why was that not done? He is now driving around on the wrong rims, which its safe to say they will take off and resell as brand new, until Tuesday; when he will again have to take time off of work to have the correct rims put on. I am 100% disappointed in the company. We have made it very clear across platforms to steer clear and to not do business here, as we NEVER WILL again. This shop needs a seriously thorough lesson in business management and communication; not only amongst themselves but also with their clients. Very distasteful customer service here.

Dropped off bus sat morning was suppose to be done Monday morning, I call wed morning and was told it would be pulled in next and done before they closed. I get there and they tell me they cant do the job which was replace 4 tires DO NOT Take your vehicle to them !!!!!

I had them do an alignment on my 1970 Mustang. Special car to me and I am always hesitant to let someone else work on the car. I could not be happier. They treated it with kid gloves and did a great job. Thank you!

These guys are ABSOLUTELY amazing, my son recommended them to me. I told them my needs and concerns about my trip to South Carolina for my family reunion and they nailed it. My f 150 drove as though it was showroom new straight off the lot. Forget the Ford dealer these guys are definitely the way to keep your vehicle rolling down the road.

Just normal old school way of business. I had a screw in my tire and losing air quickly as I was leaving the Home Depot. Went right next door to a national brand name place and he said he could take care of it on Friday. Mind you it was Monday! He told me to leave it in the lot. I remembered dealing with D.town before and called them first. He said it may be an hour/lunch time. 20 minutes after arriving it was fixed. Normal expected price.

I dropped my car off here on a Sunday night for a Monday morning rotor replacement. They were incredibly quick, efficient and polite. They were willing to tell me what did and did not need fixed, rather than just ripping me off. The price was reasonable and the work done was great. I cannot speak highly enough of this place! 10 out of 10!

Set appointment 2 days ago for 9am. Waited 1 hour 40 minutes later, truck still sitting where parked. I certainly understand that unfortunately there are a variety of reasons for some shortcomings. After speaking with him, they could care less about time or your business.

The cars look good but the one i purchased was sold to me.for 4k and it wasnt nearly worth that much. Its had way too many major issues and work that needed to be done. And they are selling them as is. Wouldnt recommend this place. You wont find out the problems until after youve purchased it then youre stuck with a broken down car. No tjsnk you.

I went here for an oil change, as I had done in the past. I wanted to do my part to support a local business. When I was checking out, I was told I need to replace my head gasket. Well BEWARE— I was quoted $2500!!! And here the kicker—- my car, wait for it—- is a Toyota Corolla... I paid for my oil change and won’t be back. $2500... really???? That’s what I get for trying to support local??? Just an FYI, from Repair Pal:“The average cost for a Toyota Corolla head gasket replacement is between $1,132 and $1,479. Labor costs are estimated between $910 and $1,148 while parts are priced between $222 and $330 . Estimate does not include taxes and fees.”Support local, just not here!

I called at 8:30am on a busy Friday morning looking desperately for a tire replacement or repair for my husband who had a nail and a leak. My husband was on a time crunch and needed a quick patch between 12 and 1 on his lunch hour, but the Mgr at D-Town stated his guys were out on lunch at this time too. I pleaded with him to see if someone would be willing to stay back to assist us, in exchange for an awesome review of the company. He immediately suggested my husband come in around 11:45 and hed be taken care of. They kept their word, $25 & 20 mins later and my husband was back on the road heading for VA Beach to his family! Now, Im keeping my word! THANK YOU DIAMOND TOWN TIRE, YOU ARE THIS WOMANS NEW BEST FRIEND!!!! ❤️

Came in for a simple repair was told 1 hour sat for two hours never was approached to let me know how much longer I had to wait then asked how much I was asked did I have an appointment. Poor communication among staff not a good look at all I could have been told then that they where not able to get to me would have been better.

I was given the wrong price. The wrong tires and in the end the worst service I have ever had. I lost $300for a part that doesnt fit my car. Did I get a refund or a offer of a buy back. Nope. I even had another worker say, hey, THATS the wrong part. Really? Then I was told they would look at it and the car sat there for a full 24 hours. Noone touched it. Noone was told to touch it. Go to pep boys!!!

They replaced my tires but didnt tighten up my lugs on one wheel. I was lucky I replaced my brakes a few weeks later and noticed a missing lug and a loose wheel before it fell off. I gave them a chance to make it right but was disrespected. Ill never let them touch another vehicle I own.

I went here today so I could get 2 mower tires removed from the rims and new tires mounted in their place. I spoke with the manager yesterday afternoon on the phone and he quoted me a price of $10/tire, which I felt was reasonable, well after the work was completed he told me that the cost is only $15 for both. I was pleasantly surprised that honesty is still available in this day and age. He could have charged me for the $20 quote and I would have paid the amount with no problem. I fully recommend Diamond Town Tire without reservation!

The guys here are great! I had my car towed to the dealership I bought it from and we all know dealerships are more expensive. They told me what was wrong and I called Diamond Town for a quote. They saved me over $1,000 from what the dealership was going to charge me. In addition to the initial problem, I ended up getting 4 new tires, a water pump, fan belt, oil change and a new battery, for less than what the dealership was going to charge for the original problem. They worked quickly and kept me updated. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to get all my work done there!

My daughter got a flat and had to have her car towed to Diamond town. First of all I was pleased to know that she was treated respectfully by the guys behind the counter. Her tires were due to be replaced so she ended up getting 4 new tires but at a great price. She has one these fast and furious cars and tire size tire is odd but I was really impressed by how quickly they were able to get the tires and get her back one the road. Im very protective of my daughter and its nice to have a place I can trust to send her to without being taken advantage of.

My son has an older truck. Travis and team have done a fantastic job explaining required service repairs, provided options and fair pricing. Used them a few times n always got quick service. Great local shop for maintenance n repairs.

This is an excellent place for auto repairs. They advice correctly and do a better good job. Twice, my daughter in law went with problems she thought requires repair, but guys here found it was something trivial, they fixed it and didnt charge anything. You would generally think autorepair guys to be taking advantage to fleece you, but the guys at this place didnt. Honorable guys.I went for an oil change and they advised me of the serious problems with my brake system. They showed me what was wrong and then went on to repair and replace what was necessary. It costed me lot more than what I expected when I went in for oil change, but I am happy about their sincerity in advising me correctly. Great place to go A++++

I called them up for an oil change for my wifes car, they took me same day and fixed a leak in one of the tires. Great family friendly service and fair prices. I believe we have found a new company to service our vehicles.

I went in person and spoke to one of the customer service reps. I gave him the tire size’s, got a quote and scheduled my appointment for the next day. I went in waited half hour for them to pull my car in so they could tell me they didnt receive the correct size. The CSR didnt even remember I spoke to him in person the day before. They offered to reschedule but I chose not to. Thankfully it didnt work out cause I found the same tires installed for 225.00 less somewhere else.

After several failed attempts to find a shop that would install on my car a piece purchased by me I ended up in Diamond Town Tire Pros, they not only did the job I asked in a timely manner, they actually let me go into the working area and take a look at the undercarriage of my car while lifted. The are more than a quick lube and tire shop, they know cars and seem to be very upfront and honest and you can tell they have fun doing the job. Will definetely return

They were pretty good in the beginning when they had a knowledgeable staff but my two last trips were terrible. I took my car in to have the engine rebuild. And they had the car for over 3 months. And when I picked it up they lost parts to my air-conditioning unit that they couldnt find a replacement part for the ac so now we have a car with no ac .2.. I bring my cars in for new tires and they lose one of my lug nuts so instead of putting a new one on the used one with the wrong threads .I didnt find this out until I had a flat tire and had to have The car towed. So needless to say I wouldnt be using this place anymore . This place is POS.

Took 10 days to put a distributor in. After that was taken care of when I left I had to reset the check engine light myself. Talk with the owner to get things right first.

If your a female, you WILL get the run around. A job that I was told would take 5 days, is now taking OVER a MONTH. Wonder whos paying for our rental?! If your a female, have a male call them on 3 way and be quiet, cuz that is the only way you wont be pushed to the side and actually be aware of anything. We will NOT be returning with ANY of our vehicles. They just lost very good customers.
