Went in for a few quick items. Check out line was long but moved quickly. A customer in front of me had a full cart of items and encouraged me to go ahead since I only had a couple of items. I accepted and thanked her. The women in front was having trouble finding enough cash to pay for her items. I was going to pay it forward by offering her the small difference. However, the cashier beat me to it, pulling out her own change and covering the customer. Unfortunately the cashier spilled much of her DD coffee. She apologized to me. I assured her all was well not to worry. I wish I had seen her name tag so that I could mention her in my review because she is definitely a gem at this store!

My favorite hair product, and other items store..I usually come here every week to pick up my favorite shampoo, and conditioner coconut oil and vanilla by you guessed it?..Suave my hair smells soooo amazing! Go get some I highly recommend it.

This particular store doesnt run out of things like other dollar stores do. You can find some name brand products here for cheaper prices than the super market.Its staff is very welcoming and friendly. They keep the place pretty tidy.The only gripe is leaving the parking lot. If your turning right, you will have a little bit of a wait, but left, and youll be sitting for sometime. Very busy street. Would be nice if there was a traffic light.Great and cheap products in their refrigerators too.I love coming here, but would wait till traffic dies down a little.

I give this establisment 5 stars for the mark improvement in the stores appearance. Its a delight going into the store, which is clean, decluttered, and orderly compared to over a year ago when it was overcrowded and in total disarray. The manager (female whose name I do not know) has done an exceptional job and should be commended. Staff acknowledge patrons immediately upon entering the store and its a pleasure to interact with them. Job well done!!!

Customer service is terrible, store looks run down. Management needs to learn how to manage. Ill go out of my way to go to a better store.

Great prices, name brand items, very friendly staff . There bags are great too! Paper bags with handles. The clothes are cute, but hard to find size small.

Has a great variety of items, but make no mistake this is NOT a dollar store! Got 5 small items and spent 30 bucks. Super crowded with merchandise but unlike Family Dollar at least there were 3 employees working and they were nice and helpful. Good brand names.

I love their snack section. Not as large as the grocery store. Yet, what they carry are all winners. Based on the size of the store, its well stocked,but not cluttered. The employees are a great selection because theyre always friendly and thank you with a smile.

I ALWAYS have a good to great experience here. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and even conversational. I generically like to support local business, Anerican AND appreciated near-by convenience. Those that have been less accommodating or hospitable and left I do not mourn.THIS, I would like to stay. It is a community binder and has melded into a neighborhood icon and norm. 🙂❣

The cashier was very polite, courteous, professional and made you feel very welcome from the minute you walked in till you left. My only complaint would be that the shelves needed to be better organized I think mostly the issue was from the customers moving items around. the store appeared to be understaffed and they were doing the best they could to keep it organized. I will definitely return to this store. Also the prices are very good even for name brand products.

Its a dollar store ...shout what you would expect

This is a newer location so the store is clean, has restrooms and the stuck is overwhelming. I would definitely go back to this location. While its called the dollar tree,barely anything in this store costs a dollarIf you are a frugal shopper then this is the place for you.

This store is always clean and well stocked and parking is easy. They had the lowest price on milk for like 2yrs when I was in Middletown. Employees were polite.

Dollar General has what you need. They have a little bit of everything. The prices are great and the store is tidy most of the time. Cashiers and other patrons are meh... but definitely worth a get in and out stop.

The usual Dollar General experience. Good prices on everyday items. There are times you will find the shelves barely stocked or just not stocked with certain items. Due to the fact that theres probably a maximum of three employees at the store. Who probably arent the most motivated.

The Newfield St. DG has been steadily going down hill, never has any quantity of flyer an online advertised items even the day the sale starts an the place is unorganized 80% of the time an the location isnt worth the hassle due to Newfield ST traffic, go to Cromwell DG much nicer ALL around!

This place is okay for a quick stop for the little things you might need if you happen to be driving by, although I wouldnt go out of my way just to go shopping there. Stay clear of food products as 99% of it is genetically engineered. Be sure to read labels especially under the fold of the rappers that information seems to always be hidden in that area.

Never busy easy parking, tons of police parked in extended side lot. Its a bargain basement a hit or miss.... Always something cool for a decent price, not five stars due to the lack of cell phones that are always printed in sale flyer, but never in stock. Upbeat helpful customer service. Good price on paper goods and laundry supplies. Lots of AS SEEN ON TV items as well. Easy to spend $50-$100, feeling that you got your moneys worth.

The store is rather junky and in disarray. Its not orderly put together. Staff appear over worked. Just not a good vibe. Seems rather disorganized and over crowded.

Love the store. My only complaint is that the ice cream freezer is always breaking down. And it takes weeks for them to fix the problem. Drives me crazy because this is the only store that sells my favorite ice cream.

I like this place a lot I went there for the first time this past year didnt even realize it existed its kind of similar to Family Dollar but in my opinion better they have more selection and better prices. Family dollar is still good for a lot of things but if I had to choose between the two I would pick Dollar General.
