This is a total must to stop beauty supplier that you can pick up what you need. Ive been looking for this clipper replacement blade for many days and finally founded from this place. Highly recommended.

I ran into the same woman at the register. She is rude and disrespectful. She is pregnant now and dared me to contact the owner tomorrow. The establishment on 211 is a better choice. I will never go to this store again. They will be closed within the next 5 years. Mark my words.

This store has everything you can possibly need for hair. It is like walking to walmart for me. I literally went there for hair clips and came out with $50 worth of hair supplies. I couldnt help it because they had so many curly hair products I needed and wanted.The prices in here are reasonable and about the same as anywhere else.

Since the owners have changed and the staff consist of women who are more concerned with being on their cell phone then helping the customers....I would recommend going to the one on 211. This is the second or third time Ive been in this store since the new owner Terry has taking over and the same women behave in the manner in which they do.Please either teach your reps how to communicate with all customers efficiently, especially to the woman that shop in your store or hire a new staff.

Cashier is always on her cell phone and has a rude attitude.

Didnt appreciate being watched like a criminal as soon as I went in there with my son. We turned right back around and went to Ok Beauty instead. Im not giving my money to a business who treats the people who are making them money, like criminals. We did absolutely NOTHING that would even prompt someone to watch us like that. I’m black and my son is half black. That’s the only reason I can think of honestly.

Zero stars for me. I hate going to this place. Ive been there twice so far and both times I was followed around the store the entire time. Last time I was there with my 2 year old daughter who even noticed it. She said mommy, why is she following us? Thats how OBVIOUS it was. Ill take my business elsewhere next time.

I would shop at this store and spend a large amount of money all the time, until I went to exchange an item I purchased. The lady at the register told me she would not exchange the item without a receipt and she was really nasty about it and the item was only $5.99. I ask to speak with the owner of the store, one of her coworkers said he was in the back of the store. The coworker went to the back of the store to get the owner, then came back out to the front to say the owner had left for the day. I think the workers in this store are very unprofessional and rude. I will not be spending anymore of my money in this store. I am really disappointed.

I like this store as they have a nice selection of products and hair at decent prices... I should definitely point out that I use a many different Beauty Supply Stores from Orange Rockland and Westchester as I love hair and different selections EXCEPT OK Beauty on 211 and while OK Beauty had good selections i work with High Functioning developmental disabled adults and after many trips to OK Beauty and well over $1k spent there me and my coworker were told when leaving not to bring them back because they scare their costumers made even worse if possible by saying it right infront of them and we were there that day to get hair for 1 of them and while there they walked around happy joking and laughing at different wigs and such they werent extremely loud they didnt break anything or do anything else that 4 friends would do while out in stores hanging out together clearly I went up 1 side of him and my coworker went down the other and i will never spend another dollar there BUT at Yes they have always been amazing with them and have even given 1 of my individuals a wig for free in the past as she loves this store and went weekly before the pandemic... I have gotten countless wigs and bundles on clearance and unlike the other Stores they have in-stock 4x5 HD closures priced the same that the other stores charge for the older 4x4 closure...

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Manager is very rude and has 0 customer service skills to begin with. If youre buying something at this store, make sure you want it!! Their refund policy is god awful. No such thing as cash back no matter if you have a receipt. To be fair I do understand many stores will do store credit only... but most stores give you a gift card. This store however gives you a small small receipt paper. If you lose this voucher and STILL have the refund receipt, it does not matter. Never shopping here again. Waste of money...

I went the women in there have no clue about hair products... since the pandemic you would think the owner would hire folks that know the difference between half wig and full cap wig...but reading isnt for everyone.Great store just dont ask those women for help!!!!

Very disappointed! I bought a smoothie by accident instead of the leave in conditioner. When I went and tried to exchange it, the owner was very rude and questioning why I opened the product. I explained to him that when I bough it was like that. One of the girls that work for him went and tested the products that where in the store. When she opened one, the lid came and seemed as if someone had open it. She had to explained to him that some of the products in the store were already opened. Not happy with that, the owner kept questioning me why I opened it and that he will no exchange the product. Even after the girl showed him the lid coming off!!I used to always buy my hair stuff there. After this, I am not coming back!

I am grateful they are here because of the variety and convenience, but poor poor poor customer service as Ive been going for years. Less now but here and there I will still go since they have so much in stock. But I do not like going in because of their horrible customer service.

Store manager and worker Pam are only concern with the person or persons on there cell phone.. Sad times but perfect time to get new workers..

They have supplies but customer service sucks so go in there with patients. They watch you like you gonna steal something and follow you around. Wig display not groomed at all, if you dont have time or find a wig you like they charge you. If you need to go here be open minded. There is a good hair store on Main Street across from idas same block as fusions barber shop.

Ah..It is what it is. Its not Brooklyn or Nyc, where theres a beauty supply every two doors down. Compared to Idas and the other store across from Ida, this beauty supply beats them by far. Ida is over priced, poor quality.Across from Ida is lower-still over priced dubious quality.Here has better quality, at average price, or if anything $3-5 bucks more than NYC.Until a better competitor comes, I will keep coming here.Going to Idas, makes me feel sad, dirty and depressed, I dont get that special girly feeling you are supposed to get buying hair or beauty products.The only issue with staff is that they are clique-ish, being biased towards hispanic. Which I personally have no time to really care about. It only irritates when there is a product, that you just know is laying around somewhere, but they cant understand you well enough to find it.Any way, this is the vibe predominantly for many establishments upstate NY. You get less for more, norhing for nothing, and damn little for something.

Customer service is horrible. An employee was very rude and when the manager was made aware of the situation he completely ignored it. Ive been a loyal customer and Ive never experienced such horrible customer service there until today. I WILL NOT be going back there again.
