My Wife and I needed to replace a 10+ year old bed, so We looked online to gauge prices, and I wanted to see if a local mattress place had models We could lay on to see what worked best.What I wasnt expecting was for Mattress Firm to have better pricing, with higher quality products than the options We were finding online.Zach helped me that first time, then remembered me over a week later when We went in to purchase a bed.Zach helped not only in educating Us on the beds available, the improvements and changes that have happened in the market since I bought my previous bed, but Zach also displayed nothing but patience and kindness throughout.Zach figured out the best bed for Us, a King size that met the comfortability I needed but also the support My Wife needed. He put together what We felt was a great price package, and managed to get it delivered within 2 days of purchase.The bed was delivered yesterday, taking almost no time at all for the team to install the new bed and haul away the old.This was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend seeking Zach out if you need a new bed!

Zach is awesome! I had some very specific needs for my next mattress, and he took me around and showed me how mattresses can vary and what each would provide. He worked extremely hard to find me the best deal, with both mattress and accessories, and I walked away feeling like Mattress Firm does truly Put Their Customers First. We will definitely be going back to them when my daughter is ready to upgrade!

The 1st question I asked was do you have same or next day delivery? The salesman answered yes of course proceeded to sales us beds the explaining it would be a week. Not buying anything special or anything. I ended up just walking out instead of spending the $600-800.

Today was my second purchase from this location this year. Had a fabulous first experience so I returned to purchase my sons bed. Staff is amazing! They go above and ensure that you get exactly what fits your needs and budget. If I need another bed this is my store! I was in the store to buy a mattress to move back up to school and the man working his name is Sean was extremely nice and helpful. He was knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Once the mattress had been shipped to the store I received a phone call saying as much. Later that day when I went in and picked up the mattress he knew me and went right back and brought the mattress to me. Highly recommend

(EDIT) I first rated one star. Since then, I was contacted by management, and my busted mattress had been replaced with a brand new, awesome mattress. Its as if the Lord wraps His comforting arms of Mercy around my body every night. Its a testimony to the great power of Google reviews. You can get corporations to undo horrible decisions.

Went in to to this store to upgrade my current bed. There is a worker named Kyle there who was fantastic. He helped me out so much and was able to give me a discount on the perfect bed.
