This might be my second review but I just got off the phone with Dan in service and I am beyond impressed with him and this place! I brought my car in for one issue and he diagnosed it in a few hours, has the warranty company in the loop and not only pinpointed the issue but also what has caused it and is fixing it all under the warranty. Oh yeah and all in one day!!

When looking for a new car I had many questions. John was able to answer all of them efficiently and in a timely fashion. John was amazing and helpful. I rarely go to dealerships for service but this time I decided to keep my VW the way that the company suggest I do. With that said I met Mr. Rosa who was extremely helpful in my process. I got my oil change he did a full point inspection and told me the things I might need in the future and gave me the order in which I should do them in. I have to say that rarely have I been treated so well at a dealership. I will be going back to see Mr. Rosa I would its time to do something else on my vehicle and I probably will buy my next car from their dealership. Bravo Mr. Rosa give one another solid customer!!!

The service team was courteous and speedy. After receiving the part in a day, they immediately called me to schedule an appointment. After installation, everything was just as it was. No scuffs, or loose parts as if it came from the factory.

I will never go back to this place, I have been servicing my car there for over 5 years, but lately they hired inexperienced people so they over charged me for things i didnt even get ...( no repair done ) pretexting that its labor fees .. just go to your local trusted mechanic and trust me its a better service and way cheaper . ( save your money and time ) .

This place is great. I drove 2 hours out of my way to get service work done. I have heard about their great reputation and quality. After several attempts with many local VW dealerships and being let down every time. I decided to try my luck. And wow im glad I did. My service advisor Andrew really left an impression. He was informative, had great communication skills. And most of all he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable during these difficult times we are currently experiencing. Chris the technician made sure he took the time and went through my car thoroughly, at other dealerships I have always felt rushed. Most importantly my vehicle came back to me the way i left it, super confident knowing that I made the right choice. Overall I’m beyond impressed. Way to go guys.

Got my GTI serviced here today for the 40K maintenance. I dealt with Dan and he was great about the whole process. I can do a lot of it myself and I only wanted certain things done and there was no pressure to do a bunch of simple things that I could do myself, and I definitely have seen that at other places. Price was a good amount lower than other VW dealers too. If you have a VW and want to stick to the maintenance schedules I suggest going here.

Had them checking the issue my vw suv was having going on two months now, they could not figure out what the issue was after multiple visits. They also do a poor job with call backs and keeping you in the loop, I have to constantly call them when they are supposed to call me. They finally “figured out” what the issue was with my suv, they originally told me weeks prior that they thought that’s what the issue was but they weren’t certain and it was going to be roughly $1100 to fix and that they would check but the issue usually isn’t covered under the extended warranty I have. Weeks later they are certain that is the issue and now The price mysteriously went up to $1750 to fix it. I was startled when they told me that. So, I called my service contract company just as a due diligence and it turns out that not only should the problem be covered but that they never even inquired about it. The following day I call them asking to speak to a service manager, the woman who answers the phone asks me what this is concerning so I tell her and apparently not only are the manager(s) too busy helping other customers to get on the phone, but also haven’t called me back. It clearly isn’t an issue of just the employee who has been “helping” me.Apparently a customer possibly being lied to and scammed out of money Isn’t concerning enough for a manager to try to immediately resolve the issue. Makes me wonder who else may be involved/ok with blatantly scamming service customers. Then again, years ago people used to stand outside across from compass to picket/protest their poor service.In Response to the response below, your service department were well aware of my extended warranty I had, not only did they have the information, but my car had been serviced already using the warranty to cover it, and my warranty was again discussed in this matter during this process. Let’s not try to deceive the public!For some reason it was never inquired about to make an expensive repair, that should never happen. Luckily I took It upon myself to check.

Awesome!!Our son broke down on the way from Pa to Maine with a broken coolant line and pulled off the highway and onto the Compass dealership at 4 on a Friday....The service depart immediately put the car on the lift, located the part, and fixed it that day..Unfortunately the overheating caused another part to break so we stayed the night., (as we were traveling in our vehicle helping him to move home from college..).The next morning they had the part, installed it, let it run a while to make sure no leaks occurred and we were off on our way before lunchtime..Awesome service crew, technicians, and service!They didn’t make us wait as they knew our circumstances and did a great job to get us home!!!!Thanks!JWMaine

They are the best or the best!!! I am from texas and moved to new york, and started having trouble with my jetta. I pulled in and without missing a beat i was helped. I told them about my situation, rough move, living out of my car because of how high everything is and didnt have a lot of money. I then explained to them that i had the parts and the problem was just openeing a cap which didnt open. They saw me needing help, and with no charge going full head asteam, they helped me. They worked on my car for about 30 minutes while assuring me they would take care of me. They had several different guys come out to get this cap off, and when they did, they didnt stop there. They checked everything front to back to make sure i was good. They made a few ajustments to make my visibility better, and they made sure I was taken care of. They gave me theyre cards and said that if I needed anything else, to come back and i would be helped. I felt safe, respected, and like family there. From the service writers to the mechanics that sevised and helped me, they are nothing short of the best. I recommend that you bring your vehicle here, even if you dont have a Volkswagen, to have them look at it. They are the best of the best and will give you a perfect end result and product, all while being fair and helpful. Will only go to them and only them from now on. Thank you all who helped and talked to me. You guys really helped and saved me. Be seeing you guys soon.

Im not one to ever write reviews, but i would tell all to avoid this place..Bought a car over 6 months ago and still have no registration..(They made the excuse its the DMV.)Bought a truck a couple weeks ago from HEALY FORD and registration already arrived .
