My boyfriend and I went in this store looking to spend money. The owner was clearly not interested in selling anything. When asked to see a bong he barely seemed to be interested that he had prospective customers in his store. He was much more interested in his laptop. He did not put the bong on the counter to be looked at, as any other business would do when a customer asks to see a product.Instead he just gave the price to my boyfriend and put it back on the shelf behind the counter. A very unusual encounter. We wanted to give this man our money, but his uninterest in showing us a product was a huge turn off. And when you call the store he doesnt answer right away, even when no one else is in the store. Unbelievable.

The puff bars sold here are counterfeit and dangerous! Everything is ridiculously overpriced… sometimes you can even bargain prices down with the guy and get 50% off the original price he offers. Left is photo of a real puff and right is photo of the one I purchased at this shop (which by the way, started heating up like crazy out of nowhere after 10 puffs.) This man is a con artist and this place should be absolutely avoided at ALL COSTS.

They have everything a smoke shop should. The owner is also a very funny and cool guy. Good customer service and an overall good experience each time I go in.

I bought an inexpensive herb grinder here and it is mostly cheap chrome plated PLASTIC that flakes off into the ground up herb ! DO NOT BUY!

The owner gave me like 2 minutes before he came over and seen what I was looking at and said How Many..How Many? The item was over $100.00 and I told him If I buy it 1 is all I would want!Hes rude and tries to get you to make a split second choice if he can. He also asks personal questions about using this or that which makes him shady. And he is friends with the police with like a 10 cameras in the store. He even has cameras outside of the store looking north and south. Than theres the sign of the store and his background that makes one wonder why he picked that name...

The owner is a nice guy and knows his stiff about. but the items overpriced. i was sold a 510 vape pen for 50$ which are usually like 10-15$ my fault no worries and im not mad about it . if you are a begining your vape journey you may be overcharged for a starter kit.

People are far too critical. The owner is very nice, if you are a bad person you get treated accordingly. If you are a nice person, you get treated nicely. It is simple. It is exactly as advertised, and he has everything a normal person would need. If you want top of the line high class, why are you in middletown? Great little shop in a little town.

Average prices. Friendly staff, awesome cigar room/lounge. XXX section for those interested and a wide variety of smoking accessories. Typical smoke shop set up, good displays.

Weird guy behind the counter with gold watch pretending to be it not paying attention to his costumers (many walked out) loud obnoxious music blasting place smells like cheap perfume and RIDICULOUS PRICES . To be avoided at all cost. There is a similar store in New Britain selling exact product as this one does

You can get anything that is for sale here at a much cheaper price if you go on amazon. Or if you go across town to another shop. The owner will act as if you are bothering him by entering his business to spend your money. Yet when the time comes to hand over the tender, he experiences a sudden rejuvenation, a sort of giddy, manic glee as he adds on another $5 to your credit card total- “it’s taxes, unless you pay cash.” He explains. At least it smells good in here. (Not like the place across town with the weird odor.) all I can say is, if you need smoking accessories and you aren’t willing to wait three days for them to arrive in the mail, you’re gonna get fleeced.

Nice shop. Nice size collection of smoking accesories. BOTTOM LINE.... THE PRICES ARE EXTORTION! I have visit shps from here to Arizona and this guy has tagged items to a 400 % make up.

Love this shop! Great prices in Chinese glass and big brand names. He even has some local art. The guy who runs it also has 4 stores in the metro Atlanta area, where I have been a customer of his for years.

Piece of garbage store. Needs to learn customer service and also that his cheap chinese fake brand name glass selection isnt worth half of what he wants. He is very rude owner knows very little about the culture and products also decides that it is okay to tell a customer never to come back to the store one day just because they wanted to go to a different smoke shop because he was being rude did not understand what they were saying and just plain out didnt have what they needed I would not recommend going here and less you want to be ripped off and also have your girlfriend hit on right in front of you he has no respect for anybody horrible horrible establishment horrible horrible service

Terrible service. I bought a pen and the guy said it was the best pen he had, it was overpriced and defective. I called back to ask if he could help me over the phone and he basically ignored me. I dont know how this place is even in business.

This is like a Spencers + all vape /smoking needs. Yhe variety is unbelievable. The owner is the only one who works there. Need CBD? Dont want to pay unfair prices for CBD products because you are new to that experience? Well folks- talk to the owner, you will leave satiafied and with exactly what you want!

This place is geared toward keeping the prices lower. Ive checked the prices compared to online markets, and it is competitive. The store manager, who is basically the only guy running the place is very friendly. If there are things he doesnt have, he will try to order it for you.The only draw back is the neighborhood there at night, especially that part of Main St. Its not scary bad, but be prepared to be asked for money every once in a while.

Owner was very unexperienced in the field of glass i was looking for. Had no idea what quartz bangers vs glass bangers were though he had them both priced the same ..way to much $ for the quality of glass he has. .. if your looking for glass in middlesex county OLD GLORY IS THE PLACE TO GO. . Just a few minutes away and much better priced and the people actually know what they have and what there selling. I only stopped in here to see what he had and test the waters ... thanks —DMT
