Im a regular customer here for life! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Especially Dawn is always eager to help me find things and recommend great products. She has been very welcoming and helpful since I moved to town last year. Five stars for sure! I look forward to seeing her when I shop.

Store never opens on time. Saw multiple people attempting to get in store. Sign says 8am and still not open at 850.

Saw this sign the other day basically hurry up spend your money get out of our store we dont want you here for your own good of course.

The one here in Middletown how do they even stay open they act like they dont want you to come in the store.And they act like you are a shoplifting

I gave 2 stars because a lot of the employees I met seems very polite but..... the whole store seems way over priced. I would definitely travel farther just to get better deals on the same product. The sales are good but it not much. Pharmacy are definitely not the best or close to it. But truely I feel you guys would have more costumers if everything was priced better. For explain the little black hair bands I can find for a dollar some where else but here it would charge me over 3 dollars. Just seems to shop there would be a waisted of money.

I am only posting this for Mark in the pharmacy. I have been to this store several times and I have had some horrible experiences. I was going to switch to something closer to my house, until today. Mark redeemed my entire outlook on the store with his great customer service. He was pleasant and took time out to save me over $100! He seriously should get a raise for keeping long term rite aid customers from jumping ship.

Very rude day time manager.. Sense she might be a little racist Shouldnt be in customer service at all in my opinion but anyway I have a child with mild behavorial issues an loves to save money in a piggy bank that he purchased from the store an if hes good at school he is rewarded with being able to go to the store an get a few things an to window shop for future purchases so he knows how much money to save.. Today she embarrassed him with a line full of people for counting his change.. Asked him why he is always spending change an asked if he had food at home..So i politely called asked to speak to a manager which was her i started explaining who i was an my sons situation an she immediately got irate.. Called my son a liar an refused to talk to me an hung up... So i jus went over there an she called the police.. If a child is learning dont discourage them was my only point i was trying to get accross.. Maybe she didnt get enough attention an love as a child .. I dont know but ur not going to take it out on my 9 yr or the rest of the world... Jus dont work in customer service if u cant handle people..

My Dr called my medicine in 830am I went to pick up at 214pm and they said they didnt have nothing for me they checked again and they just didnt have it ready worst pharmacy ever
