Even late into October there was a good selection of costumes and accessories for babies all the way to adult!

5 stars for cooperate customer service.The manager Liz at the Middletown location needs some more training. Zero stars for her. The coupon that she wouldn’t accept was refunded for me by cooperate. Great job cooperate!

The manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was walking around without a mask on cussing and yelling at her employees. And Im almost positive she was on drugs. It seems like they just pull whoever off the street to manage these places. And DO NOT go at night, there are absolutely NO lights in the parking lot or outside the building. It is pitch black. I will not be coming back to this location.

The date on the door keeps changing. Original date was supposed to be on the 21st of August. Made the trip over an hour away twice now. Now the date says the 22nd. On maps even says the store is open now.

Not a very huge selection...employee on the floor could not tell me return policy when I asked. High prices.

Acused me of stealing and they followed me around the store and I put my hands in my pockets to get my phone and one of the workers yelled at me saying “I saw that” and telling me to empty my pockets, and then once she figured out that I wasn’t stealing the lady said “I’m sorry if I accused you of stealing because I wasn’t”1/10 wouldn’t come back, good products just bad employees.

After driving 3 hrs an having the worst day ebwe the last in the store decided to take her super slow sweet time trying to be sure my son an I miss trick or treating I only got 2 hrs worh him an so for halloween he didnt wvwn have a costume she could had made this an amazing experience for us I WILL NEVWR COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN ILL WORK HARD ALL YEAR MAKING A COSTUME FROM.NOW ON THIS EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAD BEEN LET FO SHE IS VERY BAS FOE BUSINESS

Nice selection of costumes, but the prices are crazy high!

Customer service was rude. I was accused of stealing for walking around the store. All I did was try on masks and take pictures with props. I was told, and I quote If you guys are stealing, youre not slick by an employee. This was both unprofessional and rude. I asked if she wanted to check my pockets and she said she didnt want to. My question is, if you think someone is stealing, wouldnt you want to check them, or kick them out all together? I would love to talk to a manager, but all I could talk to when I called was a robot.

They got anything you need, but your going to pay. Its just outrageous price wise, but if Halloween is your holiday than they got you covered.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Employees talking about each other in front of customers. Don’t let you even see what’s in the costume bag! Guess we are supposed to take their word for it 🤔. Back to Party City for me.
