This place has amazing soft serve frozen yogurt. You serve yourself from the spigots along the walls and there are tons of flavors. The cookies and cream was really good. Theres also a buffet-style toppings area, where you can scoop out a number of different choices. Nuts, oreos, sprinkles, and so many other options I dont even remember. You pay by weight and I love this. You get exactly what you want, exactly how much you want, and nothing gets wasted. Great for a personalized experience and awesome for people who are very particular about what they like.

First time at the Sweet frog is a very sweet place for the entire family, kids girlfriend, granny, everyone could really enjoy going to this place.SweetFrog is very clean and colorful adding the playful and happy touch to the mood. The frozen yogurt is really good, sweet but no so sweet, they have different flavors . I tried the Cotton candy with Caramel and some Oreo cookies on top I love it . Apparently they also do parties and catering for special occasions which I found to be pretty cool specially at this time of the year.As per the social distance yes you could sit inside.Each table is positioned within the social distance guidelines and it gets clean as soon as a guest leave.

I don’t take the time to leave reviews but I must. My husband and I came here about 4 months ago and we were so so disappointed. I came in last night solo and not only was everything delicious but CLEAN! New Management? Good toppings selection and the yogurt choices were yummy. They are doing a great job. I’ll be making this a weekly stop for sure.

Id give more stars if they had more options for no or low sugar added items. I understand there can only be so many flavors at any given time, but Im really disappointed in the toppings selection. There was no fresh fruit. The only fruit available was pineapple that was sitting in juice. Probably delicious, but not good for people who are restricting their sugar intake. I also wanted walnuts based on the fact that their nutrition information lists regular walnuts (not wet walnuts) have 0 grams of sugar. However the walnuts I did get were definitely the kind coated in sugar. They were delicious, but I was very disappointed in the fact that I wasnt able to actually get a low sugar treat. Next time Ill just make my own at home, no hate, but its the only way to know for sure that what Im eating is safe for me. My husband who doesnt have any restrictions loved his!

Was so much better when it was Hoopla. At least half of the machines were not working, the flavors are always the same. The topping section is not kept clean. Ever since it’s been sweet frog it hasn’t been maintained well at all. Hoopla, please come back we miss you 😢

I had a cake batter, Pinacolada, with granola. Delicious combo, but I wish they had fruit available. All they had was pineapple floating in juice. I was hoping for a bigger selection.

5 out of the 10 machines were out of order, plus functioning machines both had the same flavors. The store was rather filthy as well. Very sad to see how far downhill this place has gone.

I went here with my family because we had always loved SweetFrog. However, this experience was absolutely awful. More than half of yogurt machines were out, and the flavors that were there were the bottom of the barrel flavors that a majority of people wouldn’t willing choose. The toppings were poorly laid out to choose from (most of the Snickers weren’t even crushed). The two employees would alternate being on their phones behind the counter. The wall space looked barren and had leftover screws from pictures over the years. Not going back ever, it was SO MUCH better when it was Hoopla

This place was filthy. The counters were a mess. The toppings sections was a wreck. I can only imagine how poorly all there products are handled. Never coming back, so gross. It’s unfortunate, it use to be a nice place.

Updated for COVID-19:Safety precautions have been put into place in this self-serve establishment. Antibacterial lotion is available upon entering, gloves are available and must be used when serving from the dispensing units. You still have the joy of building your treat as big as youd like with all the toppings. Know that youre paying by WEIGHT! Counter help is courteous and helpful, keeping the lines moving!

The business wasnt even open. I checked the business hours and they are supposed to be open until 9 but they werent. My opinion might change if I get an explanation.

It’s 1pm on a Friday and they’re closed even tho store hours indicate they should be open. Doors are locked there’s no one inside and no signs. Very disappointing…

This is my favorite store. The frozen yogurt is always made to perfection and Molly was exceptional in helping me find the right flavor for my associate and myself. The tattoos at the counter are a nice touch. I will most definitely be returning.

Expensive!! Almost 5 bucks for barely what amounts to 1 scoop and a small amount of sprinkles. Place was nasty also.

Tasty cold treats

Went there yesterday and it was clean, quiet and a good hangout with friends but several of the yogurt machines were out of order and the yogurt wasnt good at all! The fruit flavors were extremely sour and several of the other non fruit flavors just had something off about them. Of the 3 people that I went with, none of us ended up finishing our yogurt because none of us liked it. We all agreed that we wont be going back!

I went there to get ice cream for my kids. The website stated they close at 9pm. I was there 7:50. The doors were locked and staff was cleaning up. They would open the doors or answer the phone. Huge waste of time.

I went there today. It was quiet and clean. I miss when it was Hoopla, as they would allow you to taste the frozen yogurt flavors before you filled up your cup. But I guess people took too much advantage of this, and caused them to stop allowing it. Anyway the pound cake I added as a filler was stale because it had a taste of going bad, when I ate it. So if my stomach hurts later I know why. Either way, my family and I had a nice moment to add to the memory bank 😊

My 18 year old brought me here today as a treat. I was standing at the register and she said come on mom its self serve. They had many flavors to choose from. They did have no sugar added flavors though they were limited to chocolate and vanilla. It is pay by the ounce. We both made small portions and it was a bit pricey at $14 and change would go here again for a special treat but not a place to frequent.

My family loved hoopla. So far sweet frog isnt winning our vote. The location is always dirty and the only changes are the inside hoopla signs were torn down. I hope they take more pride in their location soon.

Cute little fro-yo/ ice cream shop with all the trimmings. They take AARP discount which made the pricing just over $5.00 They weigh the cups to get the amount to pay so dont be heavy with the toppings. I dont eat ice cream that much about twice a year, so the splurge can be warranted.

Hoopla was recently taken over by Sweet Frog and it not the same at all. The frozen yogurt is lacking in flavor, theres less toppings, no fresh fruit, and the toppings they do have look like they have not been replaced in days. There was flies around all of the toppings and the girls working here ignored customers at the register and just stood around eating.

My kids love this place, I go at least once a week and highly recommend this place, the kids love the peanut butter flavor, very respectful place!! Never had any issues!!

The Town of Wallkill Hoopla is now a Sweet Frog franchise which has an even more artificial appearance and taste than Hoopla which says a lot!

What a disappointment!!!! We use to come here when it was Hooplas. SweetFrog has now taken over this location and it is just not the same. First let’s start with the fact that the place looks dirty. The windows and door are filled to the brim with dirty fingerprints. The fro-yo is definitely different and not in a good way. Most of the flavors were gross. They also have missing machines which give you a glimpse of the back area. Not what you want to see. Last but certainly not least, the toppings look old (as in clumpy) and there were flys circling it. Will not be coming back here. Sad as my kiddos use to love Hooplas.

Youd be wise to NOT buy boba here. Why offer a product that you dont know how to make? Thats like me saying, yeah, i can bake you a chocolate souffle. But Ive never even turned on an oven...The taro boba, first off, took TOO LONG to prepare (for being a powder mix that ISNT blended with ice, cmon). Secondly, it had a terrible chalky flavor. Thirdly, for the quality of the product, it was horribly overpriced. $4 n change.When i mentioned to the staff how terrible it was, they offered to replace it, but of course, as it is not blended, the other flavors would likely have tasted just as chalky. So I said no thanks, and then they proceeded to tell me that they DONT DO REFUNDS. What, excuse me??!! You mean you wont reimburse for this TERRIBLY DISGUSTING product?? Fine. Thats your prerogative. And its my prerogative to let ppl know how awful your product is.
