Do not use this business for auto repairs or sales! They not only are completely incompetent when it comes to auto repair, they are blatantly practicing illegal sales practices. I am currently working with the DMV, BBB, and CT Dept of Consumer Protection in reporting them and will seek legal action for restitution of money in court if these agencies cant help me. I really want to spare others from what Ive gone through at the hands of these shysters. My son purchased a vehicle from them. He was going to buy it via a downpayment and loan from them. They offered him a full warranty claiming bumper to bumper coverage for two full years for free. This was the selling point knowing the car which was on the older side would be fully covered. He placed the downpayment and was told they just needed a day or two to register the car and he could pick it up. They couldnt get the car to pass emissions so a day or two turned into a month. Red flags should have gone off immediately here but 1st time car buyer/20 years old, kept believing in the BS he was being told. Since a month had passed my son was able to save enough to buy the car outright with no loan. When he went to pick it up and told them that he would be buying the car outright and no loan was needed, they immediately took the free 2 year warranty off the table. They then convinced my son to buy a warranty for two years at the price of $1750! And was told this warranty was a FULL bumper to bumper, anything that could possibly go wrong will be covered, warranty. Reality is this warranty covers basically nothing. The car has had major issues since day one. We have already sunk $2200 out of pocket in repairs for the car in less than 2 months and the car has literally been in repair more time than its been in our possession. After the first repair that they did that I had to pay the parts for, the check engine light came on driving the car home. When I called to speak with the salesperson Mo about this, he said the check engine light doesnt matter. Seriously. Cant make this stuff up. And as far as repair, we had to finally take the car to an Audi dealership to get it completely repaired because the incompetents at Route 66 could not fix the issues, and were unwilling to without us shelling out money for used or aftermarket parts. They were not willing at all to do the right thing and make sure the vehicle got repaired properly knowing these issues started the minute my son first drove the car of their lot. When I asked to speak with the owner they would not give me his contact information. I guess I will speak with him when we head to small claims court shortly. Save yourself tons of aggravation. Drive right past this place.
The guys were great and worked with me. Always willing to look at the smallest thing for you.

They had a car for sale on facebook marketplace, their website and craigslist. All at different prices. $7000 on FB, $6500 on their website and $6100 on Craigslist. I call them and they tell me its $6800. Typical stealership trying to screw people.
