Very helpful, 17M is never as busy as Rt. 211. Verizon had a great deal on turning in my phone for a new one ($800 credit) and after explaining to Dylan my particular needs he was so helpful in directing me to a different phone that Im very happy with. Very patient in answering questions, synching my phone with my car, following up to make sure I wasnt having any problems and more. Couldnt say enough good about this Verizon store!

Rollin Jackson was our Wireless Consultant, and he was extremely helpful and polite with handling our situation. I had to get a new phone because my old was was smashed, so he sold me my new iPhone 12 Pro. He was extremely patient while my two siblings were running around and screaming. I recommend him when you visit this Verizon location for anything you need. I will definitely use this location from now on instead of the Verizon on 211 by Walmart. The 211 location had a 1-1/2 hour wait time so this Dolson Ave location is extremely convenient.

My experience at this location is over and above what I expected. The representative that worked with me was Dylan. I also am in customer service and I always expect to be treated the way I treat my customers and members. Dylan was very understanding and patient with the questions I had. He didnt rush me into deciding what phone to choose. He explained each device and did not rush me into making a decision. He has excellent customer service and I highly recommend this location over and above any in this area. I feel he is These are highly educated in this product being Verizon.

When he finally spun the computer screen around to show me the prices and options, I was very disappointed that Alex only showed me 3 options. One was a completely different phone, and 2 were promotions with the phone I wanted. He did not just plainly tell me how much the phone I wanted would cost on its own. If I did not already do my homework,I may have accepted one of these promotional options, which would have been $16 more per month, and I would have ended up with an electronic device I didnt need. It took my prying several times asking,No, I just want the phone with no promotions. How much for just the phone? Finally he told me $20 per month (instead of $36). Putting it frankly, it was a slimmy move. I wonder how many gullible people have been taken advantage of in the past. Do your homework people and beware. This was my first time at this Verizon store and nothing like this has ever happened to me at the other stores. I wont be back.

I had a great experience over the phone with Dylan in regards to switching over to Verizon. His intelligence, diligence, and expertise are truly that of a professional and he was very patient! Kudos to Dylan! He answered every single on of my questions and did not make me feel rushed at all. In all, I give him a true to honest opinion rating of a 5/5 for is incredible hospitality skills and intelligence.
If you favor the masochistic life this is the place to go for all your suffering. You will spend lots and feel screwed in the end.Many salespeople at this location will twist, pull and beat your wallet like a thief until it is drained.
The rep was very helpful and nice. I transferred my phone and bought a tablet . Had a n issue opening my phone but he went all the way to get it done. His name is John, I would post a picture of his card the he gave me to call him if anything came up.
I had been having issues with my old IPhone 7 for a couple weeks and stopped at the Verizon store in Middletown. Once there I was assisted by Rachel Robertson who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the iPhone and was able to fix my problem in no time. I then opted to purchase the new iPhone 11 Pro after Rachel explained to me all the different options in the phones I was interested in buying. Rachel was able to mirror my new cell from the old one and not one photo was lost! It’s so nice when you make a large purchase like this to be able to deal with someone who is friendly yet still very good at her job. Very happy customer.
We bought a phone at the Verizon on 211 and had difficulty setting it up. Had to go back and they just gave us instructions and sent us away. The next day we came here and Mike had us up and running in less than a half hour for a very small fee! Totally worth it!

Today was my first time in Verizon, my experience with Miranda was excellent. She was very helpful, very polite. She made me feel very comfortable when signing up for a new plan. My experience @Verizon Wireless on Dolson Ave in Middletown, NY was excellent. My 1st experience was a few months ago with Mike Burns who has portrayed the utmost patience with my situation and professionalism. Today, John D has the same quality professionalism and they both know their stuff. Im walking out a very satisfied customer. Ive been a VW customer for a long time. Mike and John and all your employees, from what Ive observed, are great assets to VW.
Miranda was a pleasure to work with as I upgraded my phone and took care of a few other things that came up. She help me feel comfortable with the process and I am very grateful to her and her office for making the upgrade a calm, pleasant experience.
If you live close to this store? I highly recommend you go there. Anytime I have gone there the sales people I deal with are knowledgeable, but not pushy. This last time I had the pleasure of working with Jesse and he has been hands down the best sales person they have had (that I have dealt with). He was knowledgeable, he had great follow up (the iPhone X I wanted in black wasn’t in stock when I first went to the store—he called me that night to let me know he had ordered it and also called to let me know it had arrived at the store). He asked if I needed a screen protector, case, extra chargers, but wasn’t pushy about it. He simply asked and when I said “no,” he didn’t push the issue. If the management of the store is reading this? You need to recognize Jesse for his exceptional customer service—it’s something that’s missing in today’s world, but you have an awesome employee there and he should be recognized.

Terrible customer service
It was a great experience because I ordered a phone online and I had to go in to pick it up from the store which I did the next day. I walked into the store and there were a few customers in there but I was greeted quickly and produce the receipt for the salesperson and he went back to get the phone for me and asked me if I needed any assistance with the phone and I told him no and he told me to have a good day. The store was very nice in the way it was set up and the staff was friendly.

Very pleasant, helpful, no long wait, BUT, associate unintentionally broke the new screen protector I just got from Amazon for the phone, BUT charged us for a new phone protector to put on phone. Really, thats the best you can do for a decade long customer? Charge the customer for something your associate broke? Thats why this post is what it is.
I would like to thank Albert Santiago for his patience and understanding of my ignorance with electronics. Albert went step by step with me on the phone differences as I decided whether to stay with an iPhone or go android. Albert then helped me set up my new phone and went as far as going out to pair it with my car. Finally, Albert followed up a couple days later to make sure things were going ok. All sales persons should take a lesson on customer service from Albert Santiago.

What a fantastic representative we had Mike Burns. A few hours before we went to the Middletown at Orange Plaza store and they wanted to sell me a new phone and not help me hook up an old phone. We walked in and 20 minutes later we walked out with aExactly what we had wanted.
My rep Michael Williams was the best!! He found the best plan for me and my family and a fabulous phone for my teenager. He was polite, courteous, and patient. He was very knowledgeable and made this shopping experience sooooooo easy. The service I receive here has always been first rate.... In keeping with that, Michael did a first rate job!!! Would definitely return to this store!!
I went to Verizon to upgrade my phone. Kristen Smith helped me out and was extremely helpful. There were some complications because my phone is under a business account, and the price at first was going to be a lot more then I had planned on paying. It did take a couple of hours for me to finally get my new phone, but because of the customer service I was not upset. Kristen Smith was so kind, patient, and even came into work the next day which was her day off so I could get my phone. She actually offered to drive to my house to bring my phone to me, I was shocked. She got the price down to what I had originally hoped to pay, and honestly made me feel like family. In all of my years dealing with customer service anywhere, I have never in my life had a better experience. If I ever have to go back to Verizon for anything, I will call first to make sure Kristen Smith is there to help me out!!
Jessica rocks. Finally killed my inner dinosaur (flip phone) - and Jessica made the event effortless; taking care of everything...from making sure I got the appropriate phone (asking the right questions and adjusting based on the answers, no canned pitch here) to installing the glass (perfectly) and case (and individually tapping EVERY contact to import....yikes). She made sure I was going to be able to make the phone work - and all of it, including answering my questions with grace and patience, never once condescending....pretty good skill set! Also appreciated the dynamic in the store - the whole crew works together, and they tap each other for input. Nice, and nice group of people (for dinosaur killers).

This is my only favorite Verizon’s in Middletown The customer service is amazing it’s a friendly environment and you can tell the people they are genuinely want to help you. I was just there this week in a young man named Eric helped me I highly recommend going into see him for any of your mobile purchases and I highly recommend going to that store. Before going to any of the other Verizon’s in the surrounding area. ( and yes I have personally tried out a lot of the Verizons around me)

We have visited this location for years now, and have never been dissapointed. Most recently, they assisted converting our individual single line phones over to a family plan that saves us nearly $50 each month! Not a hiccup in the conversion. RECOMMENDED 😎

One major problem. The fact that this store is not a corporate Verizon store they can charge their own fees, and I found this out the hard way. I was charged a program and setup fee which I was lead to believe was the Verizon upgrade fee. After getting my next bill with an upgrade fee and talking with Verizon, it turns out that since this is an authorized retailer they can charge their own fees. Would have been nice to know that before hand.I will say besides feeling misled the staff there was very friendly.

I BOUGHT 2 PHONES AND ONE HAD A REBATE AND SHE NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT IT UNTIL I LOOKED ONLINE AND HAD TO DO A REFUND FOR THE REBATE. THEY ALSO DIDNT HAVE THE PHONE I WANTED BUT THEY GOT IT IN DAYS LATER. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OK BUT THE LADY THAT SOLD ME A PHONE DIDNT KNOW A LOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT, SHE WAS JUST LEARNING AS SHE WENT.
