Do yourself a favor and find a capable audiologist. I went to the Middletown location and was essentially told that my hearing is not poor regardless of the clear deficiency at higher frequencies. The audiologist then pulled out test results of a 95 year old woman for comparison. See now THIS is bad hearing... I am in my late 20s and naturally have very different life/professional responsibilities than an elderly person. For this reason it is pretty obvious that my hearing issues should be considered differently. Absolute waste of my time and a generally frustrating experience for me.
