I have been going to see Norman Meci for 14 years. I recently purchased my third set of hearing aids. I have severe hearing loss and really didnt think anything would improve my hearing. Norman suggested Evolve AI 2400 by Starkey. They are the newest technology. I was cautiously optimistic that anything could help improve the clarity of what I hear. I have been using my new hearing aids for about a month now and I am thrilled at the difference they have made. I honestly feel that I have about a 70% improvement in clarity. Norman spent over an hour teaching me how to customize my hearing aids using my iPhone. He scheduled another visit the following week to make sure that I was satisfied. Not only do I notice a huge improvement in my hearing but my friends have commented on the difference in our conversations. I am also thrilled that I can converse with friends who have a higher pitch voice. In the past I couldnt pick up most of our conversations. AVC hearing is a special place. The service is impeccable. Lisa always responds immediately to any phone call and Norman always tries to see you as quickly as possible. I never thought that any hearing aid would help me as much as Evolve has. Finally for the past two years it has been very challenging understanding anyone wearing a mask. As people who really on lip reading know, it is frustrating to say the least. Evolve 2400 even has a mask setting and it works.

I usually do not post reviews, however I feel I must this time. My elderly mother and I went in for an appointment and we were greeted in such a positive way and everything was explained with care and patience. Norm is great! Lisa was welcoming, friendly and professional. What a great experience my mother and I had. I highly recommend!

Got my hearing aids serviced at AVC today. Their service is quick, accurate, courteous, friendly and accommodating. I live over 50 miles away and they were able to fit me in when I got there. I got my first hearing aid as a kid from AVC Hearing Aid Center. That was over 45 years ago. Ive always found them to be helpful and upfront with my options as to what hearing aids would suit me best. Also Ive found that the quality of the hearing aids to be very good. And if there were any issues with my hearing aids it was taken care of immediately. They care about their customers and try to help them. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I’ve found a very courteous and knowledgeable staff here. I’ve had several visits and the service is outstanding with a genuine wish to improve my life. They serviced my existing aids until the end of their life and tested and fitted me with outstanding replacements. Of course the aids are pricey but it was fair and as good or better from my shopping around. Give Norm Meci a try, I think you will like him a lot.
