This is probably my favorite location. Friendly staff and ample stock.

My certified hvac tech uses this supplier for Goodman products, my unit was defective since day 1 and lasted 30 days, and has been repaired 3 times in that 30 days.I have been out of ac more then I have had ac. Now this time he is waiting on johnstone to honor a warranty replacement for a brand new 3 ton unit and I have been out of ac for 10 days in my house.My technician cannot do anything about it because hes waiting on Johnstone, which claims to be waiting on Goodman, so leaving customers without ac because of this issue is ridiculous.Hints the bad review.....

Will only sell to you if you have an account, wasted a 40 min round trip. I guess my money isn’t green.
