Recently purchased a attic fan it was damaged and RAL refused to exchange or refund me the sale clerk was also rude and unprofessional

I walked in with a rusted out plate/closure for my bathtub.One of the gentlemen behind the counter says, “looks like your ‘some plumbing item’ name went”.Both gentlemen looked at it and commented, “that’s old”, found the brand name, and had the 50+ year old brass parts I needed in an instant.They’re experts, and that’s why I’m a very repeat customer.

I flip houses for a living and my team & I go to RAL more than i would’ve expected the first time I went. The employees are so relatable and outstanding when it comes to helping you find exactly what you need. They’re honest with you and they get it done. Thank you to Darien & Jaylen for assisting me.

Bought a oil primary that was broken right out of the box on Saturday went back saSaturd they where closed called Monday they said that I would have to buy another one until they sent it back to honey well to get it tested and they said it would take about 30 days or more mean while they want you to buy another from them and you cant return it after you buy it so now you will be paying for both when you only need one and the guy at the counter talks to you like your stupid all I wanted to do is exchange it for one that worked and it clearly says on the box 2 year warranty and it came broken right out of the box I would not buy anything from here again

As soon as I walked in two women sitting at the desk said judgingly Just browsing?. As if they assumed I didnt have money to purchase anything in there because of the way I looked. There styles are outdated. No one even bothered to get up and ask me if I needed any help. Horrible service. I would never reccomend stepping foot in that place.

Very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back again. Treating your customers like dirt should run you out of business soon.

I shop here pretty frequently, helpful people and a good selection. Little pricey though

Mediocre & condescending salesman a couple of them RACIST too, the manager (I hope to see a new one) is just as good as a McDonald’s worker or a gas station clerk just existing waiting for a paycheck you know, avoid this place there’s a couple of supply warehouses around the area to buy from ain’t coming back to this one

They had the part I needed for my boiler but it was more than twice the price everyone else was selling it for. Significantly overpriced. Ended up purchasing it elsewhere.
