Guy behind the desk was very helpful but wasnt wearing a mask. I wanted to show him what I was talking about but didnt want to get closer than 6 feet. I pointed out he wasnt wearing a mask and he just shrugged. I took a few steps back finished our conversation and left. WEAR A MASK!

Called for an inquiry on delivery and wanted a quick estimate on how much my project could cost purchasing from them. Didn’t appreciate the lack of liveliness in the mans voice. Almost as if he didn’t want to work there. After asking for an estimate, I was greeted by a long pause followed by him hanging up on me. First impression is usually the most lasting impression and I see no reason to do business with people who can’t manage a phone call.

Had to replace some broken bluestone. The guys here know their stuff. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff that helped a beginner like me complete a project. Highly recommended.

Whenever I stop by for supplies, I am greeted by one or two of the five brothers and am immediately helped with loading my purchase. They saved me $$ by locating another supplier for a custom damper, for a fireplace I was constructing. Highly recommended!
