I’ve been supporting this small business establishment for years. I brought my service dog in today and they told me I needed to carry her the entire time. So I had to carry my 30lb service dog around the entire time. I won’t be here again.

Ordered a keg a week before my party they said no problem, picked it up that sunday after tapping the keg with a busted up tap the entire keg was foam, obviously it was sunday they closed early and we had our baby shower and couldnt make it back dur to having family from out of town coming. We ended up going to another store and picking some stuff up to continue with our festivities. Went back that Monday at 2pm with the full keg. They said a manager would need to assist me and he only works from 6-10. I called the next day at 945 manager had already left asked for a call back never recieved one. Finally 2 days later called again manager had already left again but they told ke to bring it back and they would refund me. I bring the keg back they make me carry it in insteaf of offering a folloe to help. I carry the full half keg in myself they come to the door to check to see if 8ts full. When they give me my money to the card tbey charged me another 230. After i left it felt funny and checked my account to see this charge now a total of 460 taken out of my account i went back to finally get myoney. NEVER AGAIN!!! BUYERS BEWARE

Was trying to stop today to see if they carry Rebel. The web page showed open till 10... sign said open till 9, at 5 of just wouldve asked but the door was locked and they wouldnt answer the question. I come here from NY to see my kid and always get a trunkful to take home. Not tonight, and prob not tomorrow.

I asked associate to play 2 lottery #s for 3 nights. He said I only could play for 2 nights. I didnt try to explain that you can play not only 3 nights but 7 nights. It was to hot to be extra... I really rate. Today as a 1.

The manager (maybe owner?) was very rude. Raised his voice and wouldn’t sell me anything. He demanded I put a mask on when I have a medical exemption and even showed him my card. This is America but this guy treats his customers very poorly. I will never shop here again.

Cochran Liquors has changed its look inside, and also its balance of selection. I like the look. Still, all in all it is pretty pricey compared to others who have lower prices or specials to get you in the door and coming back. The original namesake and owner of Cochrans was more like that. Those are the kinds of places that get my business.The greatest strengths of Cochrans are location, location, location so I guess they dont think they need to have sharp pencils when it comes to pricing.

Really big store really clean organized

I wanted to pick up some things from this liquor store last Thursday morning. I was thrilled to see that they open at 9am....that really helped my schedule for the day. My pleasant experience continued as 2 of the employees were super helpful with finding things that I was looking for but not familiar with their location. In addition when I was looking for something in particular for a recipe he was honest with pricing and their quality! It was refreshing these days to find such good customer service! Thanks!

Been a customer here many times but went in tonight 15 minutes before they closed to grab a quick bottle of wine and we were rudely rushed out saying we had to be quick and they closed in 5 minutes as soon as we walked in. Very disappointed. We took our business down the street.

Im from but stopped here on the way to a weekend party, a very nice store with a great selection of wine and spirits and a modest selection of reasonable priced cigars! Clean and spacious, i purchased 3 nice bourbons,2 wines and an Acid Cigar, prices are what prices are and tend to vary but id stop just to go threw the offerings! Stop in if ya passing by!.

Cochran Liquors is one of the larger liquor stores Ive seen in Maryland with an impressive selection of beer, wine, and liquor. We bought all of the above. One of employees was possibly drunk but that made the experience... More interesting?

Mediocre selection of craft beers and it seems that every employee that works here has a pessimistic attitude. Kept giving them a chance and when they didn’t have a certain Big Oyster beer that every other local beer store had, I decided that the bad attitudes aren’t worth my business. I don’t care how convenient the location is. I purposely avoid this place and suggest to all of my friends that they do the same.

Mediocre selection. Only get carded when I shave. They claim to card consistently but Ive been there numerous occasions and have never been asked for my ID, nor do I see them card any other customers. Always rude at the register as well. Wont spend another penny there.

Nothing much to say, theyre one of the larger liquor stores here in town, prices are average for Middletown, we really need to get a discount liquor store like Total Wine here. As was pointed out by another post, the employees are not very friendly here.

They say that they close at 8:00pm on Sunday. I was there at 7:55 pm door was locked knocked on the door and the guy yells to me we are closed. So if you are closing at a time close at that time. Come on it was Super Bowl Sunday!!!!
