This place gave us a horrible experience, we had our 2018 vehicle with less than 50,000 miles backed into and the responsible party insurance had us go here. When we initially dropped it off on a Tuesday were told they’d have it back to us same day. Got called at 5:10 on a Friday saying our vehicle was ready for pick up and needed to be there before 5:30. My wife went Monday to pick up vehicle and check engine light was on. Waited while they “fixed” the problem, then got back in car to realize the A/C wasn’t working and check engine light was still on. Finally they “fixed” these 2 issues, then inspecting the actual damage that was “repaired” it came back worse than what we took it in. Bumper was not replaced right, there are more scratches that weren’t there before, and missing parts of the bumper. Father in law had same experience here, we had hope that we would get something different and they failed us. Please save your time, money, or other people’s money. DON’T GO HERE.
Staff is Awesome and super helpful, great quality work, and awesome turn around!Brought both of our trucks due to me (wife) wreaking both of my husbands trucks at the same 😬we got one of the trucks back in 3 days!! The other truck should be done shortly!! Turnaround time is amazing!! Staff is super helpful and friendly one of the girls even offered to come in on Saturday (their day off, so I could pick up my truck ) when I didn’t think i would meet their closing time on Friday evening.I Highly recommend it’s a 5 ⭐️ from me!!!
I was in accident and Classics Auto Paint And Body took care of me since the time I dropped off. Ken helped me file my claim n got rental set up. The staff is amazing on giving updates and letting you know what is going on.The whole staff from the ones that worked on my car to the office staff do an amazing job.. This is the WORST car repair service we have ever experienced in our lives. Our car needed fixing and when we asked for estimate, they said it can be done in a week. A week has passed, they said the part they need hasn’t been delivered yet. Fine, I guess, even though they said that’s part of the week period they promised. 2 weeks passed and parts finally got delivered. It’s been another 2 weeks since then and it’s still not fixed. We called everyday for updates and they say they’ll call us back. Guess what? No call back. They said it’ll be ready the next day. Guess what? Still not ready. They even made us come in to pick it up. Guess what? STILL NOT FIXED. It’s been a month. This shop is the worst and the very definition of UNPROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT recommend them.
Was only there to get an estimate. Their estimate was a bit lower but in line with others. If I have the work done there I will post an update. very professional and personable!

Classic’s is more than just a body shop. My AC went out and after shopping around at many places, Classic’s was the most competitive in pricing. It may seem strange to get an AC fixed by a Body Shop, but I spoke with one of the guys in the shop and his assessment of my Ford and his experience with working on them assured me that these guys were Jacks of many trades. When I went to pick up my truck, the AC was fixed and blowing air, but the heat on the passenger side was not working. Ken went out of his way to fix the minor mistake they missed on the AC. It was prioritized and fixed in one day. I appreciate the great service and would recommend them to others.
One of their Employees needs better communicating skills and manners too. Esp when their not from Texas.

Exceptional service!! I was treated like family from the moment I walked in the door. The work on my car was amazing...it looks better now than it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. They even gave me an excellent deal on a new windshield which wasnt part of the damage from the wreck. The owner, Larry, makes sure that everything was perfect and the work was done to his high standards. Shout out to Ken and Theresa, who communicated with me every step of the way to make sure that everything was just right and truly put me at ease with the entire process from start to finish.. as a matter of fact my car was ready a week earlier than expected. So, If you are on the fence about where to take your car for body work then look no further than Classic Auto...You wont be disappointed in the least!

Larry and his team at Classics Auto Paint & Body did a great job with my truck (2013 F150 super crew). Based on my experience I would definitely recommend their shop for auto body repairs.During the estimate process, Larry gave me the confidence that his team could fix the doors correctly. I was assured that at any point in the repair process his team revealed something that would cause the repair time or cost to increase he would stop all work and consult with me. His team did exactly what was needed to fix the doors; nothing more, nothing less. He did a wonderful job.The average cost of estimates from other places quoted the same work for $2,600+. Included in the estimates from these other places were two weeks worth of body work and paint work. I had a hard time understanding why all this was necessary to repair two doors that had been over extended and would no longer close properly.I ultimately took the truck to Larry Sims and his team not because they were the lowest bid. Rather, they were the only company that seemed to be upfront and honest with the estimate and potential repairs needed to fix the front and back drivers side doors properly.Classics Auto Paint & Body did a great job and had the truck back to me in the same day. Total repair charges $150. I hope I am not in need of auto body work in the future. But if so, I will be taking my vehicle to Larry.
I came to this shop to repair the front and rear of my vehicle after I was rear ended in June 2018. I chose this shop because of all the positive reviews. However, I ended up having a much different experience with this shop than the majority of the other reviewers.The insurance company accepted liability for the damage at the end of June. My car was not repaired until today August 22, 2018. This insurance adjuster gave an estimate around $4,500 for the damage and the final bill was around $12,000. Upon inspection of the final work it was obvious that there were major issues with the paint/ finishing (see attached pictures-hair in paint, several large drips of paint, chips that were painted over and not sanded first, chips in the final paint job, etc.). My husband pointed out each issue to them and they refused to fix them because the car “was not brand new when it came to them”, and this is after waiting 2 months for the repairs. During the repair process they knocked the hybrid battery loose which caused the smaller battery to completely die so we were forced to buy a new battery on our own dime so that they could move the vehicle and finish repairs. They ended up towing it to the dealer and it was a simple wiring issue that they had caused while taking the car apart. They also got grease on and tore pages out of the vehicle’s manual. All of these things are fairly small and are easily fixed but they refused to do the right thing and right what they had wronged. They were friendly with us at first but became extremely defensive and unprofessional after we began pressuring to get the work completed two months later.I highly recommend that you do not bring your vehicle here for repair work. I know there are not a lot of options in Midland and it’s hard to find good service anywhere in town but this was the worst experience I’ve had in the 5 years I’ve been here.

PLEASE save yourself the headache and stress--GO TO A RELIABLE SHOP!I dont like to write a negative review, but its only fair to everyone out there that may need their car repaired. Dont go to this shop!My car was hit July 25 and I just got it back on Oct. 31. I have a Lincoln Navigator and it was beautiful before being hit and repaired. Theyre friendly when you take your car in, but become very rude if you question anything once repairs begin. The communication was horrible, and when you call them, you are made to feel as if youre a huge nuisance.They DO NOT pay attention to detail. My car still has several things that need to be fixed. I pointed out all the missed repairs to them 2 weeks ago, the first time they said my car was ready to be picked up, so I left it there and they said they would fix all of the areas and even wrote each detail down to make sure it was fixed.I picked my car up today...I think they just cleaned the inside slightly to make it look a little better and gave it back to me.My car is very noisy now because doors and windows arent adjusted properly, there are places on the repaired new paint that are rough and peeling, my electric side mirrors no longer work, and more.My advice would be to get recommendations and do your research before leaving your car to be repaired.
The people are what will bring me back. They are so kind and SO helpful. They do great work in a short amount of time. Theyll do everything they can to get you the best price in town. Highly recommended for body work!

3/27/19 asked for an estimate, had to make an appointment for it. No biggie. It was for the next day. Went in to get some parts replaced and some paint work done and explained to them I needed the vehicle done by a certain date. Received my truck back by 4/4/19 (way sooner than the 2month waiting list I was offered at other shops.) Shout out to Ken and Teresa. They make you feel at home. The homie Ken is a professional, kept me updated on a daily basis. Teresa is a real sweetheart, helped me stay in contact with the mechanics and put my interests first. Great employees. I did notice a tiny ding where some of the repairs were made but meh. It was WAY worse coming in. Overall great job. Finding a shop that can compete with southern California standards is tough, these guys are up there I guess. Thats my opinion. Thank you guys.
I was in a severe car accident in August of 2016. My car was towed from Big Springs, TX to Midland, TX and to this shop. I live in Fort Worth, TX and therefore it was hard for me to find out how my car was doing or any information on picking it up. I worked with Katrina over e-mail about my schedule for picking up my car when it was ready, she was willing to come in on her day off for me and was SO quick to respond to any question or concern I had over e-mail. When I arrived to pick up my car it looked AMAZING, not only that I met Larry who was a genuine and sweet gentleman who was willing to accommodate my fathers need for specifications on my receipt. I would recommend this place to anyone!! An amazing place, great work and wonderful people!!

I recently hit a deer with my 2016 Chevy Silverado. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. When I brought them the estimate for repairs from the insurance company, I asked them if they could order the parts first, so the truck wouldnt have to be in the shop as long and to save money on a car rental. Not only did they do this, but they also painted the parts first. And since I was going to drive the truck before the parts came in, they offered to look at the truck and did a temporary fix of the bumper, so I could drive it safely in the mean time and they never asked for anything extra for the temporary fix. Kudos to Angel and his team and also to Katrina who works in the office. Thank You! BTW, I only had to have a rental for one day.
I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. This place is a nightmare and quite frankly I would rather had taken my car to HELL than this place. I was side swiped by a lady back in February with not too much damage. Someone recommended that I take it to this place and I looked up the reviews and everything seemed to be fine and dandy. I dropped my car off and everyone was so nice and I felt good about it. Well that was the only good I felt during the whole experience. They had my car for over a month and it was still not fixed. The ladies’ insurance decided that they would not continue to pay for the rental car since when they went to do the supplement on the car, the car had not been cut open which delayed them an additional 2 weeks. When I got my car back, it was all messed up. There were paint marks, it was not put back together correctly, the trunk was crooked, and pieces were missing. Also, a piece of my trunk was cracked in which they tried to say it was that way when I took it in, in which I had pictures to prove otherwise. I had nothing else to drive, so I was taking it back and forth to be worked on. Around this time, my car started experiencing issues that it NEVER had the whole 4 years I had it. My car was getting to the point that it wouldnt start, and numerous warning lights would come on spontaneously. It also started running hot and nothing was wanting to work on it from the lights, to it starting, to is dying. I took my car back to them and they stated that it was nothing on their end and they were not liable. I end up taking it to a friend who figured out that the Body Control Module was not hooked back up accordingly and it caused all those issues. During this process, I was told by the body shop that my car was getting old, and that Dodges do this after a certain point. Behind closed doors, it was also said that I was a woman, and I didnt know anything! Shortly after that I took my car out of town. It started raining and guess what? The rain was coming directly in my car. Took a video of that, got back in town, took it back a total of 5 times, still could not resolve the problem. Took it back a 6th time and the problem seemed fixed. Then a couple of weeks later, I could hear air coming in and the rain started coming in again. I took it back two more times, but this time I refused to take it back without it being fixed. They kept blaming the glass people not positioning the glass correctly. I dealt with Kenny most of the time. I can’t say too much bad about Kenny as a person because he did atleast try to help fix the problem and he wasn’t dealing directly with my car. They kept calling me up there telling me my car was ready. I would go up there and do a water test and it would still be leaking. This was a total of three times. Kenny did allow me to have one of their rentals during this process. Mind you, I was hit in February, and barely got everything somewhat resolved in JUNE! The shop does not do quality work and rushes through cars. I went through hell and back to get my car back and even then, I still had issues. Needless to say, I ended up getting rid of my car. Please just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I hate to be so uncut and derogatory, but if I can save someone else a headache, then so be it.
Larrys team at classics has been the trusted body shop to my family since before I could even drive myself. I have never had an issue with ther service or how I was treated. Very clean shop and team pays attention to detail, walk through after repairs is never rushed and Kenny was helpful in answering any of my questions. Got me back on the in a very clean, washed and detailed car. Im very pleased with classics service and will continue to use them.

May 2015 my Subaru was struck from behind and the other driver asked if she could pay directly rather than file on her insurance. I got 4 local estimates, and because Classics was the lowest, I went back to reassure myself that they could indeed do a professional repair at that price. They even reminded me that I might need a rental car, which the other driver covered. Classics did a great job, for a reasonable price, in less than a week, and they treated me well. The lady who struck my vehicle also had her car repaired there.
Angel, one of the managers or owners was a very sincere person. I came to his car shop because I had a minor incident with another car. He assess the situation and told me: before everything, let me try something, got a little polish and the machine, one minute, it was perfect. In another auto body shop, they wanted to make me wait half a month to start working on the issue, told me it was a 3-days job and pretended to charge me $705 for something that Angel charged me $30. More people like Angel is what this world needs.
The moment I walked in, Angel provided friendly professional service. He answered all my questions and gave me a quote and time to drop off my car. I visited 3 other collision centers, but Classics Auto Paint was the best for me. I recommend this place to my friends and family.

Friendly staff but you have to inspect your vehicle close. If you dont know much about cars I recommend taking someone who does know. I had to take mine back 2 times for an electrical problem.

I would not reccomend this place. First off the lady who answers the phones said me telling people about my poor experience would be slander, so that speaks for itself. I had my car fixed through insurance at another business who contracted the work to classics auto. They were supposed to install and paint a new front bumper on my car. It was fine and I didnt really have any complaints, until not even 3 months later the pain is peeling off entirely on the front bumper in different areas in huge chunks 2 or 3 inches across. I figured I was screwed and decided to save up to have it fixed. My insurance company noticed it and told me it should be under warranty and that the paint shouldnt be like that so soon. So I talked to classics, they agreed and decided to paint it again. I got it back and there was runs in the paint, and a huge glob where it looked like the paint just sat and accumulated. I figured hey better than what ot was right. Then it starts peeling in less than a month, doing the same thing coming off in chunks. I contacted them after a few months and the lady who said posting this would be slander, said she would have them call me back. Weeks went on never got a call back. Few more months go by and I get tired of it so I drop by and talk to them in person. The last couldnt find any of my info in their system but one of the guys remembered me and said they would take care if it. Told me to drop it off first thing Monday so I can have it back by friday. Well Friday comes along I call and talk to Ken, the manager. He tells me they are waiting on the paint supplier to come look at it, so it sat there all week long without being touched. It wouldnt of been so frustrating if they had called and told me this, but I was expecting my car to be ready by friday. So I wait and call again a few times, they tell me they are painting it and the paint is doing the same thing. Keep in mind they never call me back, Im always having to call them. So Thursday I call, they tell me they ordered a new front bumper because the paint didnt stick to the old one. Okay thats fine and all, but why was I never called or informed of this? This was my only car so its been a rough couple of weeks trying to make transportation work for me. The only time I ever got a call from them was that following friday. They had known that my car needed to be in the shop for hail damage as I was going to take it to another shop when I didnt have any issues as it was pretty serious damage and I didnt want to have to keep bringing him back over and over especially when its more than just a front bumper. Anyways the manger ken calls and leaves me a voicemail saying how they have the bumper in and they are going to paint it over the weekend so I will have it ready for Monday morning. Okay great, thats the day before I have to have it in the shop at the other place. So I call Monday afternoon, ken says how something came up and the painter didnt paint it over the weekend, but it is being painted right now. Should be able to dry overnight and I can pick it up Tuesday morning. Well I waited around never heard anything on Tuesday, called tuessay afternoon and was told that no the bumper was not painted yet. So here I am now. I would not reccomend this shop for having a bumper painted or anything more serious. 3 times to have a repainted is one thing, but the poor customer service and accusing me of slander for telling my experience is another. Avoid this place if possible.
Went there with the idea of scheduling an appointment to buff down some scratches on my new car. They not only looked at it, but did the work right there...all in 30 minutes and above what I expected. Great job...most of scratched disappeared. Such nice, kind people. I had never been there before, but if the need arises, Ill definitely be back. Thank you all!

I have a 2014 Scion FR-S and thru no fault of my own ( hail damage, somebody hits me in the parking lot - Im looking at you boss!) my car has been a regular patient at Classics Auto. My car still looks terrific. The guys at the shop are very professional and they treat you like family- in a good way. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

This is the worst body shop ever speaking from experience never take any vehicle to this body shop I have had my truck in there since the 19th of October 2016 and it is now January 23, 2017 and my truck is still not fixed the hood does not shut theres bolts missing from the hinges that hold my door on the buffing job is horrible theyve had it back four different times to fix the repairs none of their guys in the back that did the work on the vehicle are not qualified .the owner of the company his name is Larry Sims and he will give you any excuse possible to not talk to you on the phone and if he does accidentally run into you he will feed you the longest line of BS youve ever heard also theres a guy name Angel moreno that takes care of the insurance stuff hes about as qualified as the guys in the back and then you have Gilbert not sure his last name but hes the guy who was supposed to come in and save the day by fixing the truck he is as qualified as the first guy who screwed the truck up. I sent my wife up there to get some pictures of the truck since I was unsure of what really was going on with the truck after having it for a couple of months and not getting any phone calls from the body shop my wife walks in and calls me and lets me know that she find the owner coming out of the restroom with lipstick kisses all over his face if youre looking for a good entertainment show or a circus this is the place to go but if you really want your truck fixed try anyone else youre better off . I have a 2015 Ford F2 50 King Ranch just for starters some of the issues Ive had they put on a brand-new grill guard and told me that when theyre made their not suppose to sit straight thats why theyre so far off.the grill that they painted on the front of the truck had a big chip knocked out of it due to them setting the grill wrong theres runs in the paint or clearcoat the Windshield wipers were set so high when you turn them on they came off of the windshield and you could see them out the driver side window I cannot express this enough please do not use this body shop and save your money. And this is only a small portion of the repairs that are on my truck that still need to be fixed. With that being said this remark is in reply to Rodney Sims Mark it strikes me as odd that you and the owner have the same last name and another thing that strikes me odd is everything you brought up was stuff that was talked behind closed doors be careful for gimmick reviews. Also how would you even know I was the customer in the shop and the same customer posting the post come on people dig deeper into the company before you make a decision

I have read the other reviews, which is why I called this them. It was certainly not a positive experience for me there. I couldn’t get any help. Waiting for days for a estimate, was told numerous times they would get me one “today”. Still waiting. I’ve called, gone in etc. still waiting, I give up trying.
