They replaced my front bumper damaged from hitting a deer. They were in touch with me via text letting me know the status on the work being done. The did an excellent job matching the paint and blending it well. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. They did repairs on two of our vehicles last year and did an awesome job then. Northtown Collision is a very great Body and paint shop. They are and will be my only Body Shop for my vehicles! I brought my vehicle right from the point of the accident to Northtown, right on the spot, Nick began to evaluate the damage and estimate the damage! He contacted the insurance Agent and began the process, Nick scheduled the car to be brought in May 13th, the car was done, standing tall May 20th. Quin noticed the car had tree dust on it and pulled the car into get it washed. Charles and his team are very efficient and prompt and they kept me informed how the project was coming! Wow... I still cannot get over how great this company is.My fiancé, Dan, and I weren’t even a week into moving into the area. We were heading back from town and smoked a deer.Not knowing anything local, I hopped on here and chose this shop because of the good reviews. I called them up and told them what was going on. Right off the bat, they were very open and said that they were very busy but our vehicle sounded high priority so they would take care of it as soon as they could.We dropped it off and by the next morning they texted us with a complete run down of what needed to be done. After approving everything, they got with our insurance and this is where I was just blown away by Northtown. They fought tooth and nail with the insurance company making sure that we had good, quality, parts and not junk. They fought for us so hard and we were brand new customers! Not like anything I have ever seen coming from the suburbs of Detroit.They finished the work to absolute PERFECTION and in a very timely matter. In fact we were expecting it to take longer, and couldn’t pick it up right away, and they were cool with that!I was so excited this morning knowing our baby was coming home, and was just blown away when I saw it. For the first time in my life ( I’m 63 ) I found myself in need of a body shop. The first time I heard about Northtown Collision was way back in 2002. This shop was the best then and is the best now...bar none. I am a retired body repairman/painter with well over 40 years experience so I do know what I am talking about. The vehicle I had repaired was a new Chevy truck with less than 3500 miles. They replaced one panel which I knew would not be a problem. My main concern was color match. I got the truck back on 7-16 and it looks beautiful. The work they did was flawless...ABSOLUTELY PERFECT in every way. I had a deep scratch on my 2020 Subaru Outback’s door. Northtown repaired and painted the door. The car looks perfect - no sign whatsoever of the scratch. The complete process took only two days. I am thrilled with the job they did.

I took my Chevy Equinox to Northtown after a deer collision. They gave me a free loaner while they worked on my vehicle. They did a great job and went above and beyond. The only real downside was that it took 2 weeks to get my Equinox back.. but thats not enough to deduct a star. Great job guys!

A deer ran into the front quarter panel of my vehicle. Northtown got the vehicle in immediately for an estimate. Once they had an opening for the repair, they provided a loaner car while they fixed my Equinox. They told me it would be 10-14 business days for my vehicle to be finished. It only took nine. My vehicle looks brand new. Office staff is friendly including the awesome office cat.

Recently had front end damage and needed a new bumper. When I picked it up Northtown Collision had also cleaned my floor mats and my front and back floorboards. I had to return a few days later to have a slight adjustment done to the bumper and they fixed it immediately no questions asked. Awesome job I highly recommend them.
