We were leaving on a trip and had trailer problems. We called and they said they would be glad to help. Not one but two employees worked on our hitch as soon as we arrived. They then provided a new lock for the hitch. They would accept no payment for their time or the part and wished us a safe trip. I can assure you they will be first on our list and we will tell all friends to utilize their services and business. What a great benefit for the city of Midland.

Not much to choose from items on the floor, prices are way more expensive than the competitors. It was not busy about three guys a head of us and not enough employees to take care of the customers 😒.

The Little blonde lady is the sweetest always cheerful and cracking jokes. She makes it worth going in. I made the mistake telling her helpful son at the end of the counter she was sexy as hell. I did learn for now on keep comments to myself. I was pretty embarrassed. Good place to get parts and great scenery.

Great place to get Donaldson filters at. I own a 6.7 Cummins and did some research on micron filter material. Donaldson is by far rated better than any filter on the market . I gave them the info and they found it and ordered me two oil filters in at a cost of 20.00 dollars each. Ebay wanted 18.00 and I would have to wait a week to receive them. FleetPride ordered on Friday and I had my hands on them Monday . Great job, perfect fit and my oil is still clean after 1000 miles . By the way I got the EL filter. .Great job and a well stocked store.

If you enjoy long lines and poor customer service this is your parts go-to. Shelves are poorly stocked and unorganized, and the place doesnt appear to have seen so much as a broom in at least a month. I literally had enough time to get to the store from Greenwood before the woman woman looking for my part took me off hold. Absolutely no sense of urgency from anyone except a guy named Joe, even with 12 people waiting in line. The ONLY reason I stuck around was because they were the only ones that had the part I need on a Saturday .

I gave it four stars instead of five because of the skinny white guy with glasses is a smart a** that would rather mouth off about how much he knows about truck parts instead of sell you the correct part the rest of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly just avoid the skinny white guy with glasses at all costs if you want the correct parts

A couple of times Ive come they close a 1 hour early once I called they told me they closed at5:30 got there at they were closed and it was 4:30 smh 2nd time I came before noon they were closed by 11:30 these people dont care about customer service if they want to leave early change your store hours very dissapointed

For a Saturday there is atleast 30 minute wait time but other than that great service

Theyre very helpful and convenient

They sold me the wrong filter for my gmc and left me stranded on the side of the highway. They said they would call me back but never did. The guy said these fuel filters would fit but one did not so I ended up walking 2 miles in the west Texas heat to buy the right filter from B Line Filter and Supply. I am not impressed by this place at all.
