Very, very slow... Employees get it done but they like to play on their phones a lot and Ive gone there twice for tire issues and had no wait to get in but took two hours to change 1 tire.... Great service tho! They do a good job .. STAY OFF THE PHONES

Well it would be nice if the person working at the check out spoke and understood English better and the technician that changes your oil act like they give a damn about trying to help you out I asked if they could just look real quick for a power steering leak I told them I knew that wasnt their job but I would greatly appreciate it if they could They acted like they really didnt want to go out of the way to that Then when I did pick up my truck I asked the counter person if they had wrote any comments on my ticket about any possible power steering leaks or if they had checked for any possible power steering leaks and she said yes and was showing me where they had checked my washer fluid and other fluid levels right then I knew she didnt understand to well what I was trying to ask her about I had my suspicions before but that confirmed it I applaud someone for working and trying to better themselves but learn the language

Never take your car here! I was told my car would be ready in an hour, well 4 hours later and I am still here and they are taking random walk ins and changing tires on their rims in front of me and now all the workers are gathered around one computer and no cars are being worked on. The guy who checked me in didnt even know what directional tires were... so now my groceries are going to be spoiled and I spent my whole Sunday at walmart.
We are on day 5 of them trying to fix a flat tire. I have been called 4 times to say my car is ready when I go there they can’t find the tire. I have spoke with 3 different managers and no one can seem to figure out how to do their job. Never go to the tire center.
Did a nice job. Stayed open so I could pick up my car late.
They do not even deserve one star, because They have the worst customer service in the world! To top it off, they try to use glue and zip ties, to conceal their mistakes. Theyre lucky that the cover didnt completely fall off, strike another car, and cause an accident, while I was on the freeway. Oh but a $25 WALMART GIFT CARD, is supposed to remedy your negligence?! What a joke. (Especially when I paid nearly $80 for your pathetic services.) Corporate customer service has been notified, and Ill be waiting for a response from Mr. Taylor, the store manager. Seems to me like almost all of their associates, need remedial training, to include management. I look forward to hearing from you Mr. Taylor. I doubt I will though. You have 1-3 business days, according to your company policy.

The tire guy a real nice person...i went back because the previous worker left my new tires low on air and the customer service employee was not in the best mood early in the morning...not the best way to start a new day....so what 4 stars or 3??? ill do 4 because of the tire guy..

The manager marco have an excellent customer service sadly no all the team back him up and they have stupid young kids working there sorry marco but i have to brind it up need to hire moore mature people and want it to work instead of joking and wasting time making people waiting long periods of time

They helped me out and done a quick job on putting my tires on.
I always change oil here, so on my truck i went out of town one day and left my truck at home after they changed oil and came home three days later with a puddle of oil on floor. There was about 3 qt leaking out, filled up out of pocket and went back three times for them to fix the isssue, i even tighten the filter about 1 full turn. After taking it back, they use cheap *** filters which gasket had some paint on it. It ruined my filter housing on 2018 f250. Luckily i check my vehicle before i drive other wise i would of had a spun bearing, or sized motor etc...

The worst service I have ever had. On top of that you have to wait 3-4 hours. They make oil changes priority, not first come first serve. Then they stripped my lug nuts on top of that. The manager has the nerve to tell me that an oil change is quicker than changing one tire!!!! They are a joke!!!!!!!!
4 hours to repair a tire. A large line formed at the cashiers desk while the auto manager was in the hall talking and joking with everyone and when he noticed the line, he jumped on the employees saying he needs someone at the desk, like dude, youre the reason nobody was over there to begin with.
Oil, tires, oh my!
Waited an hour and a half for them to tell me that they did not have a certain part to take off my oil filter. Therefore they would not be able to give me an oil change. This would have been good to know before I spent all that time waiting. No apology or anything. Terrible customer service.
Walmart Auto Center good service and fast.
Arrived first at 7 am and they are currently working on the 5th vehicle that is not mine. When I asked the person behind the counter the only answer I got was “I don’t know”. Total dismissive

Iv lived in Midland for 15+ years and I have bin going to this Walmart for just as long iv never had a bad experience I also worked here some time ago but when I ordered from the deli on March 21 the service was horrible the man that helped me was rude and he had told another employee yall bore me . I wont be getting food at the deli ever again..
