I was driving through and needed an oil change for my Tundra. JD acknowledged me right away and got me squared away. He said 35 min but it was done in 15. He looked up tires for me and at the last minute, added a cabin air filter to the ticket. Even installed it for me while I was paying. He deserves a raise if you’re the GM and reading this. I’m not always passing through Midland-Odessa, but when I do, this place is where I’ll come every time.

Should be 6 Stars! Once I identified the car I was considering at Toyota at Midland Texas (thanks Cars.com!), the staff went straight to work. They video recorded the car and zoomed in on the exact areas I asked to be inspected. They had a team of staff that stayed in touch throughout the cross country sales experience. They recommended a reputable delivery service and answered every question—even on weekends. I literally bought the car while having dinner 1000 miles away! Excellent experience.

This place is Horrible. Do not let them service your vehicle!!! Carlos the service department manager and Chris are liars!! They will rip you off. They stole $1400 from me. Said they drained my gas tank and changed spark plugs.They lied!! The gas tank has not been touched and my father pulled a spark plug from each side and they have not been changed.CROOKED BUSINESS !!! Thieves !!!!

Wish I could leave a 5 star however Eric in the service department is extremely disrespectful. Every time I have a service appointment he has no customer service and is extremely rude in tone as though he doesn’t want to be there. Make sure you use either Glen or Chris anytime you get service here.
The service department gets to the point, and I’ll keep taking my car to get it regularly serviced. They stay focused, so if you take 2 seconds to acknowledge the staff with a greeting, you’ll get to see how friendly and courteous they are. They’re professional. They deserve 5 stars.
Two days and never a call back, trying to buy one of there used cars, called twice and just a run around. Find out the car I was looking at was wholesale, but no call back. Will find another dealership to help me.
I purchased a vehicle from here and did not enjoy the service. Once we took the car home, we found oil leaking and saw that the oil plug gasket was not put back in correctly and had to take it to get it fixed. Buying from a dealership is supposed to provide peace of mind since they check the vehicle, wasn’t the case for me. It didn’t help that my salesman was pushy and the manager tried to convince me that I should finance through them even though I have a super low interest rate through my own bank. Just because you don’t have a man with you doesn’t mean you should be treated any different. I did get a great price after my ex car salesman father was able to coach me through the haggling process over email, but overall was an unpleasant experience. I will say whoever detailed the car did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone purchasing a used vehicle to base your offers on kelly blue book prices because we were able to get the list price down $3k, so it is worth the back and forth of negotiation. I did purchase the vehicle from the used car side, so I do not know if this reflects on the new car dealers.

He patiently listened and addressed all my concerns and before I could get my insurance emailed to him, he had me in a rental and on my way.I received a call that it was fixed and ready. When I got there, he explained everything done. I was back in my work truck and on my way.I highly recommend this place and am so very pleased!Thank you Andrew and all the service people that brought this together.My hat is off to you.

Horrible customer service. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to them owing you money they put up smoke screens and give empty promises of when you will get your money. Horrible at returning phone calls no matter how many voicemails you leave. When they finally do call you back they say they will look into the situation and call you back but NEVER actually call you back. I wish I could leave zero stars. I will NEVER deal with Toyota again and will be opening a case with the BBB to try and get the money they owe me. Please do not reply with the automated response of contact the manager because I have done so multiple times and have not received a call back.Edit to add currently waiting for a call back from Mr. Herman as I called him as requested and was sent to voicemail. My issue is NOT resolved as you have stated.It is now August 23 and still no call back from Mr. Herman or any other manager even after leaving multiple voicemails Friday and Saturday.

I attempted to buy a car from this dealership today, and the experience was horrible. I was told by the salesman that they rarely came off of MSRP, after I had made an offer of $500 below MSRP. This was a fairly expensive car with a sticker price of over 58k. When I agreed to pay full sticker price they then decided to add $5885 worth of additional fees not including the TT&L. Absolute thieves. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Have not purchased from here but the Service department was awesome. Went in for my scheduled maintenance and they had me in and out with 40 minutes. Definitely recommend.

The staff was very respectful and to the point. I felt very good they didnt try to sell me anything else. I went for an oil change and it was done in 30 min. You would pay more than in other places. But Im willing to pay that offset knowing is done correctly and most important receiving an excellent customer service. Checking out the cars and offering coffee made the waiting time a breeze.

Got an oil change 6 months ago on my car (and I rarely drive), still 4000 miles until the 5000 miles recommended oil change. Those losers automatic set an appointment for me and even after I told them that I didnt set it up, they still kept calling and texting, NON STOP!I will do my oil change whenever I am due, I dont need you guys keep telling me to do it or spamming my phone, dam it!
I went and got a routine oil change in November. They are supposed to check your fluids (washer, brake, coolant) and replace them. I have a paper that says they did check them and that 2 of my fluids were refilled and 1 was full. Not true. I just checked my fluids and they’re all low. They clearly never checked my fluids or refilled any of them.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Buying was a breeze; I got more than fair value for my trade. Now that I’m coming in for service, I’m consistently impressed. I almost never have to wait very long and the job is done right the first time.
The Toyota of Midland Service Department is prompt, attentive, courteous, clean and comfortable. I have been taking my Toyotas there for about 8 years and have always been happy with them. I think the cost is on par with other dealerships. I’ll gladly pay for reliability, ease of scheduling, and quick turnaround.3/11/21 Update: On my most recent visit however, I was provided with a rental car while Toyota was trying to diagnose a problem on my car. I was glad it was free, but very disappointed that it was not at all clean on the inside. Especially in light of the current pandemic, I expected the touch points to be wiped down. Nothing had been touched for quite a while because there was dust all over the dashboard. There were clods of dirt on the floor and spills on the upholstery. Upon returning the car, when I expressed my disappointment to my service rep., he confirmed that they probably didn’t have time to clean it because they have been so busy. He also said that someone else would probably use it after me before they could clean it again. I guess it is standard procedure not to clean the rentals. Next time, I will request it ahead of time.

The salesman Victor was amazing but I had some issues with the finance department. I traded in my vehicle and Toyota of Midland paid off my entire loan except for $20. By the time I got around to checking my credit 4-5 months had passed and my previous lender has reported 5 months of no payment on a vehicle. I dont have much on my credit so it took my score from just under 700 to under 538. Im in the process of buying a home and this has made it near impossible. I dont understand how this happened as a new lender is supposed to pay off your previous debt completely when you trade a vehicle in.

I called today asking for information on a vehicle that was on the website. Unfortunately, the gentleman (I believe his name might be Keith), who I was directed to was absolutely horrendous when it came to his customer service. There was an attitude that came from him, he said that the pricing online was put incorrectly and when I was about to ask another question about the vehicle he hung up the phone on me.The manager (Christian) immediately called me upon this review after a request was made for that to happen. He was an absolute gentleman and immediately dealt with the problem at hand. I appreciate how the manager was quite calm towards the situation and then proceeded to help me obtain more information. I highly recommend asking for the manager to help when it comes to any problems that occur from any of the employees.
Our salesman Baldo was very helpful and he gave us a very good deal on our new vehicle. This was our second vehicle that we bought from Baldo. And as always he was very helpful. We will go back to buy our next one . Thank you for all your help!

Went for an oil change and no issues with it. At the end they gave me an inspection sheet with a multipoint inspection stating they checked the cabin filter, but did not remove anything from glove box. So they never actually inspected but they said they did. Small issue but lack of professionalism. And it is the Toyota Dealer.... I know filter was clean because I replaced my self. Who knows what else they say they perform on the vehicle when actually never happen.

I would have given a five star, but they will promise stuff and then once sale is complete say it was not part. Other then the lies they have some good staff that are very kind a patient.
Sales staff is pushy and when you tell them you are going to another dealer to feel out pricing, they send in the sales manager. The sales manager is there to close the deal today and his mission is to screw over the customer and do what is best for the dealership. I told the sales manager (Chris) I didn’t want to pay the nitrogen filled tire fee and was told they would not budge on the price. Nitrogen filled tires for 300 bucks is a scam. Chris ended up getting mad and walking away with the four square paperwork. Chris would not let me have the paperwork, so I eventually got him to let me take a photo so I could go to a different dealer with better customer service. The parts department and service department are good, I have been using them for years and no problems. Just the sales managers are not customer friendly.
I have been going here since moved to the area to get my RAV4 serviced. Lupe in services is always very helpful and I try to go on days that he is there. They are always very fast and efficient. Will definitely continue to go here.
Watch the $cashier$ I have been coming to the Midland Toyota location for all of my service needs for approx 2 years. Today after presenting the cashier with one of the coupons they sent me for a 5K service, she tried to jip me out of around $30. Got a major attitude with me to boot. Will NOT return to this location. Service has been top notch to this point. Shame.

I initially gave a 5-star review but have removed one per week while Ive been more than patiently waiting for the deal to be complete. I have never been proactively contacted for an update. I feel that if I never followed up, the $7,000 Im owed would never be seen by me. I was told my check should be available after three days but after three weeks I have lost my confidence in their competence as Ive still not received it. Dont get me wrong, theyre quick...to take your money and/or vehicle but if youre on the receiving end, dont hold your breathe.Update: 11-4-20Review has dwindled to 1 star. STILL no response from the dealership. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Waiting for that outcome before looking for a lawyer.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------11-13-20The owner replied to the review saying to contact management which Ive done several times. The service department is amazing. Michael and Glen are absolutely amazing!!! They are always more than willing to help. As soon as my car pulls in to the garage I am usually greeted from one or the other immediately. Their customer service is above and beyond. Disappointed, the price on website is just a joke. They blamed software and IT for mispricing but they should honor published price. For what I can see from other reviews, its not the first time. Dont lose your time, not reliable.

Ive been going to the Toyota Service Department for 2 years now. Lupe Rayos always helps me and hes great. Everyone there has prompt customer service. I make an appointment and sit in the lobby and only wait around 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
Andrew was courteous and explained costs appropriately. Work was done well and in a timely fashion. I was disappointed that the company didnt offer complimentary vacuum and wash especially with the amount of service that I paid for and that they did not have a current state inspection license so that I could get that taken care of too.

I had a flat tire on the highway, and called Lupe to ask if you fix tires. He not only said yes, but told me I could come in right away. They fixed me up efficiently and with great service. Your service department is the reason I buy vehicles from you. Your people are the best, and the service is exceptional.

We’re from MN, looking to book a flight down to this dealership to purchase a car that they had up for sale on the website. we got everything ready, loan approved and all, even got the purchase agreement from this dealership and the out of nowhere we received a call from midland toyota saying they can’t sell the car to us due to some reasons that made no sense. it was something about there was too many things wrong with it and would cost more for them to fix vs the price they were selling it for. what is that? should the homework have been done prior to put the car up for sale ? very disappointed

Used car sales manager extremely pushy, Claimed car has been serviced when in fact the car leaked Anti-freeze as well as oil. Getting help after purchasing the vehicle almost next to impossible once the contract is done they no longer care to help. Only person who is attentive and helps is Courtney over at the new side of the dealership. Don’t waste your time and hard earned cash.
I have had some service done before and those times went fine, but this time I was not satisfied. I asked them to diagnose a clunking sound. At first they said they couldn’t hear it and blamed it on cowling flapping in the wind. 5 days after dropping it off, I drove around with the service tech and pointed out what it was, and the tech agreed on the sound’s presence. 24 hrs later, not only no diagnosis but no phone call or anything.Had the communication been better and they just admitted “we don’t know the problem and can’t fix this,” I would have been more satisfied. When I asked when they thought I could get the vehicle, the answer was “I don’t know,” instead of, “I’m targeting next Tuesday,” or “I will call you tomorrow either way.” Very poor communication, and no empathy for customer being without car and no idea when customer would have car back.When I called, they couldn’t look up my car by my name, and it was as though I was a new person every time. They asked who the service advisor was instead of looking up the car by name or model. The service interface is very poor unless Lupe is the advisor. Lupe takes very good care of customers and shoots straight with them.NOTE: I spoke w Pat Brooks per edit below and he said my service advisor no longer worked there and that coronavirus made it hard for good work. No offer to refund diagnosis fee; I fixed the radio by reading l line forums and following their suggestions.

Michael is the best service rep I have ever had at Toyota of Midland, or any Toyota dealership Ive used in the last 14 years. He kept me informed when trying to secure the part that was needed for my Ravs repair and worked to make sure my car was ready when I needed it. I am very happy with my experience.

Toyota in midland is the most expensive service department in the state of Texas. Oil changes are double as what they are in Lubbock. Never again am I going there!
