I took my truck in for an alignment and was told that there could possibly be other issues that would need to be repaired, but after they inspected my truck I was told that everything else looked fine. I truly was grateful for their honesty. Others in that situation would have taken advantage and tried to charge for unnecessary work. Not these guys! I would definitely recommend them and will be bringing my car in for brakes real soon.

Tried to call this business 4 times, first time was on hold for 30 seconds and the last 3 times they picked up and hung up. Now my fiance posted about this already but here are your times you have on the internet from 6/26. This company is not good and obviously has zero experience in customer service. Rather pay a real business for their work since I cant even get this business to answer without hanging up when they were OPEN according to the internet. Fix your hours or just dont pick up the phone if you are CLOSED.

Walked in were told it would be 1 hour before they could get the car and 45 minutes for a front end alignment. We were in and out in an hour and 30 minutes. Super friendly group of people.

Tried calling multiple times and was hung up on each time. They obviously do not want any type of business. Im very disappointed in this and I hope everyone goes somewhere else.

Called for an alignment, got the quote. When I showed up they kept there word on the quote and they were really friendly and they had no problem conversating with the customers. Work was professional, I personally like to watch the techs and they had no problem with it. The techs even said hello and made small talk when the job was done. Highly recommend these guys they know what they are doing and are professional and respectful

Have gone to alignment specialists twice now and would highly recommend to anyone especially with lifted vehicles. My co-workers and I have all sorts of different suspension lifts on our vehicles and have always had success with alignments here. These guys are fair priced and very efficient. Don’t waste your time elsewhere like I did.

Took my brand new 2019 Titan for an alignment thanks to west tx pot holes, it pulled slightly to the right. Dealership had a long waiting list and I’m not that patient.After these guys pulled it in and out of their shop 4 times trying to get it right, when I left it was exactly the same. Waste on money. Not only that, I noticed the following week that one of my lug nuts literally fell off and these guys are the only ones to ever remove the wheels from factory specs. Took it in (somewhere else of course) and all the lug nuts were lose.Don’t risk it, go somewhere else where real professionals can do the job right. Might cost a little more but its worth it, trust me.

Definitely will recommend this shop, I called to get my recently lifted Jeep JK alignment and checked over, I was quoted a little over 100.00 for the alignment but was advised if any other suspension issues would be extra. The entire staff was friendly Isaac was very professional and kept me up to date about what was being done the final bill was 153.00 and my Jeep drives perfect they did an excellent job very fast. Will be using this shop in the future.

Highly recommended. Reasonable price for professional job well done on my Ford f250 pulling to the right . I went.back to their shop for an adjustment on steering wheel being slightly turned to the right and they fixed the problem right away. No need for lifetime warranty like (Firestone alignment does) but they do it right the first time. They even told me if it still pulls, just come back

You just gotta be first if you want to finish first. Especially on Saturday. I would recommend not just for alignment but if you have any problem with the wheel, they dont have the stuff to fix it but they know where to get them and doing it fast.

Wow! I Called to Get a Simple Price on an Alignment? I was asked what type of Vehicle I Drive now This is the Only Area I have Ever lived in that They Charge Us Based On What We Drive! When I explained that where im ftom they just have a Base Price because its the Same Procedure for Any Vehicle There is Nothing Different to Do Whether you Drive a Truck or a Car! They are Counting on our Ignorance! Shame on All these Companies Price Gouging Us!

Agree is a trash place, with no etiquette sorry people will give you attitude! Will not recommend to anyone OVERPRICED $145 for a 2wd on 17 wheels alignment! Go to (Midland Frame and Wheel) I only paid $69.50 or any were else guaranteed a better price and a good attitude!

Took my truck there two different times both times they told me it needed parts replaced and charged me for an alignment both times. I called them the third time and they were gonna charge me for the alignment agian so I think I can find a better place!

Trash place that will just take your money, paid $125 for alignment and got nothing still pulling hard, then blamed for it that it was my fault that I hit a pothole or something, then they called me a liar and proceeded to lie them selfs saying they have a 30 day warranty but its only been 6 days and there saying it been 10, and I had bad service out where I work and Im always at work before they open and dont get off Till 7pm so they was always closed so first rainout day I got I contacted them, so they called me a liar cause there mad I left a bad review, these are very rude people that dont care about there customers only the money I believe in you get what you pay for and honest work and they say they are reliable honest people but they are not in fact, save yourself some money dont go here,

If you own a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc... European Performance cars Then You ABSLOUTELY MUST go to Alignment Specialists Service on Big Spring in Midland. I dealt with General Manager Jaime who is the Best Alignment Specialist I have dealt with. My Mercedes had a very difficult issue with a pull to right. I previously Went to Bill Williams Tire who did an alignment that did ZERO to fix the problem and blamed the car for being un alignable??? Alderson Merceds was next and wanted 1200 Dollars to replace parts that were PERFECT as was examined by Firestone in Odessa and Jaime in Midland. Then i Went to Firestone in Odessa, they said Parts are Perfect but they Do not do Mercedes Alignment. I then found Jaime at Alignment Specialists Service on Google and saw their 5 star Rating. Not only they did the Alignment on Merceds but they installed the Necessary camber/caster Bolts needed to fix the pull after they tried regular alignment. They worked very diligently and accurately and never gave up. The car drove perfect with no pull after 3 months of going to different places above i mentioned. If they can align my troublesome issue, the Can DEFINITELY align your car made anywhere in the World. Thank you Jaime and team.
