Excellent place to buy new tires,even the used tires look great! Wonderful people and clean and comfy lobby.

Ive been going to these guys off and on (always tire issues) since about 1994. These guys are the best in the area, and never try to upsell you on things. If they have a tire for what you need they dont charge you new tire prices.

Highly recommend this place. It’s kinda difficult to find places with good customer service in Midland. This place offers not just good, but excellent customer service. Something that I really appreciate from them is their honesty. They obviously aren’t interested in just selling whether you need it or not (like most places). Prices are really good and they offer fast service.

I needed to repair the back rear tire to my car. Being fairly new to Midland, this is always a task because I dont know where anything is. I Googled tire repair shops, but some other name popped up (Chaparral Tire Shop). My husband and I drove out there, and to our surprise the name was different...The Tire Guys. The place looked clean, unlike some tire shops. The guy helping us was very welcoming and friendly. They inspected my tire, and it turns out it had a slash:( The guy told my husband that he may have a used one that I could purchase, but that it wouldnt be there until maybe 3pm. My husband and I agreed we would be back at 3 pm. All of a sudden another employee comes from the back all sweaty stating he had found the tire we needed. I was so happy! They switched my bad tire for a used one. I was pleased with the prices considering that everything in Midland is always overpriced. The Tire Guys had exceptional customer service and went out of their way to get the job done. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend them.

These guys really know what they are doing and will take great care of you, I met my wife there and they had already completed the job. Very professional had a comfortable waiting area for my wife and two year old. This is one place even a woman can go and not be afraid of getting ripped off.

We were trying to leave town for a once in a life time event, had it not been for the tire guys we would have missed it. Chaparral has absolutely amazing service. I got a hole in my tire that was overlooked by discount tire that chaparral got patched and aired up in 15 minutes. They immediately took my car back to look at the tire that had gone flat. The moment I got out of my car I was told I could bring my dog inside and a young man took my keys. Everyone was extremely nice and did an amazing job. I was very happy with the quick and kind service I received. I had a tire with a slow leak fixed and they got it done fast and the service was friendly (and friendly customer service is a rare jewel in Midland!). I highly recommend them. And the bathroom was really clean!!

Will never referr anyone or come back to this place. Asked for 4 new tires. Got what I thought and was recommended to me as good quality (happy to get that out of the way) product and experience. 15 days after purchase one of my tires went flat overnight in the parking lot. Ran to get stuff to seal the flat and came back and the OTHER front tire was flat. Did sealant on both. Aired them up and got to a some other place quick. Come to find out my 4 NEW tires were two front tires from 2006 and the back two were from 2010 and 2008. I got maybe half of what I paid for from Tire Guys. The guy helping me out informed me that with the date on the front two I wouldnt even pass an inspection, he felt sorry for me that I got ripped off by this business. Then paid even more for ACTUALLY new tires. Save your money. Dont get jipped by someone running their own business. This one, anyways. Trust a cooperate company that HAS to have regulations and makes sure you could pass a freaking inspection with the goods and services provided. Waste of my money, time and emotions.

Okay i called about the tires i needed, 1st the manager says that he only has 2 tires that dont match, so i said i would call back. I call back 1 hr later he is rude as can be yelling at me like i am a child, despite his childlike attitude i say i will be in the next day at 9 am, i pull in a 9 am he is cussing because i was there at 9, I am missing a number for my tire size so he yells that he needs the complete number i tell him the car is out side and he says well go the the numbers then i go out the door the wind catchs the door and slams it and he goes off yelling at the top of his lungs i have never been treated like this from anyone, I would not let this company change the training wheels on my sons bike, They need to fire that guy or they can count on closing their doors for good, I WOULD NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING, no respect at all for their customers to the manager of this store Have a blessed day SIR, and God bless you and may he also help you with your bad attitude

I needed two used tires in order to pass state inspection; new tires ($120) were not in my budget. Upon my first visit, they only had one tire in my size. I was told to return the next day after lunch, when a shipment of new stock would be received, and my size should be included. Well... That was actually not the case. The owner told me he would go to the warehouse himself to find the tire I needed after he closed for the day. He kept his word!! His wife told me he ended up coming home late that evening because he found several things he needed! I felt like I was apart of the family somehow, just because he was willing to go that extra mile for me. My car is now legal, and I have good, safe used tires thanks to The Tire Guys!!!

I had a nail removed from a tire. The service was fast, the tech was polite, and they didnt try to convince me to get a new tire even I didnt need it. This will definitely be my tire shop of choice from now on.

The manager is extremely rude. No matter how cheap the tires are it is not worth being treated so poorly. The other reviewers who commented on the managers lack of professionalism are exactly right. If you have any concerns or questions you do not want to deal with this man, he will not give you a chance to speak and does not care if you come back or not. Even if you have no problems he is an arrogant, solipsistic, irascible misanthrope that will ruin the rest of your day. I do not recommend this place simply because of his attitude. There are plenty of other tire shops that will at least give you service with a smile.

Bought used tires from Chapparal tires, all tires were great then got a huge knot in one went back talked to the owner and he warrantied the used tire with another one and called me back and gave me a better tire when one came in!!
